A flash occurs nearby the battle "Lets get the "party" started ! Weeehahahaha !" Wally shoots.

((Zanbian is fighting Michelle who was charging at Anubis 9thkings character, also Shadow i need you to Rp a few pirate characters, not too strong ones))

The pirates looked up and panicked "SHIT, ITS A SCHIBUKAI!!!!" They all panicked and started to break formation. Anubis sighed , the last time he fought a schibukai he was beaten with nearly a inch of his life, still he killed that schibukai.

Nishki looked out and saw Wally's ship "Damn it all, (Nishki speaks through his den den mushi) Talitha, i want you to tell that moron Wally to not harm any vilagers or innocents you got that, he are aiming for the pirates only!!!"

2 hours after Maxulus' arrival... (1 hour earlier...)

After making some careful movements , Maxulus finally sneaks into the Marine Headquarters in Shabody. What he is searching for is nearby , and he knows that. The papers who wrote who his father was , were in that building. The situation helped Maxulus a lot , because during the preparations about the upcoming war , nobody would notice him. But something weird happened. When he was about to enter the place where all the papers were held , a Marine was heard , saying:

"Everyone! Vice-Admiral Payne is showing his Devil Fruit!!!"

That picked Maxulus' curiosity. Knowing that as he entered the Headquarters he was involved in the upcoming war , too , he had to know the people he is dealing with.He quickly rushed out of the building and he watched the battle. The Vice-Admiral was showing to Jordan the powers of the Mera-Mera no Mi , which impressed Maxulus. He understood that Payne was a formidable opponent and he had to be a lot more careful in order to steal the papers. But , everything was about to change soon enough when he barely heard some of the Vice-Admiral's words. He said:

"We'll set up 20 Snipers...hidden amount the area from were the Battle field is set to be..."

Maxulus managed to stay calm , but the fact that there would be 20 snipers that would watch the battlefield made things worse for him. He did not know what to decide for a while as he could not escape by flying if he wanted to. One option was to stick with the Marines and the other option was to fight along with the pirates. He thinks for a while , and then he takes some bullets out of his pockets. After that , he immediately summons his umbrella , out of his body , when nobody can see him. A hole opens on the umbrella and Maxulus places the bullets carefully in it. He had prepared his weapon. He looks at some other bullets he had , he puts them back at his pockets and he slowly walks with the other Marines. He had prepared for the war...The new plan was to battle and steal the papers after the battle...

(Ok, I need a quick summary of the battlefield so I can role play the pirates needed)

Zanbian appears close to Michelle from the left dashing towards her preparing to slice her in two. "..."
Wally extents his dark "Yami Yaiba !" some blades made of darkness form into the ground and move towards a group of pirates nearby "Guys, kick their asses !" He shoots.
"Roger !" Sabres grabs a saloon-lookin building "What brute strength !" a marine yells, as Sabres completely lifts the building up and throws it on another group of pirates.

"Got it, sir!"
She looked at the ship. A shichibukai... She had barely caught a glimpse of one of them before, but other than that, she only knew that guy from oldd bounty posters.
Well, thinking about it wouldn't do her any good.
She jumped on land and ran towards the man. He sure was easy to spot, with all the panic he was causing.
She needed to dodge some attacks from both sides to even get close to him, but finally, she reched his side.
"Shichibukai Roberto D. Wally!"
She had to think about wether she should be polite and salute or not. She decided against it. She despised pirates, and no matter how much power he had, that's just what he was in her eyes: Nothing but the filthy scum of the sea.
"I have an important message from vice admiral Nishki, and you're gonna listen!"

OOC: If you want, you can attempt a fight against Payne.

Payne stood in the middle of the battle, watching them all fight for their lives. Payne yawned and quickly turned his attention to an amateur Pirate behind him trying to attack. Payne's eyes shifted and he quickly turned around. Payne then put the soul of his foot on the Pirates chest. Stopping him in his tracks.

"Ah...Ah..AAAH..."

