Technique list name: Ketsu Ketsu no Mi
 
Overview: Techniques created by Derge Namikaze after consuming the blood fruit.  The user of the techniques can manipulate, control, and transform into blood.  Overall the techniques can very from weak moves such as transformation to powerful move such as gears.

Techniques:
 
-Level Three-
 
Name: Levitation
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user forces the blood inside their body to move in a certain direction.  Speed is determined by the devil fruit user's level of mastery.
Effect: The user is able to fly by moving their element which resides in their own body.  10% Devil Fruit = 10% Speed.  Height limit is decided by 10ft for every 10% devil fruit mastery.  The height limit is valid until 70% then it jumps to 20 feet per 10% and then limitless at 100%.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit
 
Name: Dome
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user is able to create a barrier of blood as strong as the users current devil fruit level.  The barrier can be shaped from anything sucks as a simple wall to a dome to even a completely encased arena.  Size of the barrier is determined by the mastery of the devil fruit.
Effect: The user creates a barrier that may be able to block attacks.  Size of the dome is determined by the equation 1ft=1% devil fruit mastery.
Stat Requirements: 30% Minimum Devil Fruit
 
Name: Claw
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates a large claw extension on their arm.  Said extension looks like a massive demonic looking claw.  Each claw is sharp as regular blade.  The size of the claw is limited by the user fruit mastery.  
Effect: The user creates a demonic looking, sharp claw on their arm.  Durability of the weapon depends on the user's devil fruit mastery.  The claw is no more than three feet long by a foot and a half wide until the user's mastery reaches 70%.  At that point the user is able to make the claw as large as a giant's hand.  The claw weighs 500lbs.  
Stat Requirements: 20% Minimum Devil Fruit
 
 
-Level Four-

Name: Blood Bullet
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user fires a bullet or shard of hardened blood, traveling as fast as a bullet.
Effect: The user fires one shard per finger, the blood shards that are as durable as steel.  It fires in rapid succession with up to ten being fired in one post
Stat Requirements: 50% Devil Fruit
 
Name: Upgraded Blood Tsunami
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates a large wave that moves at he speed of current devil fruit mastery.
Effect: The creates a wave of blood that is 20 by 20 meter.  10% Devil Fruit = 10% Speed.  Once the user obtains devil fruit mastery over 50% they wave increases in side by 10 meters for every 10% of df mastery.  
Stat Requirements: 50% Devil Fruit


-Level Six-

Name: Blood Reign
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user launches streams blood into the air for one or more turns.  During the turn(s) the blood gathers and hardens before breaking apart into numerous fragments that rain down upon a specified area of the battlefield.    
Effect: The fragments hit at 10% for every 25% of devil fruit mastery.  They act under the same principle of damage as bullets, meaning that the damage from each piece is stacked before being compared to the foe's endurance during the damage calculation stage.  The objects move at 122 mph (terminal velocity) plus terminal velocity times the users devil fruit mastery as a percent.  122x.6=73.2+122=195.2 mph.  Both the range and quantity of the technique is partially determined by the number of posts the user streams blood into the sky.  100 eight inch spikes for every 10% endurance per turn and a 20 meter range per 20% endurance.  If the user is hit by a technique with double the number of the users endurance the technique is canceled.  
Stat Requirements: 60% devil fruit and 20% endurance minimum.  

Name: Blood Strangle
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user hardens and uses any blood that encases the foe to crush them.  Any part or all of the body can be effected by the technique so long as it has been engulfed by the users blood.  
Effect: A technique that delivers crushing damage equal to the users current devil fruit mastery per turn.  To escape the technique after the first hit, the foe must have strength or speed or a combination of strength and speed equal to or higher than the users devil fruit mastery at 60%.  At 80% the total must be at least 10% greater stats and finally at 100% the foe must have 20% more than the total.  When the user crushes a limb of the foe, if the total damage (combined turn damage) exceeds 1/5th of the users total health the limb is left inoperable for the remainder of the thread.  If the 1/5th damage total is dealt to the foe's neck or head the foe would lose unconsciousness.  Those whose entire body is being crushed will suffer +5 direct damage from suffocation plus all previous debuffs for all limbs that are covered.          
Stat Requirements: 30% devil fruit and 20% tactical or practical intelligence with medical training.  


-Level Seven-

Name: Devil's Contract
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates a number of sentient snakes from his blood and inserts them into a host usually when the user and the host shake hands.  Once created the snakes bite threw and burrow into the host where they join the hosts blood stream.  The snakes live in a type of parasitic relationship with the host.    
Effect: Once inside a host the snakes become dominant eating 5% of the hosts endurance per thread.  The snakes activate and attempt to protect the host once they have been bled out.  They form from the blood that the host lost making detection difficult.  The snakes have health equal to the fruit mastery of the user at the time of their creation while the stats distributed to the snake are equal to a flat rate of the amount that they have feed off of the host.  For example during their creation the snakes would have 5% in all stats while the host would have lost 5% to their endurance.  The number of snakes that the user can create are limitless, however the number of snakes that the host can carry is dependent on their endurance. The snakes may consume endurance up to the maximum endurance of the host.
Stat Requirements: 60% devil fruit and 10% tactical or practical intelligence.  

Name: Devil's Cut
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user stores any alcohol consumed or taken in.  All of the liquor is concentrated into one location with minimal side effects from the substances.  
Effect: The user is able to spray out a flammable blood cocktail that can be ignited once in an oxygen rich environment.  Those with exceptional senses of smell would be able to differentiate between regular blood and the blood cocktail.  Devil's Cut: Wrath allows the user to ignite the alcohol with the heat produced by the users gear when combined with oxygen from outside the users body.  This turns the steam of alcohol laced blood into a stream of fire as soon as it exits the users body.  +10 burn damage per turn for 10 turns unless the foe is able to put out the flame.  To put out the fuel driven flame before the fuel is burned through the user must be engulfed in a substance that would normally put out a flame or a sprayed with something meant to put out alcohol fires such as an fire extinguisher.          
Stat Requirements: 60% devil fruit and 20% practical intelligence.
