Anubis Pirates take over: Island 1 = Samanthia (Open to Zalton and Kenjiro and to any one who wants to try and take over the Island)

After Joining the Anubis's Crew in Jaya of Alabasta. Leon had sailed out on his first given assignment. To take over Unholy's Islands. Due to there Alliance, Anubis was taking over Unholy's lost territory. Since Unholy was dead and all. Leon stood at the wheel of his own ship, the Roaring Lion. Sailing towards the Island of Samanthia. Their first destination. Accompanied by Zalton, Hammer Time, and Frostbite. All new allies to Leon. Leon stood up straight as he steered towards the Island. His Black Cape blew with the wind as he steered. He then called out to the rest of his crew saying.

"HEY! WE'LL BE CASTING ANCHOR SOON! GET READY!!"

Zalton wasnt so much worried about the mission at hand he was looking towards the journies up ahead. Logias had been a troublesome bunch to deal with and he was looking to solve this problem. He could not hear Leon but a division member would call him on his den den when the time was right. From his location he could see outside through a porthole

((This is moving way too slow guys... Ken will be busy so assume he is just following, or he can join in later))

The marine taskforce was sailing in the direction towards the Anubis pirates group to intercept. The plan was to sink and stop the Anubis pirates so that they could focus on taking Unholys island of Salamanthia. There were at least 5 ships in the taskforce. They began opening fire as soon as they saw the Anubis pirates group heading towards them.

((I believe Unholy is the one that will bring in npc's to try and stop us))

John sat up against the cabin of one of the large ships. His size was almost to much for the boat to handle. The giant was calm, he relaxed as he leaned against the waning wood that made the cabin of the ship. Battle was something Johnathan was used to many times over. Now it seemed than his captain was surplussing power. He and a few other of the division commanders were being sent to takeover an island of an old ally of Anubis'. The man had met his end recently, John didn't know the details of the indecent. All he knew that it was something big and that he did give a crap about it.

"Looks like we're nearing Salmanthia....I heard a giant had taken it over not to long ago. Oh well I guess we can't win'em all." said the giant in a calm voice.

Seeing the small fleet of ships firing upon the ship of Anubis didn't concern the giant in the least. He knew there would be someone else crazy or stupid enough to take them on. He had at that point no reason to move little lone get out of the ship, John was a rather laid back person. A couple of cannonballs rang out of their cannons aimed for the ship John was sitting on. Still not moving he just sat there until the cannonballs were 10 feet from the boat. With a speedy and powerful swing of his tree sized hammer the cannonballs were sent fly back towards their origins with greater power than of that they possessed before hand.

"Damn annoying flies, don't make me use my swatter." John said plopping his hammer in his free hand.

(Island Defence)
A group of 10 salmanthia scouts Patroll The Coast. Knowing that Anbuis is arriving tobtake Unholys Place as ruler. (Noothing spechial or can kill them they are expecting Anubis they will only attack other crews not alinged to them. kill if you want =P)

There are 2 Bases of Salmathia solders 15 miles from the coast. Only hostile to non anubis members. There are non in the desert for theyhad been overrun by badnits.
1 base at the base of the moutain 1 in the forst and a huge battalion of solders at the capital along with the nobles

(Bandit Lord)
Far into Salmathia was the Noble Bandit Lord. Vertanius The Salmanthian fire lizard Zoan smiled at his Bandit Horde. "Here me my Brothers Yonkou Anubis is Coming and I intend to make a deal with him.... If he refuses we kill kill him and spill the re blood over our dusty sands!"

The Bandit horde roared in agreement. A Few Bandited Jumped on there Salmthia fire lizard mounts and took off through the sands to block the royal path through the treterious sands.

(Cult Leader)
The Cult Leader Fear the Black Scorpian Zoan Chanted with his evil cult members. Fear was xcited he remebered Anubis and Unholys first attack on the Island and all the choas they wrot. Fear had high hopes for anubis Maybe he would help his religion grow though his CUlture and Giv life back to their demon god of fire.

Zalton noticed the approaching ships roughly the same time as he got a call on the Den Den.

"Yeah, Ill be up soon. I see them..."

