Technique list name: Rabu Cyborg Style
Overview: The techniques are a rounded use of Ikari's cyborg implants and her own combat moves. Ikari leanred these most of these moves at an extremely young age, making her used to them, yet at the same time, she still has mastered none of them due to her upgrading herself.

History: When Ikari was almost dead, her father, Unmei, built cybernetic parts within her to live. Ikari eventually started to train her body to accomidate these new parts and eventually started train in her fighting techniques aswell as her cyborg body as a whole.

Name: Rocket-Slam
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari would punch or kick a target, using the power of her rocket implant to aid her.
Effect: The punch itself is much stronger than a regular punch, due to the fact that Ikari has metallic hands/feet and that the rockets on her elbows/heels are aiding her. The attack would be like a blunt weapon was used, rather than it being from a normal punch. The technique is used at 5% increased strength and the speed of the punch is a 5% increase.

Cost: 1 Fuel per use.
Name: Face-Blast
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari would get as close as possible to her target, firing a stable missile straight into their face.
Effect: The missile would slightly burn the victim's face but most of the damage would come from the missile shell exploding, most likely doing more damage than the fire.

Stat Requirements: 15% Endurance
Cost: 1 Stable Missile, 5 Fuel per use.
Name: Track
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari would use her Cybernetic Eye to track her target, making sure to keep them in her sights.
Effect: From tracking the person, Ikari would go to 40% Perception on that single target. The downside to this is that Ikari goes to 0% Perception for anything else going on around her.

Stat Requirements: 10% Perception
Cost: 1 Fuel per post sustained.

Name: Tesla Charge
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari would reveal the Tesla-Pad in her hand and would slam her palm into her target.
Effect: The target would not only be shocked but would also be hit by the blunt force of Ikari's slam. The electrical charge produced by the Tesla-Pad is not excessively strong, causing the person hit to move at -5% speed for one post after being hit.

Name: Missile Fire
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari would remove her right hand and fire a missile from the missile launcher in her right forearm.
Effect: Ikari would fire a Missile at a target, damaging them.

Stat Requirements: 20% Endurance, 20% Skill, 20% Perception (On target (Hint, hint: Track))
Cost: 1 Stable Missile, 10 Fuel per use.
Cost: 1 Unstable Missile, 20 Fuel per use.
Name: Tesla-Slam
Type: Cyborg
Description: Ikari charges her Tesla-pad, slamming her palm forward with the aid of her rocket-elbow.
Effect: The target would move at -10% for a single post after use, from both electrical shock and physical damage, taking the hit at 5% increased strength and the slam is at a 5% increase in speed.

Cost: 4 Fuel per use.

Name: Rocket-Jump
Type: Cyborg Move
Description: Using the rockets on her heel, Ikari would jump to a great height.
Effect: Ikari would jump up into the air at the height of roughly 8 Feet. Once started, Ikari wouldn't be able to stop herself from jumping and/or falling.

Cost: 4 Fuel points per use.
Name: Rocket-Slam {Redux 1}
Type: Cyborg
Description: Replaces original Rocket-Slam.
Effect: Ikari throws a punch, with the aid of the Rocket in her elbow, at an increased strength of 10% and the punch has an increased speed of 10%

Cost: 2 Fuel per use.

Name: Tesla Charge {Redux 1}
Type: Cyborg
Description: Replaces original Tesla Charge.
Effect: Causes the target to moves at -10% speed for one post after being hit.

Cost: 2 Fuel per use.
-Level five-
Name: Rocket-Spin
Type: Cyborg Move
Description: Ikari would jump into the air, after running towards her opponent, and fire off the rocket in one of her heels. Once the rocket had been fired, Ikari would begin to spin and aim for her oppenent.
Effect: Ikari spinning would create a much more powerful kick, but also move towards her oppenent. The kick, if it hits, has an increased strength of 15%. The speed of of the kick (And spin) would be an increase of 10%.
