Notes: I am trying to keep a three to one Non-DF user DF user ratio, but don't let this detur you from putting in your application, as soon as we get enough Non-DF users you will be looked at. This is not a Sticky rule, if I like your characters profile and see enough potential I will break this rule. Oh and it is preferred that my first crew member is non-DF for the obvious fact that Noxan is thanks and lets see those apps coming!
