so I come on & notice that there is a new place called the chibi lounge what is it?

oh I made that a while ago, its is basically a place for you to RP with out any limits or have fun while your waiting for posts/character approval, basically you submit a chibi character and RP with them right away with out worrying about approval but only in the lounge, there's an explanation and rules in that section of the site
