Battery Dial; an artificial dial made to absorb kinetic energy, convert it to electricity, and release electricity at controlled rates depending in the strength of the impact. It can also absorb electricity to charge, but its maximum output and duration are determined by the previous impact.
Vacuum Dial; a dial made to absorb all forms of air pressure at high quantity and velocity, determined by the impact setting. Faulty. Prolonged use compromises the dial, causing a dangerous implosion.”
Blast Dial; A dial made to absorb amplify and release explosions at 10 times the original power. Improper use results in potentially lethal recoil.
Solar Dial; A dial made to absorb light and heat to create lasers. 1 hour of daylight fires 1 laser. May not work at night.
Acid Dial; a failed copy of a water dial that can absorb gases and liquids, but corrodes whatever is inside and produces an extremely toxic and corrosive cloud that destroys all organic or metallic matter, and is explosive. Highly volatile, all users have perished.
Ammo Dial; a successful but unintended creation that can hold indefinite amounts of 1 kind of ammo.
Zoom Dial; similar to an impact dial focused on range and acceleration, a zoom dial absorbs kinetic energy and momentum and releases a shockwave that propels the target from 1 location to another at high speed. Has 5 times the recoil of an impact dial.
Web Dial; absorbs rope, fabrics, cloths, and etc and coats in a specialized bubble-device that has the slightest amount of kairoseki in it. This results in fabrics that are stronger than steel though not indestructible and bypass devil fruit powers but do not affect devil fruit user’s abilities. Activation of the dial propels the fabrics in the shape of a net controlled by the duration and angle of the trigger.
Relax Dial; a dial made for the pleasure of celestial dragons. Charged with the strength of cortez’s full power haki punch, it has domesticated vibration settings for celestial worthy massage, stimulation, music, and etc. additionally, it can be set to a constant setting an attached to an object and it will produce levitation indefinitely.
Smoke Dial; a military style dial. Absorbs gases, liquids, and powders and produces a non-toxic lingering heavy glue-like smog with a consistency like a cloud dial over a large area.

Buster Dial (250) fake impact dials. 150% more effective with half the recoil, but only 3 uses. Charged with a mighty blow from Shezmu Dagon, a single dial can take out 3 battle ships, or even 3 small islands. However, the recoil will heavily damage the bodies of those who can’t handle that level of attack.
Blood Dial (5000) A modified artificial water dial equipped with derge’s stem-cell blood, various siq, and horo-horo steroids and healing hormones. Absorbs blood and replicates it up to 100 times its original quantity.
Freeze Dial (800) An artificial dial that absorbs heat, freezing on touch. Converts absorbed heat into electricity, which is then converted into cold air to be released from a distance. Fragile.
Dark Dial (100) A fake flash dial that absorbs all light in an area to create darkness/shadow in that area (15m). When at max capacity, it coverts the stored light into a 1km electro-magnetic pulse and releases it. Fire hazard, overheats frequently.
Bounce Dial (300) an artificial dial that absorbs kinetic energy, and release reverse kinetic shockwaves to produce a half-soru/half-gheppo effect when used to move objects within reasonable mass. Hard to control.
Decode Dial (10) A dial made to decipher decrypt and decode all forms of information in the form of a picture and release the answer paper created from the air.
Memory Dial (4) faulty-artificial dial designed to remove memories and implant preprogrammed illusions, but does neither, instead cramming and warping the two together. Using or receiving damage from this dial can cause brain damage, memory loss, hallucinations, coma, and seizures. Fragile.
Disposal Dial (1000) artificial dials made to infinitely produce and release high-density fats and oils at high temperature. Absorption feature indefinitely absorbs ash. Has a spark strip on it.
Drill Dial a buster dial made with an axe dial rather than an impact; producing a drill-like pressure blade capable of piercing anything not kairoseki.
Stop Dial a dial that absorbs most types of loose material and mixes it with glue to produce various ways of stopping, included liquid weld, paralytic poison, slow necrosis, etc.
Patch Dial a dial that absorbs damaged material and chemically breaks it down to be converted into a smart material it releases to seal and mimic whatever surface it patches.
Blood Demon's Dial; absorbs the temporary blood made devil fruits created by Derge and then multiplies the fruit by X10s.  The fake fruits last for up to 3 posts.
Devil Killer Dial; a dial containing an enhanced version of Derge's blood specifically made to canceled out any other devil fruit ability once injected into the bloodstream; the condition lasts for 5 posts.

Moon Dials

Ring Dial; a ring-shaped pressure-absorbing dial that is used to convert for and trigger other dials. Can be sealed with a gemstone to produce electromagnetic forces and energy.
Spin Dial; absorbs all types of kinetic energy and converts it into centripetal force, spinning objects at high rpm or creating tornado-like force without air or water necessary.
Shock Dial; absorbs electromagnetic particles and kinetic energy and produces electromagnetic shockwaves that can neutralize magnetism, electricity, electromagnetism, and metal control.
Scope Dial; the dial absorbs reflected light in the direction it faces, and when pressed to the user’s eye the user can amplify the imagine to see beyond what sight would allow as if looking through a telescope. Bad for your eyes, don’t use often.
Terra Dials; absorbs water and air to produce an artificial atmosphere suitable for growing plants.
Photon Dials; absorbs electricity, makes high powered lasers
Orb Dial; absorbs haki and kinetic energy and converts it into temporary artificial gravity to increase or decrease gravity in an area temporarily by creating and orb. Smaller orbs produce stronger artificial gravity over less range
Pilot Dials; generic dials designed to absorb environmental phenomena to prevent the destruction of a vessel. Not fool-proof, single use recommended.
Trash Dials; absorbs plastics, metals, and generic trash and converts it into metallic powder
Data Dial; records data in the form of electricity or light, and projects it as moon-language or into a device up to 3 times.
Comet Dial; Dials made to deflect solid projectiles with twice the force.
Emergency Dial; dials made to store the contents, including people, of an area in perfect preservation for a time limit specified upon use up to 20 years; extremely rare, cannot be duplicated, origins unknown, 10 in existence.

