*************Important Update on Devil Fruit Leveling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*********

Due to recent transactions of powerful devil fruit users, the staff has determined that devil fruits gain power too quickly.  After sometime and reflection on the subject we have decided it's in everyone's best interest if we limit the speed at which can gain the amazing powers that are merely a part of the fruit.  The fruits will level up the same from 0% to 50% as any other stat.  After 50% is reached the user will need to apply 20% in stat points for every 10% in stats for their devil fruit.  For example someone leveling their fruit from 40% to 50% needs to apply one level worth of stats to the fruit, however someone leveling their fruit from 50% to 60% will need two levels worth of stats or 20%.  

Now some of you might be saying, "Wait a second here, I already have over 50% in stats...do I get to keep them or will I have to change them?  Well shi....poop, this messes up everything."  The short answer is, no.  Those who have over 50% in stats, whether it's as low as 60% or those few with 100% will be allowed to redistribute all of their stats.  We're allowing this unprecedented change to try and make up for any possible inconvenience.  For those who don't wish to redistribute their stats, they may reduce their devil fruits percentage by the amount listed below.
