| Jay immediately took the response from the woman as a cry for help and the other man chasing her already made him mad. Jay switched from bird to hybrid form in the blink of an eye and wrapped his arms around the woman. He moved his goggle over his eyes and smiled. "Let's get away from this guy sound good?" Jay asked and began to fly upwards and away from the man on the cheetah and began to double back and around corners. There was no way for the man to reach them now even if he could Jay would take him out with his talons. "Hold on tight!" Jay said and began to pick up speed. He needed ground forces however someone to hit this guy down he couldn't do it while carrying someone. He began to look for a place to put the performer girl down. | |

| Ziv shut her eyes tight. She had forgotten how uncomfortable she was with heights. With one hand, she desperately clung to his shirt, not daring to look down. With the other, she held Abo, covering the rodents eyes. Who knew what he'd do if he noticed how high up they were. She could even imagine him jumping down in panic. Sometimes she really wondered if he was just stupid, or actually suicidal. She wondered how high they were, and opened one eye slightly to look down. Something she regret a moment later. | |

| (Sorry for such a late response, and I hope I didn't hold anything up... Work completely annihilated me yesterday)
After calling out to the dancer, Jackson realized that another man had suddenly come next to her. Whether it was the appearance of the second man, who appeared to be a marine of some sort, or Jackson's own shouts, something scared the woman enough for her to attempt and flee the scene. The male he recently held a brief conversation with then suggested that Jackson follow him. Jackson nodded affirmatively in response, and watched with mild interest as he changed into the form of a large lark and took off into the sky.
The speed at which the lark flew was surprisingly fast, and Jackson hesitantly shifted into his cat form entirely in order to keep up. It wasn't long until they had reached the fleeing dancer's position, and the female latched onto him to avoid being captured by the marine who was now perched atop a cheetah. Picking up speed, the lark then rose higher into the air. Jackson attempted to holler out in protest of being left on the ground, but only a cat's meow was able to escape his mouth.
His tail twitched in agitation from being overlooked, but his attention quickly turned to their pursuer. Unless the marine could sprout wings and fly as well, the chances of him catching his prey was slim. Content with the outcome, Jackson decided to cautiously return to the street from which he came, hoping to re-establish contact with the man who had left him in the alley initially. Quietly, he attempted to sneak around the marine that had managed to follow them thus far. Hopefully, the man would overlook a stray cat making its way around town.

| Gazelle then laughed. Oh look a tiny little bird. Hahaha. But if you think you can escape, you're wrong. Sparrow come forth! Suddenly a Super Sparrow came flying very fast. Gazelle jumped on top of the Sparrow. You look healthy as usual Sparrow. Now chase that bird! . The super sparrow then chased Ziv and Jay | |

| Jay freaked out now the man that had been chasing him and the woman was now on top of a sparrow. That's when Jay noticed the cat. He appeared to be watching what was going on. It hit him very suddenly. "No wonder." Jay said aloud and dodged underneath the sparrow with an alarming speed. He left plenty of room between them to prevent any retaliation via the talons of the sparrow. "Hey! I need your help!" Jay called as he swept up the black and white cat and continued on into the alley. He knew what needed to happen but he wasn't sure if he could pulled it off. It all depended on whether the woman could fight and whether this strange man would help them out. "Can you fight?" He looked to the woman who was clutching onto his shirt and holding a ferret keeping his eyes covered. | |

| Gazelle then laughed. You think you can run escape thief? . Gazelle then pulls out a large arrow and his bow. He then shot a large arrow towards Jay. | |

| Ziv opened her eyes when she was asked something. She wanted to answer, but then she saw... an arrow? Her eyes widened. She let go of Abo and pointed towards the aroow. She was panicing a little. The second she let go of her ferret, he started to squee and tried to jump back to the ground. Just as she had thought, he was just as afraid of heights as she was. | |

| Jackson sat wide-eyed in the alley when the lark man decided to pick him up after all. The sudden change in his plan surprised the unexpecting cat, his ears folding back and eyes narrowing uncomfortably as they picked up speed once more. He didn't particularly enjoy the feeling of being reliant on the man's flying skills, but Jackson could only ride along silently until his help was required.
At least he seemed to react better to heights than the other two passengers, and he watched as the ferret squirmed within his owner's grip and attempt to leap to safety. When the woman pointed to an oncoming arrow shot from their pursuer's bow however, Jackson considered attempting to fall to the ground as well. Containing his instinct to get out of the way, he simply poked the lark with a paw in hopes of gaining his attention.

| (It does. That's what I meant. It's up to oneself if they dodge it or not, not the opponent. Godmodding isn't allowed. Ever. So at some point, anyone will get hit. But when is totally up to them.) | |

| (GoreFish is right but that's besides the point he said basically what I would have said anyway let's just try to avoid it from now on)
Jay frantically tried to deiced what to do now. The man had narrowly missed him and he wasn't sure if the woman in his arms could help this situation. The man on the Sparrow instructed him to land but he didn't think he could just make an executive decision for the three of them but this was starting to get very heavy for him. Jay then noticed the cat poking at him. At least it's really him Jay thought as he looked at the cat. "Do you have any bright ideas?" Jay asked pretending like he was making his way in for a landing.

| (Oh, I guess that does make sense. Thank you for the explanations.)
Jackson stared at the lark with a combined look of shock and frustration. '... Are you serious? You're the one who decided to pick me up, and you don't even have a plan?!' He hung his head in disappointment, realizing that the lark probably didn't have any means of long ranged combat he could use in this situation. It would appear that they'd need to improvise, or face the possibility of being aprehended.
'Unless you have a better idea, toss me at him.' Jackson hesitantly used his paw to point to himself then at the marine pursuing them, hoping that it would get the general concept across.

