Appearance: Todd stands at a height of 6 foot. His skin, light and a cream color. His eyes are a light blue color which tends to stand out in the crowd. Todd has a scar which runs from the top of his right eye, takes a diagonal turn and stops just before his temple. The feature which stands out the most is most likely, his golden hair. It's spiked up all over his head, it's like a cactus. However most of the spikes are slightly pointing to the back of his head.
Todd's clothing consists of a short brown jacket which has black puffs around the front of it, it's sleeveless and stops at his chest. He wears a short brown shirt which is pretty much the same size and length. His trousers are colored brown and black, half of one leg is brown, the other half of the same leg is black. The trousers covers his belly button and stops at his ankles. For footwear, it's black boots.
In cold occasions, he may switch to a black jacket which covers all of his body.
History: Todoroki was born into a loving and caring family. His mum was un-employed while his dad was employed so while he was at work, his mother would take care of him. Todoroki, while growing up, loved going outside and running about with his friends. His mother usually used to tell him stories about great warriors and sailors and Todd used to re-anact those stories with his trusty friends. Todd loved these stories, he swore that when he grows up, he'd be a good guy who'd catch criminals all over the world. A real hero. His lived an ordinary childhood, played with friends, lived under a roof. However one day while his father was at work, he had gotten mugged on the way home, mugged and killed. Todd was depressed, he never went outside since that day. He forgot about all the stories, all the heroes. He started thinking like a villian. He wanted revenge, sweet, sweet revenge. He'd show them how it felt like to feel pain, to suffer.. to die. He practiced in the back yard, his mother didn't have enough money for him to go and take classes for fighting. Soon, she was forced to find work. That she did, leaving Todd all alone for most of the day. He practiced in the garden, he punched the trees until his fists would bleed. He cut wood and carried them around the yard as weights. He kicked at the air and done a numerous amount of stretches. His mother scolded him, she said using dangerous equipment like axes would injure him. Noticing the blood on his knuckles she slapped him across the face, it was the first time he had ever been hit by his mother.
"If you don't want me to injure myself! Then freaking pay for fighting classes!"
He yelled with tears in his eyes before dashing of to his room. He left his mother in tears. A few months later, Todd was still practicing in the yard. Same activities some routine. He was getting pretty used to it by now and the pain decreased. Getting the courage to finally apologize to his mother, he waited until she would return home. However she to, got mugged and killed. By the same group of people. Same way. Same time. Same method. Todd was furious, he kicked down everything in the house yelled at the top of his lungs however deep inside he knew this wouldn't do anything. While going on a rampage in the house, he noticed a great amount of money on his mum's drawer.
"For your classes" - love mum <3
Read the note which was upon the money. He fell onto his knees and burst into tears, clutching the money. He was such a fool. Such a weakling. A hero who couldn't even save one soul was no hero at all. Years passed and Todoroki was soon thrown out of the house, he was 19 and jobless. Walking around the streets, it was getting late. Suddenly a group of older men approached him.
"Hahah... you're that kid, right? We killed you parents and know we're gonna kill you. Think of it as family tradit-"
A punch to the face interrupted the man's speech. He stumbled backwards, a foot shot onto his face sending him onto the ground. Todd soon later killed the men. He was a murderer. A bounty was placed on his head, 8,000 beli. You're probably thinking why did he get a bounty if he killed criminals? Well, no-body ever saw they carry out criminal acts. They were never caught. So in the marine's eyes, they were innocent.
A year passed and Todd was forced into hiding, he regretted it. He didn't want to kill, It was like an instinct. Suddenly, he found a way to correct his sin. Stealing a small raft, he sailed to a near-by island. Home of a famous serial killer. Todd had a plan. Since the killer attacked women who were in their twenties, he decided to use a disguise. Purchasing a dress, he wandered the streets at night and was soon targeted. The two men battled it out, the fight went on for half an hour until finally, Todd won. Turning the killer in, he was rewarded and his bounty was lowered.
He was know the hero he wanted to be, the person he desired to become. A hero.
Personality:Todoroki, despite his cold past. Is a friendly person, always willing to help others. He sees himself as a hero to the people, Todd is most of the time seen with small smile on his face. He never backs down from a fight and will always see it through however he'll prefer losing the battle rather than losing his life. Todd is a fan of jokes however too many may annoy him, he's the chatterbox type and is sometimes amazed by the simplest of things. He hates sarcasm.... when someone else is doing it.
Todd when catching criminals will make sure the job is done, he prefers giving the criminals a chance to turn them-self in, if they refuse, he will of course... like any other bounty hunter out there.. kill them.
