| Jay rushed away from the Ape that was now riding on another Sparrow. He extended his arms and allowed the injured cat man to drop lightly into them only to be smashed from behind by the bird as the other clipped his head with his wing. He looked around desperately for help and notice a man calling himself the ringmaster scream that he was planning on offering his service. "I'm sorry I meant to grab you before you got hit but that marine pulls some surprising crap out of his butt." Jay explained as he fly over to the Ringmaster and the woman. He could hear the awkward birds flying behind him but he needed to land soon his wings ached he needed to continue this fight from the ground. | |

| "I'm sure..." Jackson stated without much feeling, unconvinced with the man's sentiments. "And I'd prefer that you put me back on the ground before deciding to chuck me somewhere else. Once was quite enough." He folded his arms across his chest with difficulty, unable to contain a small groan of discomfort when his right shoulder protested such movement. "The quicker we reach the ground, the faster I can reimburse that oddly colored monkey. I assure you that if I was anywhere else with decent footing, I would've dodged that attack without a hitch."
His facial expression remained rather foul until a shout from the street they were approaching perked his interest. Leaning forward slightly, he hoped to catch a glimpse of the scene, but was taken aback to find that the dancer had found the strange man dressed in black in white that she was speaking to earlier. Jackson found the man's desire to get himself involved in such a situation quite unexpected, but intriguing nonetheless. Hopefully, the extra unit of man power would be able to end the skirmish efficiently, and Jackson watched carefully to see what such a man was capable of.

| Jay smiled at the thought. Does he realize I could just drop him like a rock right now if I wanted too? Jay thinks as he lowers and places the man near the dancer and then turned on the attacking Apes. He drew his sword and retracted his wings. It felt so nice not to have to worry about them. His shoulder blades ached but he had to fight he felt he gotten them into this mess. He should have put down the woman sooner. Jay shook his head and focused on the approaching enemy. | |

| (when i meant blue gorillas i meant this okay? http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Blue_Gorillas. ) Gazelle then landed on the ground. Its about time you acted Ringmaster Jean, I was getting bored; honestly I don't know how to actually beat you but it is time to get serious! Come forth my most powerful animal! Sennenryu! . Then from the skies landed a large green dragon. | |

| Baring his teeth in a sinister grin, he never took his eyes off of the marine officer. Sure the dragon was impressive-- just not as impressive as his enemy's impudence about the whole situation. In spite of the seriousness of the situation, Jean tossed his head back and laughed maniacally. The thing that really tickled his funny bone was his exclaimation: '--honestly I don't know how to actually beat you but it is time to get serious!' Even a man, proven to be as insane as Jean would know better to go into a fight, letting their opponent know that.
"Admittedly it is a very pretty lizard my friend, but you really think that's enough?" he sneered, "I was hoping for more of a challenge." Tightening his hold around the dancer's waist, he readied himself for whatever this guy would throw at him.

| Jay Stared at the dumb looking dragon. He hated animals sometimes. Unless they were domestic they were just annoying. He stood sword drawn assessing the situation. He wondered if he should try and help The Ringmaster. The only thing concerning him was the woman. As annoying as they are he just watch a woman get thrown around or taken advantage of. "Hey you" Jay said addressing the strange man, "Do you think you can take this guy on your own?" He asked. His wings were swore but maybe he could take the woman at the least the cat man seemed to be fast enough on his own. If they could get away then the Ringmaster wouldn't be distracted. | |

| In the back of her mind, Ziv was starting to panic a little. She tried to supress the thought, but could it be that she was being used as a human shield? She looked at... Jean, how the marine had called him. No, maybe it was just this man being crazy that kept him hholding on to her even though she was obviously not immune to dragons. Or maybe he didn't realise? Whatever it was, she'd rather have stood behind him right now. Or, even better, far, far away from this whole situation. | |

| Gazelle then laughed. What do you expect? I'll let the dragon fight? I'll let the DRAGONS fight! Drake, call all the dragons! Suddenly the dragon lets out a huge roar. A large number of dragons appeared from the sky. Prepare to use the Dragon's Judgement Drake. . the dragons then are preparing to breath fire at the enemies below. | |

| The dragon's roar was deafening and painful to Jackson's ears, and he immediately covered them to try blocking out some of the sound. Momentarily stunned, he remained in the position until his instinct reminded him to stay on guard. Skyward, a multitude of dragons suddenly appeared, and they didn't seem to have any intention on landing. Jackson gawked when he realized that things down on the ground were probably going to heat up, quite literally, and fast. Was the marine seriously going to burn an entire town to the ground, just to get rid of a thief and a pirate or two?
"I think a more suitable question for him would be can we run away fast enough? Unless that 'Ringmaster' can fly and intercept those dragons before they burn us to a crisp, we're all dead. I'm not keeping my hopes up!" he called out with alarm.

