Description: The user creates a laser and fires it from any given part of the body; note, it is visible before it is fired during the moments of charging.
Effect: 5m explosion, bright light, and 3rd degree burns from the beam (not explosion)

Name: Shining Blade
Type: devil fruit
Description: The user concentrates the power of the laser into the hand and uses it to give it piercing and explosive power. The attack causes progressive pain each time it is used from minor, to ignorable, to annoying, to major, and finally immense; the pain is caused by the heat from the lasers burning the muscles beneath the skin, which must become glass for the technique to work.
Effect: hand pierces anything weaker than diamond, and a 3m cone-shape laser-blast protruding from the end of the hand capable of 2nd and 3rd degree burns, minor explosive damage, pained when used, 4th use hand can't be used for battle it hurts so bad, 5th use hand is cripples for the length of the thread.

Description: the creation of a bladed weapon with a random blade and shaft shape.
Effect: The weapons can cut through high quality steel and anything weaker; it is the strength of iron

Description: the user holds out a limb or opens the mouth and launches 50 glass daggers in a general direction, in a circular pattern. The daggers, like the devil blade, can cut throught he strongest steel.

I realize that your fruit can refract light, but it mentioned nothing of this magnitude. The two shinging attacks seem really powerful for a secondary ability.
