Appearance: Most know him by his rather bizarre outfit that fits a wrestler while others call it a call back to the man who captured the King of the Pirates. As such, He wears the upper head of stylized Seagull to cover down to the bridge of his nose; it is attached to his Justice jacket the flutters behind him like a cape. He does not wear a shirt for the most part, instead showcasing a superheroesque strongman build followed up with standard issue Marine pants and shoes donned on. He currently stands at 7'5", giving him some height compared to others. Under the mask, he has short black hair and very thin eyebrows. He also almost always has a case of 5 o'clock shadow that he states he is growing a beard... for the past 20 years.
History: Joined the Marines as a simple recruit back in the day and took to a more Superhero identity with his crewmates being inspired by his antics and heroics. He has caused an issue where many joining marines tried to follow his way of the brawler and failed. However, He has been well noted to being a very popular figure in the eyes of the public that the World Economic Times have made comics featuring him battering both real world and fictional pirates to promote the Marines. Married later in life to Captain Angela Maroon, The Peacebringer, within the halls of Marineford. With the arrival of his daughter, It was Dom that took a desk job aboard an island to raise his daughter while his wife worked. With a daughter enlisted and all grown up, Dominac is now seeking the open sea once more with his wife to fight dirty pirates and help keep the waters safe
Personality: Loud and proud and passionate about what he does, He also usually doesn't respond to his name when he is on duty and even off duty. Most people don't even know his name and instead call him by "Gull" or "The Gull". He is a loving and caring father that will most likely throw you through a metal wall should you attempt anything with his beloved devil of a daughter, whose activities he overlooks due to his love of family. He does lack respect with higher ranking officers and prefers to think of everyone being on the same boat, but does follow orders to a T.
Fighting Style/Specialty: Grapples, punches and kicks and more. Has even been seen Suplexing the floor off a building into a group of pirates.

Appearance: Breaking standard uniform, This long haired blonde gal wears a white toga over a swimsuit that she never uses to swim in. Her standard Marine coat is usually on outside of battle and is usually tossed with the crown of olive branches she wears in hopes to promote the ideals of peace among nations. She stands above most gals at 6 feet even while her chest sits at an acceptable Oda fan service level of approval with wide hips to match. She sports two blades, a wooden sword and katana for differing uses.
Angela is a Zoan user of the
Tori Tori no Mi: Model Dove, allowing her to turn into a rather large pure white dove the size of an eagle or a dove human hybrid in which her mouth transforms into a pigeon like beak, her body is covered in puffy white feathers that give her a plusher look, her hands and feet turning into the talons of a pigeon and a great pair of white wings sprouting from her back.
History: Angela was joined the Marines around the same time as her husband and both rose through the ranks around the same time they almost competed for it as they became the best of friends. It became hard to separate the two for missions that most times it just saved the hassle by sending both out, earning the two the name 'Lovebirds of Peace and Justice' due to the persona of 'The Gull' and the birdy power of Angela she later gained. After basically dating for 5 years, it was Angela who popped the question to Dom and both were married under the Fleet Admiral. It wasn't long after until Angela bore a daughter, Kanna, from which many tried to get her to retire. However, Angela's position and power was quite useful to the Marines and so after a 2 year break, she returned while her husband played caretaker to both an island and their daughter. Her title rose above her husband for her deeds in preventing and ending many outbreak over the years, but she regrets not being there for the most part for raising her daughter.
Personality: A caring individual, Angela seeks peace and justice in the world without violence but knows what must be done to bring it about. She would rather sacrifice herself before anyone else if needed and will take any measure to reduce causalities even if it is harder to pull off. She was known to take many breaks to visit her family when she can, but has recently been more active now that her daughter is all grown up.
Fighting Style/Specialty: A swordmaster for the most part, Angela uses her Zoan powers to fly by and slash at her opponent with a wooden sword. She chooses to knock out opponents and not to draw blood like many other blade users; but will draw her sword to deal with other users of the blade, even if it means using the dull side of the blade.
