That aside, that was a neat chapter. Had a bunch of new characters in it, a few bounties, and also it's highly likely that Luffy ends up fighting Burgess. Also, it's very soon, and I already made similar statements about the toy soldier, but this girl, Rebecca, I think she could turn out to be recruit-material. Especially since, if she does get to eat the Mera Mera, then she covers those 2 slots that most people speculate that are needed, aka, another girl + a logia user. But let's wait and see. This is still just the start of the arc, not to mention that the main goal of this arc is different so, a loooong way to go now~

Well, so far he seems to be very noble. Tho he probably will have that ruthless side towards pirates. He did however avoided conflict with Luffy earlier on, so maybe he's more towards Moral Justice? Or just lazy, since Akainu's the ruthless type, and happens to trust him alot.

True that, whatever happened up there, they are safe and sound. At the end of the day, think about it; Wiper was so strong, he could fight toe to toe with either Zoro or Luffy. And there's a good deal of other tough ones up there too. While Bellamy may have caused some trouble, it may be that he either stole the pillar or .. I don't know, maybe it could even go to the point where they befriended him, and now he merely wanted to tick off Luffy. He does seem changed anyway, he obviously respects Luffy now, despite the Skypeia mentionin, which he may did simply to ensure that Luffy will be intendin to fight him seriously if they face off again.
