What's this? A serious thread in the Chibi Lounge? Vagrant's NPC Listing

So I got permission from Niko to make a thread where I could list any and all NPCs as I add them to the RP, in order to keep track of them and so others can also see them. He also said I couldn't do it in the official Character Forum or the Crew Forum, so here seemed best. If any mod/admin has a better idea where it should go, please move it accordingly.

Please don't spam up the thread guys.

Petty Officer Jurgen Luri
Description: A Marine who joined in order to get the benefits of the health perks and the status symbol of being a Marine, as well as wanting the Marine uniform because he believes women are attracted to men in uniforms. Thin and weak-looking, he has neatly combed blonde hair and a very whiny voice.
Personality: Has an inflated sense of entitlement and complains bitterly when things don't go as he thinks they should. Lazy and cowardly, Jurgen is weak-willed and has never been in a particularly dangerous situation, so has no idea how to deal with such things.
History: Is currently trapped in a broom closet in a Marine base overrun with insurgents. Locked himself inside to avoid being found and killed.
RPs: Revolutionary Trouble

More NPCs will be added as they crop up. NPCs that are added are selected for this thread because they have a good chance of being used enough to warrant keeping track of them in some fashion, but are not fleshed out enough to warrant being a playable character.
