Nendo Nendo no Mi Techniques Empty
PostSubject: Nendo Nendo no Mi Techniques    Nendo Nendo no Mi Techniques Icon_minitimeSun Feb 23, 2014 6:43 pm

Technique list name: Nendo Nendo no Mi Techniques
Overview: Techniques designed to be used with the powers of the Nendo Nendo no Mi. They were mostly come up with due to experience and creativity.
User: Gale Senter
History: Travelling around and facing obstacles, difficulties, Gale developed his devil fruit skills and became able to use his clay more profficiently.

Techniques:

-Level zero-

Name: Nendo Nendo no Hand
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale produces a Yoga Ball sized fist that he can control in order to deliver a punch in a fist form, block an attack by turning it into an open palm or attempt to pierce an opponent with the hardened fingers.
Effect: In a fist form, the opponent would probably be bruised; an attack could be blocked if the attacker cannot break through the current density of Gale's clay (varies with DF% skill) or the foe could be pierced. For attacks directed towards an opponent, the foe will be just fine with the attack if their Endurance is equivalent to Gale's DF control +10%.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit Control

Name: Nendo Nendo no Clouds
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale forces his clay shooting through the air or through/on the ground to attempt to surround an enemy and catch him within it.
Effect: If the foe is caught within the clay, Gale will harden it and/or attempt to smother them within it. To break out of it, an opponent needs to have the same strenght as Gale's DF control.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit Control

Name:Nendo Nendo no Quicksand
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale mixes his clay into the ground, forming a concealed clay quicksand patch set up as a trap or attempt to reach an opponent from underground with the clay to open the quicksand pit right below them.
Effect: These quicksand pits are designed to make enemies fall into them, and they will slowly sink in. The more they struggle, the faster they will drown within it. Foes with agility equivalent to Gale's DF control will be able to get out of it.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit Control

Name: Clay Wall
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale lifts up a wall in whichever way he wants in order to block attacks or protect himself. The wall, as a square, is of around 4x4 meters and a thickness of 50 centimeters.
Effect: Attacks that cant break through the current grade of density of the clay will be effectively blocked by the wall.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit Control

Name:Nendo Nendo no Halberd
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale creates a halberd with the current grade of density of his clay allowed by his current DF control level.
Effect: The weapon can be handed to another character for use or used by himself by making it hover in the air or by wielding it.
Stat Requirements: 30% Devil Fruit Control, at least.

-Level Three-

Name: Clay Tomb
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale raises two clay walls at the side of a foe or multiple foes. These can be either completely hard or soft. This decision gives the technique its complete name by variant: Hard Clay Tomb or Soft Clay Tomb. Gale then attempts to bring them together in order to smash anything in the middle.  Gale can also choose to use this technique against a pre-existing wall.
Effect: In a Hard Clay Tomb, foes are smashed and severe blunt damage is caused to them. In order to be fine with being hit by this technique, the foe's endurance needs to be at least equivalent to Gale's Devil fruit mastery due to the momentum built up. In a soft clay, Gale attempts to smother opponents caught between his clay walls. In order to break out from it, the opponent needs to have an strength equivalent to Gale's Devil Fruit Mastery.
Stat Requirements: At least 50% Devil Fruit Mastery.

Name: Nendo Nendo no Earthern Spinal Cord
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale raises a line of solid clay spikes that are as hard as steel. They are pointed and capable of penetrating flesh, clothing, leather and even light mail easily. The spike can vary in length, but they can be up to three meters of height at the most. The spikes appear in this line pattern, covering a distance of four meters.
Effect: Foes hit by this directly can be pierced by the spikes, or if they are wearing armor they can be heavily damaged by the strength of the spikes. Foes hit in this manner may be stunned and knocked out. The speed at which these spikes sprout from the floor is equivalent to Gale's Devil Fruit Mastery.
Stat Requirements: 50% Devil fruit Mastery, at least.

-Level Four-

Name: Nendo Nendo no Tectonic Shift
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description: Gale fires from his fingers a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 clay bullets that travel at bullet speed towards an opponent. They are steel hard and their trajectory can be shifted by Gale due to them being made of his Devil Fruit Clay. These bullets can easily penetrate human flesh, but this attack consists in lodging the bullets inside an opponent and causing them to explode into needle-like clay shards inside the opponent if the manage to land on them.
Effect: Gale's devil fruit mastery allows him to mimic bullet speed with his attacks. The bullets are capable of breaking bones and the needle-like fragments that are propelled out from the bullet, although small, can cause serious internal injuries. The bullets can be dodged by an enemy that has a speed equivalent to Gale's DF mastery.
Stat Requirements: 70% Devil fruit Mastery, 30% skill, 15% perception at least. (to be able to profficienctly target enemies)

Name: Nendo Nendo no Invocation: Shadow Kraken
Type: Devil Fruit Technique
Description:  Gale opens a clay pool  in the ground which is around 5 meters in diameter that has the similar properties to a Clay Quicksand Pit. From it, 8 powerful tentacles are summoned, emerging from it and moving around from it, but having to be connected to the Invocation pool. Two of these tentacles are modified to have sharp edges that are able to cut. These tentacles are a maximum of ten meters long and have a hybrid contexture, steel hard on the surface but soft in the inside to allow efficient movement and malleability.
Effect: The tentacles are controled by Gale in order to catch foes and draw them into the clay quicksand pool. They can curl around a foe just like a octopus' tentacle would. These can also be used to smash, cut (with the modified tentacles) or inmobilize a foe. Foes with an endurance superior to Gale's Devil Fruit mastery will be able to be 'okay' with the hits from the tentacles, although they will still cause harm. Foes need to have an agility equal or more than Gale's DF mastery to be able to escape the tentacles with ease.
Stat Requirements: 70% Devil Fruit Mastery

-Level Five-

Name: Terracota Army Gear
Type: Devil Fruit Gear
Description:  The user is able to create a small army of clay soldiers that have 1/10th of the user's stats.
Effect: The number of soldiers the user can create increases with Devil Fruit mastery after the Gear is unlocked: At 50% = 1 Soldier, 60% = 3 Soldiers, 70% = 5 Soldiers, 80% = 7 Soldiers, 90% = 10 Soldiers and 100% = [Complete mastery of the fruit] Up to 50 soldiers with the following restrictions: 1-2 soldiers= 1/2 of the user's stats; 3-20 soldiers = 1/3th of the user's stats; 21-30 soldiers = 1/4th of the user's stats and 31-50 soldiers = 1/10th of the users stats. Or the user could choose to have a maximum of 15 Clay Sorcerers at 100%, where they have 1/10th of the user’s stats but they also retain the ability to use all of the user’s Devil Fruit techniques and powers.  The effects of gears affect them double, though. At the respective availability levels, the user loses 10% endurance per 3 posts of permanence of the soldier(s). This effect is halved down when the user hits 80% Devil Fruit Mastery.
Stat Requirements: 60% Devil Fruit Mastery

There is a rule that the user can't learn more than five techniques for every three levels. With level 0 and 1 he has six.

Edited in the techniques for Level Three and changed Nendo Nendo no Armament technique to a Nendo Nendo no halberd one to make it a single type of weapon being produced with that technique.

A weapon that gives a +20 bonus to damage or cutting potential costs a minimum of 80 million belli. Remove the +20 for momentum in Clay Tomb and everything else is fine.

I have a slit feeling about the shadow kraken, but I can't identify why so I assume it is paranoia.

The terracota army appears to have a lot of thought in it, and appears to be balanced for each level of mastery. That being said, I see no real issues.