Payne's foot became ingulfed with roaring fire. Payne gave off a large grin and then shot a giant leg pillar of fire off while his foot still on the pirate. The Pillar rushed through about 20 other Pirates, but the marines they were fighting jumped out the way. Payne then put his foot down and his hand back in his pockets. A few seconds later, A group of amateur pirates surrounded Payne. Hoping to win by numbers. Payne sucked his teeth and lowered his eye lids. Two Pirates rushed Payne with swords from his right and his left. Payne quickly retaliated with a Butterfly kick, knocking them both out cold. Then three more charged at him, Two diagonally and one straight forward. Payne then did a round house kick knocked two of the Pirates out cold. Then wrapping his leg around the third ones neck. Breaking it quickly, and throwing him away from him. Payne noticed that Jordan is attacking Anbius. Delighted to see Anbuis here. Payne uses "Katon Pillar" and kills the remaining 12 pirates surrounding him.

"..Anbius...hmmmmm..."

He then turns towards Anbius's direction and dashes towards him. Although he is only jogging. The speed is blinding to the untrained eye. Payne does a barrel roll like spin on the ground and raises his leg into the air, kicking Anbius under the chin.

General Chaud stood behind two of the 20 snipers on a extremely tall tree. He watched the battle and pointed out who they must aim for. Then, Chaud noticed some one sneaking around the Marine Battleship, he then ordered everyone to open fire on every Pirate you see. Chaud then jumped into the air and slammed onto the ground. Although Chaud was a moderately strong General. He knew he could take some amateur pirates. He began boxing and punching the pirates randomly, knocking them out. He then looked for the snoop sneaking around our base. While knocking pirates out.

Current Matches going on:
-Vice Admiral Payne v.s Captain Anbius
-Vice Admiral Jordan v.s No one
-Lieutenant Bierwick v.s Satoshi
-Michelle v.s Zanbian

The pirates lined up in a row and lifted their rifles, the legendary pirate sniper known as knight was standing there with his sniper "Ok, fire on command at the schibukai, FIRE!!!" A barrage of bullets rained over aimed at Wally, before they could reach him , Tiberius jumped in front and parried away the bullets , "How many times are we going to go through this nonsense , you dont fight the king in the first move in chess......"

Nearby while Chaud is getting the snipers ready, there is lava engulfing the snipers, War one of the four horsemen was standing nearby, "Too bad you gave yourself away...." The lava melts the marine snipers.

Anubis sees Payne running towards him "Well here we go, Sand wall!!!" A giant sand wall blocks Paynes kick and the fire is put out. Anubis backs off and then uses Desert spada where 3 sand blades are launched to cut down payne

((Ok summary, there are three key locations on this island, the grassy plains near the beach where the bulk of the battle is happening, the gold mines , the town and the mansion where there are some pirates in hiding , the mansion is where the leader is, all the marines are currently here at the grassy plains, where the anubis crew and pirates are, and Blackluffy, Satoshi is fighting Jordan))

Wally turns at the newcomer, frowns and says "My, you marines always think you can scare me off by being absolute on me huh ? Very well, tell me !" He then notices the barrage fired at him, and grins upon seeing Tiberius matching them with ease.
"Woooooooo !!!" Sabres is causing a rampage throwing debris on the opponent pirates causing some to flee in fear "Its the "Behemoth" Damiel Sabres, what the hell with all those figures over here ?!!! VA Nishki, Shichibukai Wally, Payne !" A pirate shoots in terror.
Sabres notices War "Hahahahaha, well lookie here ! I know you you punk !" He throws a large piece of a wall to War.
As Zanbian reaches just mere meters away from his target, he "pops" upwards and prepares to spin around to chop her into pieces.

What terrifying strenght. Talitha looked at Wally and couldn't help but let the respect for him and his crew show for a second. Only one second though, untill she remembered who he was.
"You are to do anything you like here. That is, as long as you don't directly or indirectly harm the villagers, or any innocents!"
Actually, that hadn't been exactly what Nishki had said, but adding "indirectly" could only do good, right?

Payne quickly did a side roll avoid the sand blades and jumped backwards three times. Payne stood close to the round and gave Anbius a large wicked grin. Payne then placed his palms on the ground, and began to make a large circle of fire surround Anbius. When the circle was complete, Payne then made the fire rise up and form around Anbius complete, with the only exit through Payne. Payne then began to make the fire slowly enclose no Anbius.

"Your as skilled as ever....but I'm not going easy on you.....not being serious...but I'm not throwing any punches......kid.."

Chaud then turned around and watched as his comrades were being melted. He frowned grinned his teeth with such force, it sounded like nails scratching a chalk board. Chaud then looked around and saw a pile of boulders the size of human heads, or a bit bigger. He then began chucking them at the pirate who killed his men.

