Effect: The fruit allows the user to transform into a full and hybrid version of the everyday rat. It gives the user a boost in various stats as the mastery increases. The common rat is able to carry and survive most pirate age diseases like the black plague and small pocks. Physically rats have sharp claws and teeth that can chew through about anything. The fur color of the rat depends on the natural hair color of the user. The full form is around the size of a large dog while the hybrid form shrinks the user about a foot in height.

0%- No devil fruit ability AT ALL. Only devil fruit weaknesses are apparent.
10%- The user is a able to transform into the hybrid and full forms. Hybrid gains 5% speed and 5% strength. The full form gains 10% tactical intelligence.
20%- The user’s claws and teeth can slice through flesh with a high chance of infection. The foes endurance must be at least 1/2 of the user’s devil fruit mastery to prevent infection. Infections cause by the rat zoan reduce the users endurance by 1/2. Hybrid gains 10% speed and 10% strength, while full form gains 10% tactical intelligence and 10% endurance.
30%- The user can easily chew threw most wood and plastic, as long as it's not metal based. Hybrid gains 15% strength and 15% speed. Full form gains 15% tactical intelligence and 15% endurance.
40%- The users claws and teeth can transmit minor disease and infections. Infections and minor diseases cause the foe's endurance to be reduced by 3/4. To prevent a the disease or infection the user must have 1/2 of endurance to the users devil fruit mastery. Hybrid speed and strength rises 20% each. Full form gains 20% to tactical intelligence and endurance each.
50%- The user is able to chew threw some softer metals like gold and silver. Hybrid gains 25% to both speed and strength, while full form gains 25% to both tactical intelligence and endurance.
60%- The users claws and teeth transmit infection that can only be prevented if the foes endurance is 3/4 the users devil fruit mastery. Hybrid form gains 30% to both speed and strength. The user’s full form gains 25% to both endurance and tactical intelligence and 5% to both speed and strength.
70%- The user can chew threw steel and claw threw iron. Hybrid form obtains 35% in both strength and speed. Full form gets 25% in both tactical intelligence and endurance and 10% in both speed and strength.
80%- The user’s claws can make deep gashes in steel. If the user creates an open wound on their foe, the foe needs endurance of at least the same level as the user devil fruit mastery to prevent disease or infection. Hybrid gets 40% in both strength and speed. Full form obtains 25% in both endurance and tactical intelligence and 15% in both speed and strength.
90%- The user can transmit life threatening disease if they inflict an open wound on a foe. The foe must have an equal amount of endurance as the users devil fruit mastery and see a doctor with the at least 50% practical intelligence within 10 posts. Or see a doctor with 90% practical intelligence with in 10 posts. Hybrid gains 45% in both speed and strength. The full form gains 30% tactical intelligence, 25% endurance, 20% speed, and 15% strength.
100%- The user can transmit life threatening illness threw open wounds to their foe. In order to avoid death the foe must have double the endurance of the user and see a doctor with at least 50% practical intelligence within 15 posts or see a doctor with 100% practical intelligence within 10 posts. The user gains 50% in both speed and strength in their hybrid form. Full form gains 30% tactical intelligence, 25% endurance, 20% speed, and 15% strength.
