History: (This is After Luffy leaves the Village in Search of One PIece)
Abandon by his father(later to be known as Gan Fall of Skypeia), on the coast of Fuusha Village,Later Adopted by Woop Slap the mayor of Fuusha, being raised on the town, little did he know about the activities out side of Fuusha or East Blue for that matter.....After Several Years, Haruto at Age 16 left Fuusha Village to Travel the Seas, on the ship where he was travelling was raided by buggy's crew, Haruto Instinctively fought the crew with little exprience of combat, and won, people from the ship called him the Devil of East Blue, La Diable, Because people who saw him fight buggy's crew, saw a Large Shadow behind him ressembling, Satan, Haruto in the other hand was clueless of this and just ignored the praise of the people on the ship.....arriving Shell Town, where Monkey D. Garp was after the incident with Captain Morgan. People of the Ship where Haruto was, on were spreading his heroics on the ship, the local marine took notice and "apprehended",Haruto and was taken to Garp, where he was asked to join the navy, Haruto, shocked with the offer, refused....and upon leaving Garp stopped him in his tracks and said " If You're not Joining the navy, you might as well die here and now, I wont let you go and maybe become a pirate and......"
Grap thinking of Luffy stops and just lets Haruto go.......
In his travels, Haruto joins a dojo located in South Blue, and learned Nitoryu( two-swordstyle), in his pursuit to improve his swordsmanship, his Master asked him to leave the dojo, Haruto hearbroken left, well basically he didnt know why his master, made him leave......
After Haruto left, his master comitted suicide........(imbedded in his mind was the demon looking at him with crimson red eyes.....)
At age 17, Haruto plans to go to grand line in search of purpose in life........Arriving in Rouge Town, Haruto walks around the city and stumbles upon the gallows where the Pirate King Gold D. Roger Died.
Unexpectingly, Buggy's Crew was on the premises....Suprised, and full of Glee they attack Haruto with no hesitation, at least 20 men.... charged forward and attacked him....Haruto, "wasted" all of them in less than a minute....anyways....Navy personel were called on site......and captured Haruto.
Haruto was sent to Impel Down....to rot....
