PostSubject: Rabu Beta   Rabu Beta Icon_minitimeThu Nov 19, 2015 5:50 pm

Name: Rabu Beta
Creator: Ikari Rabu
Owner: Ikari Rabu
Type: Cyborg Implements

Part: Mechanical Heart
Appearance: The mechanical heart looks like an ordinary everyday heart.  It has two valves on either side, two chambers per side, pressure gauge, processing clock, made of wires and plastic.  The usual, average, everyday heart.
Use: This is to replace the heart already within Ikari.  It allows blood and, with the blood, fuel to travel around her body.  The main difference between a mechanical heart and a normal heart is that the mechanical one can manually change its rhythm according to how Ikari wants it.  Also, due to its mechanical nature, any poisons or venoms targeting the heart become nullified (Other places are still vulnerable until mechanised), but it becomes prone to damage through electricity.
Special abilities:
- Nullifies venoms/poisons targeting the heart due to its mechanical nature.
- Allows for refined movement of fuel to Overclock (Explained below)
The heart can overclock, meaning that it can go much faster than that of a normal human heart.  Doing so allows a specific function on Ikari to go above and beyond what it can normally do, though at the penalty of not only costing Fuel, but also damaging Ikari in the process.  Any time Ikari overclocks a function that she doesn’t quite have the endurance to use, this will be shown in the damage she takes as recoil. Example technique below;

Name: Overclock: Rocket Arms 2
Type: Cyborg
Description: The attack is as simple as a normal punch with the boost of 2 Rocket Pads.  However, with the use of Ikari's mechanical heart, the pads are pushed past their limits at Ikari's expense.
Effect: Each Rocket Pad would give a 30% increase to Strength and Speed.  With 2 Rocket Pads, this would be a 60% increase.
Level learned: 6
Stat Requirements: Skill 20%, Strength 10%, Endurance 20%
Cost: 10 Fuel, 10 Health + 5 Health per 10% increased strength over endurance (End. 20% with a 30% increased boost would be 15 health in cost)
The maximum amount of extra use out of a function can only be double it's original purpose. As such, a function that gives 20% speed and strength can give an extra 40%. While usually this is split evenly into a nice maximum of 40% speed and strength, this can be unbalanced to give a greater strength and smaller speed (e.g 60% Strength, 20% Speed). Each function can only last for a small amount while being over clocked at maximum. Going over 3 posts in a row with a maximum over clocked function causes it to break down, that function not being able to be used for a further 3 posts. If a function is only given an extra half (So, an extra 20% in the example before), then there is no risk of malfunction, however Ikari will still be damaged.

Part: Mechanical Voice Box
Appearance: The voice box is a literal box.  It’s a small box that fits into Ikari just below her throat at the top of the chest.  This contains a speaker within it and, of course, a lot of wires.
Use: The main use for this is to allow Ikari to speak, even with and illness that would usually affect her throat.  However, due to its mechanical nature, Ikari can use it to create crude versions of other’s voices.  Finally, Ikari can change the pitch, volume and frequency how she likes, enabling her to attack via sound.
Special abilities:
- Can continue to speak in harsh environments, such as underwater.
- Change the sound of her own voice to match someone else or a new voice.
- Attack with sound, the damage and area spread will vary depending on the attack.  Ikari will not be able to use the Voice Box for so long depending on the attack.
With a concentrated attack right in front of her, not passing more than at point blanc range, the maximum strength an attack can do is about 80%.  This will fluctuate depending on the range and focus of the attack.  The highest range and attack can go would only be roughly 20 ft away from Ikari.  The largest area of focus will be a complete 360° attack.  With both the range and focus at it's maximum, the attack will produce a minimum of a 20% strength attack.
Cost:

Part: Rocket Pads: Arm Layer 2
Appearance: The pads themselves look exactly like the one Ikari already has on each elbow, however they are hidden until used.  Each of them are hidden inside Ikari’s forearm, just before the elbow.  Upon being used, they will release, a small rectangular block raising from the hidden area, the pad facing in the same direction as the already existing pad.  There would be 4 of these in each arm.
Use: The main use of the rocket pad is for breaking things.  Either buildings, objects or people.  Its main purpose is for damage.
Special abilities: Each pad gives a maximum of +20% in both Speed and Strength, however Ikari will need 20% in Endurance for each pad used. (Using 4 pads would require 80% Endurance).
Cost:

Part: Rocket Pads: Foot Ball Cluster
Appearance: Much like the pads on the arms, elbows and heels, Ikari also has a small cluster of pads on the balls of her feet.  They are smaller than the other pads by a bit, allowing for 3 of them to fit in the same space as a normal pad would.  There is a cluster of 6 mini-pads on each foot.
Use: The main use of these rocket pads are for both increased movement Speed and kicking Strength, mostly for the speed however.  Unlike the elbow pads, the foot pads are easier to use while already within air and water and can aid in manoeuvring when in any of them.
Special abilities: Each mini-pad gives Ikari an extra +10% in Speed, but only +5% in Strength.  As such, the requirement on Endurance is only 10% for every mini-pad used.  While running at high speed, Ikari will need 5% in Agility for every pad used to be able to turn and manoeuvre properly, otherwise her running curve will be too large or she won’t be able to turn at all.
Cost:

History: After finishing her Steel Skeleton, with some added extras on top, Ikari moved onto her next big project.  This was, of course, going to continue herself, but to make herself more like a weapon.  She wasn’t particularly strong or fast, but that didn’t matter.  She had her brains, and what better use than to build yourself stronger and faster.  With some added bonuses, of course.
Terms and conditions may apply, not recommended for use by anyone as getting rid of your heart is a leading cause of death.
Availability: Exclusive to Ikari Rabu