Now battles at sea weren't his fortei but he wasnt to bad at giving instruction. In this battle the navigators, helmsmen and cannoneers/marksman were the key. We also have the giants. Picking up Devils Tooth which was proped up against the wall nearby, Zalton turns off the Bunsen burners and heads to the main. All while barking orders through the den den

Some of the cannons made contact with the ships deck from the swing of Johns hammer. The taskforce was doing major damage control. they tried to retaliate with more canons. The other ships were progressing foward to try and flank the sides of the Giant and the other ships. One of the marines on board "FIRE!!!!" They were firing another barrage of cannon this time from the side of the giant and the one other ship of the Anubis pirates.

OOC: Anubis isn't with us guys..its just like 3 of us. Right?

Leon looked up as he saw the cannon balls make way towards his ship. He didn't want to have the Roaring Lion be damaged at all. And to think they would even attempt to attack Leon, an Ex-Yonkou's ship angered him even more. Have they no fear of him? They needed to be reminded. Leon then ran over the railing that was protecting people from falling off the balcony where the Steering wheel was. They could protect the ship, But he'd take down the taskforce for attacking his ship.

"...Those ignorant bastards..I'll kill them for dare firing at my ship!"

At that, Leon landed on the crows nest pole and began running up it. As he did so, just before he reached the top. He kicked off the pole with one foot. Soaring threw the air. He landed on a cannon ball that was on its way to hit his ship. Since the Cannon ball was half way there. He kicked off that and made the rest of the way towards one of the taskforce ships. While Leon was still in mid air. He grabbed the handle of his Saber and narrowed his eyes. He then in a flash, withdrew his blade. Sending out a huge slash of air while he did so. Completely cutting one of the taskforce ships completely in half.

"AIR SLASH!!"

As one of the ships began to sink. Leon landed on the Sinking ship and began running towards the 2nd ship. Ready to take it down in an instant.

The ships were beggining to sink from the naval fire and the attacks from Leon. The remaining ships which were only a few now were starting to retreat. One of the marines were calling back to HQ "HQ!!!! IT WAS A DISASTER!!! THE TASKFORCE HAS BEEN SUNK AND DEFEATED COMPLETELY!! THE ANUBIS PIRATES WILL BE CLOSING IN ON SALAMANTHIA SOON!!!!!!!" The ships were trying to escape in the eye of this impressive Anubis pirates assault. Most of them heading away from the trouble.

Jason or known to his crew mates frostbite looked on at the sinking ship. His face unreadable as he looked on blankly. Looking down where the tide came in at her crouched down and gently placed his fingers tips in the small amount of water. It soon froze and quickly went around the remaining ships so they couldn't escape from battle. Stepping onto the ice he spoke in only a slight whisper "Forgive me my love...But rest at ease knowing if I die this day we shall be together again for the rest of eternity." the words were sad and depressing. Yet seemed soothing like a madman's children story.

With each step ice creeped up Jason's skin getting thicker stopping at the neck until it was an armor that left his head open for attack. Stomping on the ice shards as well as a large ice hammer flew up grabbing it and hitting the six shards that flew up with the hammer. The shards entered several men's body and flew out the others side killing three and greatly wounding the other three. Touching the ice once more spikes flew from the ice around the ship. The ice moved away from the ship to allow it to sink. "Now my crew mates...Finish this battle so we may take this island."

Leon then continued his assault on the ships. Now seeing there was no way for them to escape. Leon span his sword around in his hand like a Paton. When he finished spinning it. He grabbed onto it. Holding it in a reverse motion. He then began spinning counter clockwise and began surrounding him self in a huge gust of wind. He continued his attack until he had created a straight twister like attack. He then began falling downward towards the remaining ships. As he landed on the Ice, destroying the ice below him, due to the revolving twister surrounding him. Leon then rushed straight threw the remaining ships that where stuck in place. Demolishing them almost entirely. Leaving a huge hole in each ship that he ran through. The ships then began to sink. With some marines abandoning ship and running towards the Roaring Lion. Leon stopped his attack and spun his sword around like a Paton again. Then stopped spinning it and threw it down into its case.

".......Hmpf..."

As the sword's handle slammed against his case. A huge roaring boom sound was made. Just loud enough for those surrounding him to hear. Leon hadn't been remotely serious in any of his recent fights. This was Leon going all out. Leon then turned towards the new found allies and waved.