"RAH! RAH! RAH! RAH! RAH! RAH!"

As he gained speed. The boulders began coming as if they were being shot from a giant machine gun.

2 hours and 30 minutes after Maxulus' arrival... (30 minutes earlier...)

Maxulus is still in the basement of the Marines. He still hoped that he could steal the papers he wanted to. He quickly enters the place where all these papers where held and he searches for the name "Crow" desperately. However , much to his surprise he did not find anything. It seemed that the Government had tricked him. Maxulus' calm face was now really angry. He could not believe that the valuable information he gathered for the assassinations he commited when he worked for the Government was all fake. But , much to his surprise after some minutes he relaxes and he becomes calm again , as there was nobody around to yell to. Knowing now that his job as a Marine had come to an end he quickly goes with the other Marines and he moves in the battlefield , waiting for the pirates to come... Everything had changed now.

Now...

Maxulus is in the war. A fierce battle is going on around him. He does not battle yet and instead he moves towards Anubis , following Payne , with extreme speed. All he does is to defend himself from weak attacks by opening his weapon , the Multibrella. Although , one of Multibrella's disadvantages is to transfer twice the damage it receives to the user , if the attack is weak , Maxulus does not take any damage because his umbrella is as endurant as he is due to the fact that it came out of him...He arrives at the place where Anubis is. He watches Payne kicking him. He thinks:

"Hm...This is an interesting battle to watch..."

All of this is interrupted when he listens to another Marine talking to him saying:

"Hey , you! Why don't you battle?! Are you scared?"

Maxulus laughs for some seconds. Without saying anything , he points him with his hand and his umbrella is summoned in it. He smiles , and a shot is heard. The Marine falls on the ground with a bullet on his head. Some other Marines watch at Maxulus. Maxulus says:

"I guess it is time for me to blow my cover!" as he wears off the Marine clothes and a white suit appears to be under them. He takes his gloves out of his pockets and he wears them.He talks once again:

"So who is next?" as he randomly shots another Marine to the head , killing him. Then , he flies and he moves faster towards Anubis and Payne with excitement about their battle.

War uses lava and melts the wall with great erupton he does the same at Chauds attack, all is melted before him . He finishes the marine snipers who are still moving with the stray lava."You bastards again, sheesh, you never leave us alone do you...., but we have something better" From behind Death sneakily stabs Sabres in the back "Death is unforgiving.........."

Anubis then panics as the fire enclose, he focuses all the sand and makes it rise around him, he drops a entire cloud sand , and this diminishes the fire , Anubis sees one spot to escape and as he runs to it, he uses Sinkhole, creating a landslide, which causes everything to be sucked into it, including the marines and pirates nearby "GAHHHHHH!!!" The marines nearby get sucked into it almost immediately. Anubis huffed "Damn that man!!"

Maxulus who stayed nearby , is also getting sucked by that Sinkhole technique. However , due to his ability to cause any umbrellas to levitate up to 20 meters height and his body as well , as his body parts are umbrellas , he avoids it easily , and watches at Anubis' battle. He thinks:

"The Vice-Admiral has an interesting ability , but the pirate has a quite impressive ability as well...It has been a long time since I watched a battle like this..." as he shoots another Marine who was behind him and attempted to kill the Former Assassin for the World Government.

Payne's attacked then diminished and he frowned to see he escaped. Payne then began looking for Anbius, but could not find them. Feeling unbelievable heat. Payne looked up at the direction of were the snipers were place. Half of them were melted completely. This pissed Payne off a bit. Payne then shifted his eyes to the one of the horsemen and bended his knees.

"....Shave..."

Although using his own speed would service. He need to get to the horsemen quickly. Directly in front of the horsemen. Payne's foot was above his head, preparing for a drop kick.

"Hopefully this won't kill you................."

Payne brought down his leg and slammed his heel against the pirates skull, sending him flying downward out the tree and crashing into the ground, creating a 3 foot deep crater. The ground shook slightly, causing some marines and pirates to lose there footing. Although some braced them self and used this to do final blows on the pirates/marines they were fighting. About 53 pirates and 30 marines had been killed so far. From what Payne had noticed. Payne turned his head in the direction of the shore to notice the Shinchibuki, Wally , and Nikishi were on their way. He turned his mouth and tilted his head. Thus, he took out a cigarette, and started smoking it.