Slash Dial; An artificial dial custom made on the request of the celestials as a reward for Cortez’s services. Designed after a reject dial and an axe dial, a slash dial absorbs the kinetic energy in an attack and amplifies it into a slashing pressure wave 50x the cutting power as a normal airblade, equal to the power of the actual weapon strike itself.
Sonar Dial; an artificial dial designed to emit high powered radio waves and depict a holographic image of the results.
Meteor Dial; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Meteor dials neutralize weather i to nothing for 3 posts. Absorbed weather is used to create other dials.
Rain Dial; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Rain dials create rainy weather for 3 posts. Single Use.
Blizzard Dial; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Blizzard dials create winter weather for 3 posts. Single Use.
Drought Dial; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Drought dials create sunny arid weather for 3 posts. Single Use.
Mist Dial; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Mist dials create thick misty weather for 3 posts. Single Use.
Tornado Dials; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Tornado dials create dangerously  windy weather for 3 posts. Single Use.
Storm Duals; a dial made to temporarily change the weather. Storm dials create thunder storms for 3 posts. Single Use.
Furniture Dials; dials made to draw furniture out of steel cloud and plastics.
Armory Dials; can store and release multiple copies of 1 type of weapon. All copies must be the same weapon ie no multiple customs, all uniform. Can also store ammo.
Gilded Dials; stores and releases gold
Gem Dial; stores and releases gems and jewelry
Money Dial; stores and released paper, cloth, and other fabric type money.[/u][/u]

Actually, a few issues I have:

Buster Dial is broken; a character with enormous power could theoretically destroy virtually everything on his own, which defeats the purpose of roleplaying to begin with.

Stop Dial, well, I need more information as to how that works.

Even if they are fake, doubt that DF users can use a secondary ability,even if briefly, unless if I get some more input and explanation to understand the mechanics.

And the weather dials, how big an area do they affect? If a single one could say, affect an entire Kingdom, then this is busted and needs a nerf, too, even if the effects are temporal.

I am also definitely against all those dials for a few reasons:

First, it changes the whole lore of One Piece thus far. We had a few problems here with DFs being capable of receiving Paramecia fruits, which should not have been allowed in the first place, but we allowed it. We also had items which were approved like the gems of Roko's sword which should not have been allowed due to not having any ties to the One Piece lore thus far. However, this is a different case.

While Dials DO exist in the One Piece World, they were briefly detailed and they mostly originated in Skypiea and only a few of them were actually shown. While this may not be a problem watching the progress this site's story has made, allowing more than 30 new dials with overpowered abilities not only expands the lore to a point it doesn't remind me of One Piece at all (with only exception being the name as the items are called Dials), but also overrides the purpose of a DF as most of these dials grant abilities similar to the DFs.

I am not rejecting anything, I am just pointing out my issues with the Dials.

Buster dial is NOT broken. Buster dial is a medium ground between a reject dial and an iimpact, being 1/4  the power of a reject dial with twice the recoil of an impact dial. The explanation of power was only to give a for instance; dagon has immense physical strength and multiplied by the dial power, yes it is a lot. But, it’s recoil demands that you be capable of tanking the damage the dial deals. If you can’t take a mountain-level punch, you cannot use a mountian level buster dial without expecting your body to pay the price. Anyone could get an impact dial of equal strength to the buster dial and use it without worry. If anything, impact dials are broken for this fact. That being said, if you still think buster dials are busted, I can just remove it. It is an unecessary dial as reject is stronger and impact is more efficient.

Stop Dial is easy. It is essentially a modified water dial filled to the maximum with SMART glue. The glue adapts to whatever phenomena it comes in contact with, as its a smart material, and forms a hold. If repairing a weapon it’d be more like liquid weld. If stopping a wound it would form a flexible glue-like seal. If someone was poisoned on the arm, you could inject it into your arm to stop the bloodflow and even destroy the poison... although doing so would result in paralysis and necrosis, so it would still net a lost arm.

The original meteor dial could affect an entire kingdom, but it must make contact with the weather directly to absorb the weather. As for the release dials, their weather effects would be more intense than typical weather for its duration but wouldn’t be as long range, city level maybe mountain level at best.

As for the response to Max, this doesn’t change OP lore, it doesn’t even change site lore. All of these are ARTIFICIAL, meaning that they were created to the plot conditions of the On Site Canon. Furthermore, modified dial technology has been around for years with no worries about it. All of these artificial dials are a result of that fact coupled with the plot. The technology is there, its been on site for years, and with the advancements of both the underworld and the wg on site there is no reason any of these shouldn’t be feasible. All it does is allow technology that has been horded by Derge and the WG to become SLIGHTLY more available to the masses in these specific forms. On that note, I am a little offended by the use of the word OP to describe my dials as I went out of my way to balance them WITHOUT writing a paragraph for each one. Maybe I’ll have to to get it approved, but I’m just trying to let people have some more fun with some more unique gear that fits the site lore.

As for the DF dial, tbh I agree. Having an extra ability seems much and I’ll take that out.

We've had custom dials for a loooonnnggg time, so deal with it. If you have qualms about the specific properties of the dials go ahead and discuss it further on discord or in the staff section here.