| Laughing wickedly, Jean leisurely began putting his earplugs in his ears. This Marine was more fool than anything. This was the first time Jean had ever seen live dragons, but he was sure that these particular ones would pack a serious punch when they emitted their fiery breath. Part of him wanted to merely dodge the attack so he could watch the island burn. He could even hear it now, the delicious screams of the townsfolk as their precious homes were consumed by flames. The hate and animosity they would feel for this particular marine and for pirates sent a shiver of ecstasy up his spine. Now wasn't really the time for him though. He couldn't risk getting his new crew-men damaged in the flames. They would be entirely useless then.
"I may not be able to fly, but I don't think I'll need to." he laughed, then he turned to the dancer and whispered into her ear, "Cover your ears love. Nemu Nemu Nemu!" So long as the command wasn't distorted in any way, anyone who heard it would be fast asleep in an instant.

| Ziv didn't think, she simply followed his order. In situations like this, she was too scared to do aything else but follow instincts and orders. She put her hands over her ears. Just to be sure, she also closed her eyes. This way, she was copletely seperated from the world around her. She silently prayed to whoever could hear it that this wouldn't be her last day on this earth. That she wouldn't feel the heat of flames on her arms, her back, her face... She shivered and moved closer to the man intentionally. It was a protective reflex, even though she didn't know what good it'd do in that situation. | |

| "Crap could this day get any worse." Jay said as countless Dragons came forth. Luckily the Ringmaster didn't seem phased. Jay followed the order to cover his ears even though the order was directed at the dancer. Normally Jay would offer to give the guy a lift if he really wanted to fly but Jay didn't think he could do much more flying today not to mention the fact that he didn't think the guy needed the help. Jay stood his ground and watched the feat to come.

| Gazelle then immediately started feeling dizzy so he held back. I'll let you escape.

| (Aaah, thanks for editing, man. Made no sense...)
Ziv kept her hands on her ears. She still didn't open her eyes and she still didn't move an inch. Nothing from the outside got through to her. Why wasn't she dead yet? Did she actually have a slight chance to survive? She scolded herself for such thoughts. Just because it took the dragons a little longer than expected to roast her didn't mean they wouldn't.

| (At least one person ought to fall asleep, eh?)
Unable to hear such a quiet suggestion to cover their ears, Jackson clearly heard the Ringmaster's command. He collapsed onto his back in an instant, limbs sprawled out on the ground. Breathing deeply, he appeared to be quite peaceful as he continued to sleep.

| One by one, the dragons fell sound asleep, crashing to the ground with a thunderous quake. Snickering softly to himself, he knew he'd already won and the marine's words were all for nothing. In his arms, the poor dancer girl was quivering, still with her hands over her ears. In the distance, he saw that one of her rescuers was awake, while the other one collapsed, into a peaceful sleep. He didn't particularly enjoy the prospect of having to carry this man aboard his ship, but it was still at least only one. Adjusting his top hat, he released his grip from around her waist and took her wrists delicately. Her eyes were closed. Grinning wolfishly, he considered stealing a kiss, just to see how she'd react. Then again, she was mute and most likely unable to shriek. That was pretty much the only reason he ever pulled that stunt ever. Oh well. Peeling her hands away from her head, he laughed softly.
"It's alright my dear, you're safe now." he crooned, "Let's collect your friends and head to my ship before Marine silver-hair wakes up now, shall we?" He didn't even wait for her reply before he strode elegantly over towards the young, brunette bird-man.
"You must have very acute hearing to have heard my suggestion to our dancer friend." he said, "Or were you simply playing "Monkey-see Monkey-do?"

| Ziv opened her eyes. Was she dead yet? No. Definitely not. Still, the sight around her was so strange she thought she might have gone insane along the way. Why was everyone asleep? What had happened? She wanted to reach for her shoulder and pet Abo, but he wasn't there. He had most likely run away. She dropped her head in disappointment. She knew he was a coward, but she would have expected him to be more lo... Oh wait, he was just lying on the ground. Fast asleep. At this point, not even that could surprise her anymore. She reached down and picked him up, whhich woke him up. He looked at her sleepishly, with a repraochful look in his eyes. She ignored it, he would just pout a little and be back to normal in a minute or two. Then she remembered the reason this had started. The loot! Now that she had gone through all the trouble to get it, it would be a shame to leave it here. Slowly, she waled towards the alley in which the rats were supposed to be storing it. | |

| Jay watched as the cat man fell t the ground. He stared dumbfounded as the dragons followed suit. Jay ran over to the man only to find that he was fast asleep. that must have been his attack... he thought as the Ringmaster laughed at the confused archer. Jay felt he should run but he didn't want to just leave he still felt responsible for everything. That's when he noticed the dancer moving towards the alley way. He leaned down and shook the cat man in a vain attempt to wake him and hopefully get him to run. | |

| Ziv looked into the alleyway and frowned. It was unusual for not even one of the rats to be there. Maybe they had hidden when they noticed the dragons? She carefully looked around. There was no sign of the loot either. No reason to panic, though. They most likely brought it somewhere else... Still, they would have given her a sign then... No matter, she'd find eventually. | |