Sabres spits a bit of blood and looks at Death with the back of his eye "Tsk, I was hoping that you was dead." Once he says that, he moves in frond and then vanishes moving at incredible speed. Seconds later he punches the air sending pressure waves towards both War and Death.
Wally looks at her "Is that so ? Very well, I dont like hitting civilians anyway Weehahaha ! Now go, I am gonna go a bit wild." he advices her.
A very large spiked ball is thrown out of nowhere towards Payne, not aiming to hit him, just stop his attack. "You are the infamous rookie, Anubis ?" the man calls and then moves to Payle, it appears that there is a very large and long chain attached to the ball, and the man threw it towards Payle while being close to Anubis. "Allow me to help you out, I got some business with the man." the pirate says.

War created a wall of lava as soon as he had a hint of Payne arriving and he dashed away. Death followed him as well. They faced Payne head on , War was stunned "He was fast, luckily we are used to his speed thanks to that fight we had with that guy......" Death nodded but she was thinking of what to o next. Anubis then shouted "The both of you fall back!!!!!!! i will handle Payne!!!!" Anubis used desert spada GRANDE, A giant sand blade aimed at Payne was launched to cut him in half.

(I see a lot of ppl going on against Payne ... what do you say ppl, wanna do it like this:
Payne and Sabres vs Death, War, Anubis & the unamed pirate with the spiked ball ?)

"Tse."
Talitha hadn't been planning on staying around that man any longer, anyway.
What was she supposed to do again? Right, flank from the left. With Martello.
But she had kinda lost sight of him. Was he still in phoenix form?
It didn't really matter, she'd find him if she just kept fighting her way through those pirates.
She turned into full lynx form right away. Her shoulder still hurt a little, but she'd just have to deal with that.
With one more look towards Wally, she leaped towards the battlefield and was soon right in the middle of fighting pirates.

Maxulus yawns as he notices that his opponents were pretty weak at the moment. Once again , one Marine attempted to shoot him and he failed as Maxulus quickly run behind him , as soon as he noticed him , kicked him , making him fall on the ground and shot him at the back of his head. Much to the surprise of everyone who watched him killing Marines , his clothes were still clean and not even a drop of blood could be seen on them.

He then looks at Payne "You wont leave this battle victorious, marines !"
Sabres doesnt waste a second, he throws a piece of land he forcefully pulled towards the duo "Oi, marine, wanna make a quick one out of them ? Biihahahaha!" he tells to Payne.
Meanwhile, 2 pirate captains confrond Nishki "Vice Admiral or not, you wont beat both of us !" the 1st pirate attacks with a blade covered in an odd layer that looks like dust.

Anubis used sand wall again and realised that it might not be enough, he jumps to safety after tha fire bullets actually pierced his wall "Damn it, he is no joke thats for sure........ well then Clark my friend, get to distracting him, we need to blind side him if possible......"

Meanwhile Nishki looked at the pirate captains and used soru followed by Jyogan with both his hands punching them both into the ocean, he looks to Mary, "Sorry Mary, looks like ill have to fight......" Nishki turned into a pheonix and flew on to the battle ground where payne was. "What is the situation?"

((Nishki and Payne vs Anubis and Clark, BEST))

As the battle continues between Payne and Anubis now , Maxulus watches it. He is so excited with the battle in a grade that he once let himself off guard. The times he was excited with battles of other people were a few and he happened to see a good battle at the moment. However , the view of the battle was interrupted again as another Marine , stronger than the other ones Maxulus killed, attempted to slice him by throwing his sword on him. Maxulus who barely dodged was still calm. He says to the Marine:

"Impressive Accuracy...But let's see how fast you are...Umbrella Missile!!!"

Then , Maxulus right arm was seperated from his body. Maxulus laughed as the arm was heading towards the Marine , especially in the view of the scared face of his next victim. In two seconds , the Marine was on the ground and his face was completely destroyed by Maxulus' attack. All of the bones on his head were completely destroyed. After that , Maxulus' arm merges with his body again and he looks at the people around him , pirates and Marines who were staring at him with a surprised face due to his strange powers.

Clark nods and jumps out of the way, and at the same time sends the ball towards Payne, making it bounce off in various directions.
Wally shoots "Liberation burst !" and tons of debri along with some pirates are thrown in all directions.
