Appearance: 5'10". Her face under the white messy mane of hair she sports a sharp toothed grin, two slits for a nose, and very small white eyes. However, She keeps under a specially designed helmet that exposes only the lower portion of her head. The helmet is designed to flashy and gimmicky, blinking bright with various lights and able to project even words and small images with the users thoughts. Her skin is pale white and leathery, but the stranger thing is that her 'skirt' is part of her being her tentacles and thus her legs. Underneath them you would find a spikes decorating the interior of the skirt. She is able to raise her skirt to shield her upper body like a spiky egg. Her upper body wears a black tube top to cover her buoyant C-cup and upper pair of arms, her lower set of arms instead get to wear long arm covers. Parts of her body feature glow in the dark; including her mouth, eyes, nipples, finger and tentacle tips are almost fully luminescent while cheeks, arms, tentacles, stomach and such have a faint pulsing glow.

History: Born in the glowing bubble of Fishman Island, Isabelle was a confusing mess of adorable and disgust from a rather uncaring mermaid mother and an unknown fishman father who was never in the picture. Her eyes were sensative to most light, requiring her to wear a special black strip of cloth to dull the light for her to see. She had a love for music, always singing and playing with those not scared by her noseless face or her odd skin-dress for which she tended to be bullied by fishmen kids from the deep district below. When she was only 10, She was among those caught and stolen away by pirates to be sold off for profit. In turn, She was rescued by an odd squad of five pirates who took her on to be a mascot of their team and island for which she really grew up. These pirates took care of a future island where they combined their might to fight off invaders and use their pirate ship to defend the island from the monthly raining asteroids.
