Technique list name: Cursed King's Dual Swords
Overview: A set of techniques created by a rookie pirate in the West Blue. It focuses on transferring existing techniques from various one sword styles into a two sword variation.
User: Iken NamikazeHistory: Iken developed the sword style by adapting his existing style to the two blades he possessed. The up and coming rookie pirate captain used the sword he received from a deceased friend to create the style. His passion to honor his friend and the promise he made to never allow an incident of the kind happen again. The first time the style was ever shown outside of training was a battle inside a mine when the young captain's crew was outnumbered by many marines.
Techniques:
-Level Fourteen-Name: Dark Operation
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user charges with a slash from a blade aimed at the chest. Just before the strike concludes the user uses the foe's reaction and jukes to the foe's left or right. Once down by the foe's side the user slashes at the tendon connecting the foe's bicep to their elbow which is then followed by a quick spin behind the foe and another slash at the same spot on the foe's other arm.
Effect: If the hit(s) connect, it severs the tendon connecting the opponents bicep to their elbow. This results in effectively and permanently crippling the foe's arms leaving them with greatly reduced mobility. The victim of the attack would be limited to bending their elbow and possibly turning their palm upward; however that would require a great effort on their part. As the tendon, once torn or cut does not heal back naturally it would take surgery for character affected by the technique to regain the lost mobility. This attack is meant to disable, and therefor only counts as graze damage when tallied up.

Stat Requirements: 40% Skill, 10% Strength, 30% Speed, 30% Tactical Intelligence.
Name: Dark King Kenpachi Double
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user swings their blade rapidly, slashing over and over with great power and speed. To achieve the power and speed the user gives up any hopes of hitting the target where they want for powerful random strikes.
Effect: The user is able to effectively increase the number of rapid slashes they can use the more skillful they are. For every 20% skill the user gets +1 slash per blade, and for every 10% the user can use the amount of slashes once a second. The equation for this would be +1 per 20% of skill times the users overall skill divided by 10. ((c%/20%=s c%/10%=n nc=t)) Examples: At 20% the user gets +1 slash and can use the slash twice in one second for each sword. At 40% the user gets +2 slashes and can use it a maximum of four times a second, meaning eight possible slashes at 40% with one blade. .

Stat Requirements: 20% Skill Minimum, 30% Strength, 30% Speed.
Name: Black Operation
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user charges in and either dives or slides under or beside the foe to slice one or both of the foe's patellar tendon. This is the tendon that connects the quadriceps to the kneecap. Generally with a smaller foe the user is force to go off to the side and aim for one of the spots, however if the foe is large enough; the user can use their agility to slide or dive in between the foe's legs to try and cut both.
Effect: The foe loses the ability to straighten out their legs at the knees, thus reducing their mobility and the effeteness of their leg(s). This effect is permanent without the aid of a proper surgeon as the tendon does not heal back naturally. The technique is meant to disable, therefor the damage taken from the technique is counted as a graze.

Stat Requirements: 40% Skill, 10% Strength, 30% Speed, possibly 20% Agility, 30% Tactical Intelligence.
Name: Blood Reign
Type: Sword Style
Description: The Dark King strikes his foe with either a stab or slash in one or both side of the face just behind the jaw attempting to do as much damage or the external and internal carotid artery as possible. Blood Reign can be used coming in to the user’s center or going out. Coming in would entail the user is face to face or very close to the foe while going out would mean the user is at a distance.
Effect: If the attack is effective the foe would take headshot damage for both strikes as the damage would be calculated separately. Depending on the size of the blade the attack could result in anything from a nick to a partial decapitation. The attack can be used on one target for two counts of damage or two targets simultaneously for one hit of damage on each. After the user's blade is removed an arterial spray shoots from the wound(s) causing blood to rain from the victim’s or victims’ neck. Each post after the initial injury the victim of the attack takes graze damage of the initial attack from blood loss.

