Appearance: Rafu is a man who is dressed with a pink robe which even hides his feet who are covered by a pair of sandals. On the robe, there are several different colored petals drawn. He has scars all across his face and he has a slightly tank skin. His eyes are dark colored, like his short messy hair. He have a small x across his cheek under his right eye he consider this an mark of his great and countless battles he won. Under his pink robe is a marine standard uniform which he wear in pride.
History: Rafu is a man who was born and raised in the North Blue. An expert swordsman, Rafu would take part in several different competitions regarding the sword, in which he would always prove to be the best. Eventually, his love for taking part in competitions led him to the latest World Military Draft, during which he was one of the five people who were at the top. As a result, he was allowed to have the position of Sea Admiral, at the region of North Blue. While not the strongest out of the five, Rafu is a powerful fighter and a very expert swordsman who can easily defeat his enemies with the usage of his fruit.
Rafu is currently incharge of the Noth blue area he is the weakness out the sea admiral but he also the eager to destroy pirate threats. He have a great amount of courage and is looking for a female as a girlfirend or wife. He take matter serious and he love to test the swordman or anyone who have a sword to a spar. He breed for combat,and he would do anything for the marines to prevail int his war.
Personality: Rafu is a swordsman who loves his sword and wants to take part in as many sword fights as possible. He is ashamed of weaker swordsmen. His love over swords often leads him to battle with his subordinates in order to test out whether they are worthy of having a sword. If he deems them weak, he cuts down their sword with his own so that he will put a shame on their names as swordsmen. However, as a marine, he is always following his duties and he means no bad for the force. He is loyal and he is fighting against pirates without sparing them, much like most of the marines. Also, he likes flirting women a lot.

Effect: Kahen Kahen no Mi allows the user to become a "Petal-man". User is capable of generating petals by using his open palms. These petals can have various appearances, reminiscent of the many types of flowers that exists in the world. On a more offensive approach, the user is also able to generate a special form of petal that can be used offensively, due to it's sharpness. The user can also transfer the powers into a sword, making it so that when he swings a sword, a blast of petals is generated, that can be used as a means of long-range attacks. The user can also manipulate the petal's path by using his arms, making them move according to his own arms movements. The petals disperse after a short while. These petals are strangely heavy and is fire hard to be blowed away.(Limit: 4 posts)
Weaknesses: Fire is capable of easily burning away the petals, even the special razor-sharp variants that the user is able to generate. Also, while there is a control of the user over them, strong wind is able to make them fly away (unless if used in a slashing move, example being the sword combination with this power). While the razor-sharp petals can easily cut through flesh and wood material, they can not damage metal much more than leave slashing traces, also it requires an extensive amount of them to cut through thick rock or bones.

-Great speed: Rafu is very fast, faster than any regular human. His speed is somewhere between the level of expert Soru users and most humans.
-Expert swordsman: Rafu is a master of one sword style. He has the ability to cut down iron and he can perform several powerful attacks in conjuction with his fruit power.

-Laido: The user unshealth his sword in such a fast speed that it don't seem like he draw it at all. Infact his sword slash are like a quick draw to perform a slash then shealth it back with intense speed.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
-Petal Beam: Rafu points at his enemies with his sword and a line of cutting petals is created and launched with great speeds, as if the sword is extending at their direction.
-Petal Gust: This technique is usually used when his beam misses his target. Rafu moves his hand and he manipulates the petals into taking the form of a small gust, moving at his enemies.
-Pink Air: Rafu swings his sword and launches an air blade at his enemies. Small flower petals are also generated around the sword, though just for effect.
-Petal Air: A stronger version of pink air, Petal Air is an airblade which is enhanced with the cutting petals.
-Petal Storm: Point his blade at the target the summon forth petal to cover his body acting as a shield. It even say he can used this attack to attack in all direction at his target too. His own fruit powers didn't effect him period. He can summon arge amount of petals doing this attacks.
-Petal Prison: This form increases the number of tiny blades immensely(petals by 20 thousands). It creates a spherical formation of innumerable blade fragments, which swirl around the opponent like a cloud before flying into them from every possible angle, leaving no blind spots and no possibility of escape. It proceeds to collapse in on itself, obliterating the opponent. When used, it completely obliterated a very large building from the inside out, and the resulting shockwave generated by the attack forced.
-Petal stun: The petal release an yellow flore that travel the air that parlyzed the target or anyone within 5-45 feet that it touch it.
The effect of this move take place within 2 posts. The effect also last for 2 post too the target in the first post begin to feel it effect the 2 post he totally stun.

- White Blooming: He can release another 10 thousand blades just like Petal Prison but the different is that from the time he uses the move all his petal are white for the whole battle. They are more heavy they can now cut metal with ease it also seems like no wind moves can over power them too. They are about 5 times the size before they still move at the same speed like before too this petal are fear some too in battle as well as defense to.
-White Blooming Barrier: The White Petals unites the scattered petals into complete glowing white swords, numbering in the thousands, which form four rows. These rows float just above each other, and circle around Rafu and his opponent in a continuously moving, column-like array. Though visually menacing, this form is not meant for attack from all sides; rather, it concentrates his defense into fewer blades, thus increasing his attack power. While they seem solid in this state, the swords can just as easily dissipate back into the multitude of tiny blades they are made up of. This barrier can be broke but it can take a lot of damage before being destroyed those.
-White Angel of Death : This condenses each and every one of his blades into a single, potent sword, drastically increasing its cutting power. The shockwave and pressure released by this form is immense. The blade appears bright white, and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name White Angel of Death Pure white wings form on Rafu's back, as well as a halo-like circle, made of concentrated petal This form's blade can create aggravated injuries in a single blow. He can control this move for 4 post his blade is 100 feet tall to making it the most longest long sword ever!
