History: Hikaru lived a normal life until he was 12 where on the 2nd of May his parents died in the cross fire of a pirate/ marine fight. This left Hikaru alone, having to fend off for himself, forcing him to beg, steal; What ever he could to survive, the only thing he found enjoyable in his life was cooking which he hardly ever did gaining minimal food. When he became 13 he made a decision and went from restaurant to cafes to anywhere he could gain money by cooking, but they all turned him down either because he was too young or they were "over" staffed. Finally after looking for so much time a restaurant owner told him that he could try being the cook of a pirate crew. He considered this and accepted the call but first he had to train at his fighting in order to become a pirate. Finally when he was 14 he set out to find a pirate crew.

Personality: Hikaru is very protective of himself as this was very necessary when he was homeless, he is even more protective if someone insult his parents.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Devil's dance - This technique requires two daggers and is for where there are many enemies. Hikaru will start to move along them making it hard for them to hit him not only because it's a constantly moving target but because of his size. As he moves up and down the ranks he will send out his daggers delivering short and quick jabs.