Stat Requirements: 60% Skill, 10% Strength, 30% Tactical Intelligence.
Name: Black Guillotine
Type: Sword Style
Description: The Dark King crosses his blades and slices outwards with both blades at the same time. While using the technique the blades are covered in armament haki, doubling the damage received from the attacks.
Effect: The attack creates a scissor like double blade attack that has it's power doubled by haki. Each strikes counts as separate, but reduced damage that is then doubled. At 60% skill the attack does 40% per blade with the 20% two sword reduction. The total 80% is then doubled by haki making the attack deal 160% damage.
Level learned: 14
Stat Requirements: 60 Skill, 40% Armament Haki
-Level Fifteen-
Name: Dark Moon
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user brings his arms in crossing them over his chest with a sword in each hand. Uncrossing his arms the user slashes with both swords outwardly. At the end of the slash the user uses a wrist movement that causes the resulting airblade to be curved. The air blades curve outwards away from the user before coming back in in a boomerang like pattern. Both airblades come back in towards the target or the calculated area in which the user angled them. If the two blades collide they explode creating ten smaller shrapnel blades from each original blade.
Effect: The two blade do 100% damage each minus the multiple weapon penalty of 10% per weapon. With the penalty calculated in, the two blades to a combined 160% damage or 80% damage each. Strength can be added into the technique to increase the overall power. Adding 30% strength would mean a total calculated damage of 190% or 95% for each blade. The shrapnel blades do 10% damage per blade with each one adding like a bullet rather than multiple airblade slashes. Added strength does nothing to increase the damage to the shrapnel blades.

