about devil fruits

Unlike the anime or manga, anyone can have any approved devil fruit. Anyone can use an approved fruit. Not just the creator. You canuse fruits that are already used in One Piece with out admin approval.

NOTE: If you want to use a fruit that is already exists in the One Piece world, you don't have to register it.
