| Regarding being an admiral the rules are quite strict. First of all you have to be active for some time here. Second, your character has to rise through the ranks of the marines before becoming an admiral. Third, he has to have done something very important for his promotion and finally he has to receive the approval of three different staff members.
However I would like to point out that I am working on a system to fill the empty ranks soon in a way that the players will be having control over them | |