Stat Requirements: 100% skill minimum + $% strength + 30% tactical intelligence.
Name: Dragon Fang
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user uses the friction from the metal piece of the mouth of his sheathes to heat the blades as he is drawing or by rubbing the blades over the metal. Once heated the user can slash or stab the blades causing the air displaced by the blades to explode upon contact with the heat. The blades can either be used at close range or turned into flaming airblades.
Effect: The flaming swords create explosion damage equal to half of the skill used in this attack. Both blades do 100% damage minus the 10% multiple weapon debuff. This results in the attack doing 160% combined damage or 80% damage before the explosion damage is calculated in. The explosion damage adds 50% to each blade so long as the skill behind the technique is 100%. While strength can increase the overall damage, it does not double per blade; instead the strength is split between each blade.
Level learned: 15
Stat Requirements: 100% skill minimum + #% strength.
-Level Sixteen-
Name: Black Flame Uprising
Type: Sword Style
Description: Using a metal piece on the mouth of the users sheath, the user heats both of his blades. Once heated the user uses armament haki to cover the heated swords. The user then crosses his arms with a sword in each hand. Spinning around 360 degrees the user throws out his arms creating a massive burning black tornado. The direction in which the tornado travels is determined by the combined movement of the user's wrists at the moment it is created.
Effect: The tornado is one meter by a half meter for every % of skill and strength combined into the attack. For example if the user used 110% +110% skill and 70% strength, those numbers would be increase by armament haki. In this case the numbers are doubled meaning the tornado would be 580 meters tall by 290 meters wide. Any buff by weapons would also increase the height as well as the power. A 20% weapon buff would increase the previous numbers to 600 and 300 meters. The damage done by the tornado would be similar to the height however it would also contain the explosion damage from both swords as well as the multiple weapon debuff. Total the damage would be as follows 110+110-40=180+70=250+100 (explosion damage)=350x2 (armament)=700+20 (weapon buff)= 720% total damage. The tornado's speed equals and it's sustained for 1 post per every combined 10% strength combined agility or speed (whichever is higher). As strength is used in damage calculation, the overall % is reduced by half. If the strength is 70% it would only give 45% towards sustainability. Once caught in the tornado the user must have strength, speed, or skill combined with one of the others (two stats) equal to or greater than the initial total damage done by the attack to breakout physically or make an attack equal in damage to diffuse it. This technique can be improved as the user's stats increase; this includes the skill, strength, and haki stats.
Level learned: 16
Stat Requirements: 110% skill minimum + 70% strength minimum + 40% armament minimum
Note: As a drawback to using more than one weapon, the strength each individual attack is lessened. A good base would be the overall skill minus 10% for every weapon used. For example a two sword style slash attack at 60% where both blades slash the foe would result in 40% damage calculated twice for a total of 80% damage. Both attacks would hit with 60%, but face the 10% penalty for each blade resulting in each only doing 40%. At tree blades the user with 60% would hit three times at 60% and face a penalty of 30% to each attack making the total damage 90%.
-Level Seventeen-
Name: King's Feint
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user attacks or blocks using a technique from his single sword style to attack or counter the foe. After the attack has landed or missed the user follow up with a secondary strike with their second blade. The secondary strike can be either a slice or jab depending on the situation.
Effect: The user attacks with a single sword style technique and as soon as the attack is finished, he uses his second blade to attack. Since only one blade is in motion at a time neither the first nor second blade suffers any debuff from using more than one weapon as the user is fully concentrated on one specific weapon. In essence this is closer to two single sword techniques than one dual sword attack.
Level learned: 17
Stat Requirements: 60% skill minimum and 20% tactical intelligence.
Name: Twin Marinate
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user combines two or more dual sword techniques to make a combination attack. Depending on the strain the technique places on the user, the user can use several two sword techniques one after another in the same turn. Generally the techniques the user can use in rapid succession are lower level techniques that fit together well. The user can use combined techniques that are stronger, however the stronger the techniques; the less of them can be combined.
Effect: The user can use minimum of three techniques at 60% skill in a combination technique, and two at or below 100%. The user can use one technique that requires 60% once per 20% skill and one 100% technique per 25% skill. Any technique that requires more than 100% skill can be used once per 50% skill in a combination. After using the technique to use more than one technique that requires more than 100% skill, the user will be unable to attack in the following turn. He can however counter and block attacks. The technique combines multiple two sword style techniques and therefore suffers the usual multi-weapon debuffs. Each technique suffers from its own debuff and would also be counted against the foe's endurance separately.
Level learned: 17
Stat Requirements: 50% skill minimum and 40 % endurance.
-Level Eighteen-
Name: Flux Void
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user uses two blades in order to create one or two areas with the air removed. These voids result in a pulling force caused by the air trying to rush to fill the empty space. Using two blades the user can make two voids or make one void more powerful than what he would be able to produce otherwise. If anything is caught in between two voids the object would be pulled towards both directions suffering damage equal to the combined strength of both voids.
Effect: When the user creates one void, it's calculated like: 100% skill +100% skill (200% skill) -20% -20% (40% debuff) dual weapon debuff -10% -10% void debuff (20% debuff)+#% strength, let’s say 70%. Total 210% needed for the foe to resist the void. To resist the void means the foe can move towards the void or not at all. For the foe to escape the void a total of two stats greater than 210% is needed. Applicable stats include: strength, agility, and speed. The range of the void is two meters past the tip of the largest blade. +2 meters per 10% strength the user possesses. To calculated for two separate voids: 100% skill -20% weapon debuff -10% void debuff +1/2 #% strength. Total 105% pull for each void. The range of the void is one meter past the tip of the blade that created it. +1 meter per 10% strength additional range. To escape the void a total greater than 105% is needed, however to escape both voids a total stat/boost combination of 210% will be needed.

Stat Requirements: 100% skill +#% strength.
Name: Slide Counter
Type: Sword Style
Description: The user holds both blades parallel and uses them to block an oncoming attack. Connecting with the attack or technique in the right spot allows the user to use the natural curvator of the blades. The user is able to send enemy attacks off course, reducing their overall damage.
Effect: Any technique or attack blocked with this attack is reduced by the users skill + skill - multi-weapon debuff + strength. For Iken the math would go something like: 60 + 60 - 40 + 30 = 110 + 20 = 130. Using the resistance of the swords curve the technique would gain a boost of +1% for every 10% of skill the user possess. The total blocking potential of the technique would be 136%.

Stat Requirements: 60% skill and 20% tactical intelligence.
