character limitations

at the moment, each user can:

Have five devil fruit users (and these can only have one devil fruit each)

Have three chars that are captains (this rule doesn't apply to admins, because that's the only perk to being one)

Have ten chars max (that's the limit, not the goal)

Do not describe your characters as looking like or having features/clothing similar to any canon characters, instead describe the features/clothing in detail

Do not make your character related to/associated with any canon characters; they don't exist.

Do not makes copies of characters from manga or anime. You may use their images, but their personality, abilities, and histories should be unique.

Your bounties must be warranted, a character who has no record of committing any crime in their history wouldn't have a high bounty

It is not posted anywhere, so I believe that this update is in order:

1. Logia users may NOT become their elements. This is a form of auto dodging.

2. Mantra users are NOT permitted. This is a form of auto dodging.

3. Mythical Zoans are limited to only full transformations

4. Haki is not alowed in any way shape or form

5. Bounties may not exceed 30,000,000