| Jay stared at the cat dumb founded. "Are you kidding me!? I don't exactly want to have your death on my conscious. My plan died when the dud pulled out the bow maybe we should just land and fight." Jay suggested fearing the cat's answer but throwing him did not seem like a good idea. Jay killed only marines and if only he could find a safe place to put these two down. Jay continued to speed up making it appear he couldn't land just yet as he glided close to the ground. | |

| A vein in Jackson's skull pulsed and his ears bent back slightly as the man immediately ruled out his proposition. While not particularly offended by having been spared such a fate, he didn't enjoy being underestimated in such a blunt fashion. In Jackson's opinion, his idea sounded much more reasonable than actually obeying the marine's commands.
'What kind of sane pirate actually listens to a marine... That man won't be waiting on the ground to greet us with flowers in hand,' he internally vented. Turning his line of sight away to avoid any further conversation that the lark might decide to create, Jackson simply sighed with indifference. He no longer cared how they go about the situation, as long as he get out of it alive and relatively soon.

| Jay noticed the cat was now slightly pissed off at him. "I'm sick of this crap!" Jay yelled. "You've got your wish cat!" Jay said and carefully placed the woman down on the ground as soon as he could and turned tossing the cat towards the man on the sparrow and then quickly followed with his sword drawn ready to catch the cat if and when needed. Jay suddenly turned back to the woman "If you can fight from there help us if you can't run and we'll find you later if we need to." Jay yelled and turned around and kept flying after the cat. | |

| Jackson's fur stood on end as he realized the man wasn't going to put him down gently like he did the woman and her pet. It was far too late to convince him to reconsider, and before long Jackson was sent flying. After the initial shock of being tossed so haphazardly wore off, his jaw clenched in resentment. Dealing with the lark would have to wait, since he was beginning to near the marine on the sparrow from a steep angle below.
Moments before he might collide with their target, he swiftly shifted to his human form entirely in hopes of catching the man off guard. While doing so, Jackson drew one of his swords and attempted to stab the marine in the lower part of his torso.

| Jay followed the cat carefully as he shifted into his human form and continued towards the man on the Sparrow. Jay aimed his sword at the left wing of the sparrow making sure that the cat man wasn't falling. He accelerated and swung full force placing the speed of his wings behind the attack. He new the man wouldn't be able to easily dodge this attack. | |

| While the men fought, Ziv decided to run for it. Now might be the only chance she had, and she wouldn't even think about sacrificing her family members to help some strangers. Even though they did risk their lives for her. So she ran into a close alley, one of the many this town had. She'd have the advantage there. Where to go? She remembered the man she had talked to before. If she'd get into his crew real fast, then she'd have protection and an option to flee. She smiled. Seemed like a good plan. IN a minutes time, she was back at the place where she had danced before. | |

| Gazelle then laughed. I might say, this will be a good attack if you battle a normal marine. But I am not HAHA! Let us go my blue gorilla friends! . Suddenly from out of nowhere 2 Blue Gorillas came riding 2 Super Sparrows and aimed punches at Jay and Jackson. You two take care of these two men. I'll chase the girl. Then Gazelle's sparrow flew at superb speed towards Ziv | |

| Something approaching Jackson from his right caught his attention, and he quickly realized that whatever it may be was flying directly towards him. In a desperate attempt to protect himself, he ceased trying to stab the marine and quickly raised his forearm to guard instead. This proved to be little help when he noticed that the attacker had simply too much power, as it obviously wasn't human.
Since being in mid-air doesn't allow any footing, he immediately attempted to twist out of the way of the gorrila in vain. A punch to his right shoulder sent Jackson somersaulting quite violently to his left, cringing and grabbing at his injury as he did so.

| For the most part, Jean looked on at the spectacle with great amusement. This loud, obnoxious marine fellow had swooped in from nowhere and had started this great goose chase for the mute dancer. He didn't even notice the infamous pirate with the bounty on his head. Perhaps he was a newer marine, because that wasn't a mistake they made very often. Casually watching the trio's plight, a full blown debate raged inside his head between at least fifty different arguments. The strongest arguments were 'leave because this was getting rather boring' or, 'help them out and escape with them on your ship because you really, really, REALLY need new crewmates.'
"Well not that this hasn't been fun watching you four look totally ridiculous and all, but I think it's time to intervene." he said in a loud voice. Right as the dancer rushed towards him, he stuck his arm out to grab her waist and pull her close to him. Quickly pulling out his trusty earplugs from his pockets, he kept them at the ready in case he needed to put everyone to sleep. "Alright you fruity, silver-haired buffoon, if you want to get to this fine young woman, you'll have to get through 'the Ringmaster' first."

| Ziv hadn't expexted to be welcomed back with open arms. But this could almost be considered sexual harrassment. She didn't mind though, and she didn't try to get away from him. It was her fault for dressing this way. Plus, she needed this mans help. But what were the earplugs for? She tilted her head a little, trying to see something in his face, the look in his eyes, which could tell her, but couldn't find anything and then decided it would surely make sense if she just watched. Now, it was the marines turn to make a move. She didn't dare to stare at him, so her eyes kept flickering between him and the man who could save her... She still didn't know his name, but that could wait. After all, he still didn't know hers either. | |
