Name: Doku Doku No Mi

Type: Paramecia

Effect:grants the user the ability to produce and control different types of poison, as well as grant immunity to all forms of poison, making the user a Poison Human. The normal poison is purple in color and causes pain and severe damage to the enemies body. The more advanced poison is Red and can only be accessed at 80% mastery , it causes fatal damage upon impact to the enemy and can even corrode solid objects causing damage to structures. At 60% mastery, the poisons that can be available is, yellow which causes paralysis,  green which causes sickness and nausea, grey which causes a coma. Only one of the poisons will become available at a time once reaching 60% mastery.

In order to cure the poison the doctor who makes the antidote must have a practical intelligence of 50% for the regular purple poison and to cure the red poison the doctor maing the antidote must have a practical intelligence of 90%

For mastery of 10- 60 % , a total of 10 posts is required before the enemy dies from their wounds to reach the doctor

for 70-100% , a total of 5 posts is required before they die from the poisons effects to reach the doctor

Growth Curve:

0% :

10%: Able to draw poison from his palm and throw it at opponents or form simple walls about 3ft tall to block attacks or people coming closer , effects enemies endurance by 5% per hit.

20%:Able to coat his body with poison to protect himself from punches or hand to hand combat effects enemy endurance 5% per hit.

30%: Able to shoot poison from his fingers or legs like a gun shooting bullets also able to form his poison into objects like swords or whips or even lassos, but nothing too big yet, just everyday weapons. Effects enemies endurance by 5%per hit.

40% : Able to form his poison into creatures or animalistic shapes, again nothing too big as of yet, just regular animals, only 1 at a time, creatures can cause 10% per hit with their attack

50%: Able to make multiple creatures of poison at once under his control creatures can cause 10% per hit with their attack.

60%: Able to create more complicated toxins that have more effects then simply killing people i.e stun, cause yips, or severe brain damage or hallucination ((All can be cured with antidotes of course made by regular skilled doctors))

70%: Able to create larger creatures out of poison, can cause 20% per hit on endurance with their attacks.

80%: Able to create next stage of poison known as Kinjite which is a reddish colour venom, which can corrode non organic material and cause extensive damage to human tissue able to infect mass numbers of people.

90%:Able to send wide floods of poison at the enemy, mainly able to drown enemies in poison, this can be used to extensive levels Damage caused on endurance 15% per hit.

100%: Complete control of the devil fruit and its capabilities, able to infect large regions of land with poison and able to cause island wide destruction with corroding venoms over time. Also able to form any number of poison creatures with the venom from the body all connected to him.

Gear 1: Kinjite (Red venom) , can corrode non organic material mainly stone and causes extensive damage to human tissue able to infect mass numbers of people.  Damage caused on endurance is 30% per hit .  The user of the red venom can be hurt due to the heavy damaging nature of the poison and begin to shave 5% per post of the characters endurance.

Ability Points Cost: 40 AP

It has a nice progression, and it seems pretty canon. I was actually thinking of making the fruit myself, though I wouldn't use it, because I like the idea of the fruit as a logia, and as a logia-type paramecia it makes sense. Keep in mind if you decide to change it to a logia type in the future, adding intangibility will probably increase it only by 5-10AP.

Alright, on to the price. I'd say it is a high class paramecia and since it is logia like in the execution, 45AP. Of course before you obtain the seal of approval, you need to explain the effects in more depth.
