how to join a crew - or start one

To start your own crew make a new topic titled your crew name and include the following:
Crew Name:
Captain: (char. name (screen name))
Flag: (describe)
Ship: (name and link to the vessel)
Side: (pirates, navy, etc.)
Current Members: (give a number and a list of names, min.1 max.25 at least a third, preferably two thirds must be non fruit users)
Crew Goals:
Crew History:
Expecting new members?:

To join someone's crew, ask and post your character sheet in that crews topic. Include a link to the char. sheet if possible.

Then new members can try out for crews by posting your finished/unapproved char. sheets. The original poster must give approval.