"OI! LETS HURRY AND MOVE OUT! THESE SMALL FRIES AREN'T WORT THE TIME.....UNLESS YOU WANT TO KILL THEM. I'D RATHER JUST HEAD TO SAMANTLIHA!"

With the ice all around them, their ships couldn't move forward towards the islands any more than the marine ships could move to escape. It seemed to Jonathan that his crew didn't think everything out properly. This for most giants would be a problem, the ice normally wouldn't support their weight causing them to sink. With the ice separating the giant division from the coast it all most seemed like they would have to deal with it without them.

With a large sigh John looked at the massive amount of ice and the people standing on it. His ship was still a relatively good distance away from the shore. With all the ice in front of the ship it wasn't likely that the giant division would be moving anytime soon. Well that would be the case if John wasn't as strong as he was. Lifting his hammer high into the air John slammed the hammer into the ice. The ice split all the way to the shore, enough ice then broke off for the giant divisions ship to make it all the way.

"Damn kids these days, they never think thing through properly." Jonathan said annoyed.

The taskforce ships were either sunk or running away, the shore of Salamanthia was open enough for people to walk in an take it. the area looked like it once did. The patrols seemed afraid to face the Anubis pirates group as they witnessed the task force being annihilated so simply like that. The patrols stopped by to decide to avoid bloodshed from hitting the country. The docks of Salamanthia were open for the Anubis pirates.

Leon then made it back to the Roaring Lion. He walked towards the ship and jumped high into the air. He then landed on the ships balcony and waited for everyone else to return to the ship.

"When ever you all are ready.."

Moving quickly through the remaining ice Jason jumped onto the ship. His armor melting along with the remaining ice. Looking at Leon he spoke "Lets finish this already the longer we're out here the longer we're open for another attack." he spoke in his icy [no pun intended] tone.

In the distance comming towards the battle was another large ship. The ship was coming towards the battle with great speed, as the ship came closer it could be seen with the Anubis flag and on the very front of the ship stood a man wearing a long black coat which stoped at his ankles and carried the Anubis symbol on the back of it the man standing on the boat looked very young but looked as though he seen a lot of battles. When he spoke the men and women on the ship all stoped what they were doing to listen his voice was strong and kind but had a sign of forcefulness in it " You've all been with me for a long time so you know how I am, I never failed Anubis in anything he asked of me and I don't intend to start now, I want this takeover done quick" the man turned towards his crew with his jacket blowing in the breeeze " that said as the senior members of the crew I expect to see all of you back he alive understood" all the men cheered the roaring echoed across the sea. A small women brought a sword to the man standing on the front of the ship, he grabbed it and smiled " Lets Begin by aiding our friends" the cheering became even louder

Leon looked over east of were they had been sailing a saw a ship quickly approaching. He noticed the ship was one of Anubis Pirates ship. Seeing his Captain had sent in reinforcements. He put his hand on the wheel and pointed to the Island that was less then 30 miles away from them.

"Alright...lets get this over with! We'll meet our allies on the Island..LETS GET A MOVE ON!"

Leon steered his ship the Roaring Lion that was carrying his new found friends the Anubis Pirates, towards the Island of Samanthia. This take over would be short and sweet. Unless they're were Resistance. But ether way, short and sweet was how Leon wanted this to go.

On the coast of Salmthia a group of 20 soilder's awaited The Anubis Pirates. They expected Anubis himself in order for him to claim the thone. However they had no idea what awaited them

Meanwhile
Vertanius The Bandit Lord awaited patantly with his Bandit Horde in the Desert highway awaiting for the Anubis arrivals.

As They approached the Coast of Samanthia, Leon steered his ship straight. Seeing the massive amount of men on the Island. It seemed they weren't going to give up with out a fight. Leon didn't want to fight with the natives and seem like a dictator. Leon then turned to the Giant.

"Hey...Can you do us a favor? Swim the cost and tell them we mean no harm..Were just reclaiming previous land. If they give you trouble jump.."

Standing on the edge of his ship Ryan decided to take this another way tham Leon wanted to " Circle around to the east side of the island, we'll uses Leon's group as a distraction while we enter the island from the east" Ryan then smiled after a few moments they were on the east side of the island " Okay Everyone lets make this area our base I'm going ahead on further into the island to see if i can end this quickly....
