Appearance:

Kudo stands about 5'10 tall and about 180 pounds of pure lean muscle, he has long black hair with a slight blue sheen to it that only shows under moonlight. He has pierceing black eyes and very fair skin, 25% of his body is covered in scar tissue. He wears a light blue bandana only letting his bangs hang out the front along with a tight sleevless black shirt similar to under armor with a dark blue jacket with white fur lining along with his former crews emblem. The emblem is a single skull with an eye patch and a snow flake resembling the north star just under it, He has a black belt with metal studs along with black cargo pants that fit slightly baggy on him. He wears black boots with a metal small spikes running along the lips of his boots, his Nodachi runs down his back with the handle of the blade sticking out above his head and his twin Kodachi sit one on each side of his waist. Kudo wears black leather gloves with the finger tips cut off and his clothes are all made to withstand even the coldest tempatures because of the special arctic bear skin its made of, he has a celestial dragon slave tattoo on his righ shoulder blade and he has 73 tally marks on his chest over his heart.

History: Kudo was born in loguetown to a very happy couple that owned a bar on the good side of town, the family was happy until kudo's fourth birthday when the celestial dragon's ship sailed into port. The town watched in awe as the beings descended upon the small town and as they passed by all the towns folk one of the younger dragons noticed kudo's mother and found her attractive and intended to take her as his play thing, Kudo's father was not a brave man but he loved her to much to allow her to be taken and attempted to stop him striking the young man without realizing it and before he could he was shot in the head infront of young kudo. The crowd fell silent as the dragon laughed, kudo's mother screaming out rushing to her fallen husband pleading for help but her screams were only met with another thunderous sound before the silence once again claimed the town as her body fell overtop her husband, it seemed that the dragon had grown tired of her noise and finished her without mercy. Kudo could only watch as his world was taken from him but he did not cry out as the shock was to much, the dragon was still angry and was about to slay Kudo aswell but stopped. He ordered his guards to take young kudo and put him on the ship as he would serve him from then on as entertainment, it was on that day his flesh was scorched with the mark of the dragon.
He would live in a cage in the bowels of the dragons ship along with many of the other slaves recieveing the bare amount of food, the dages were cold and recieved no sun light. Many nights kudo cried himself to sleep plagued by the images of his parents deaths at the hands of the laughing man, Kudo would finally arrive at the castle of the dragon where he was forced to do manual labor moving rocks from one side of the castles courtyard everyday as punishment for his father striking him and his mother rejecting him, the young boy was beaten repeatedly whenever he failed to complete the task and would then be forced to go days without eating. This cruel punishment would go on for serveral years making him live in solitude before the dragon became bored with this and thought of something a little more exciting and thus the arena was born, he made his slaves fight against each other and to make it more interesting the winners would get the losers food ratations for the day. Kudo would start with the younger slaves much like himself fighting tooth and nail just to survive but that wouldnt last long as the opponents he would get began getting older, even captured pirates would be pitted against him and after every lose he would lay hungry in his cell holding his wounds looking up at a small crack in his cell way where by some grace from above he was able to see the moonlight.
Kudo's punishment and his never ending struggle would go on for several more years as he grew colder and stronger learning from every lose and every victory until he faced a captured captain, an old man known as "quicksilver john" and was a swordmaster known throughtout the world. The fight was short and as kudo looked up at the man with no fear as the blade leaned against his neck, he was once again spared. In the several months that would follow the young dragon would pit these two against each to amuse himself and each time kudo would fail but he got better evertime and would lead to a great rivalry in the arena. Kudo learned from fighting john in battles learning his moves from seeing them feeling them untiil he too could perform the techniques and as the years went by and kudo's strength and skills increased he finally beat john in a battle, he was 16 years old and the feat lead to a friendship between the two warriors and when john became sick and he was nearing his death he began to instruct kudo from there cells in the art of sword play and martial arts using the past battles to draw knowledge from.

The dragon would once again decided to up the anti as he had mangaed to aquire devil's fruits and wanted to make the fights more entertaining with devil fights, this is wear kudo was forced to eat the suke suke fruit allowing him to become invisible. Kudo would plan with his sick comrade on how to escape using there combined knowledge of the land and of the guards that watched them along with many of there patterns, until they had memorized it down to the seconds. The two would start a revolt during an arena match freeing as many slaves as they could to create chaos allowing them to steal a ship to escape, after years of planning it was finally time and it went perfectly. The two along with many other had been able to escape the castle prison but during the confusion kudo had made another plan to which he kept secret from john, using his power he snuck into the dragon's chambers taking one of the dragon's prized weapons he stabbed the man in his stomach ensuring a slow painful death revealing himself to the dragon. Kudo watched as he died slowly vanishing once the job had been done. Kudo along with tthe other escaped the island all heading there seperate wayd except john and kudo who travelled to johns home on the grandline where he reformed his crew. John completed kudo's training and had taught him much of the sea as they defended frost isles from enemy pirates and marine forces, Kudo had been given a bounty by the government because of his part in the uprising and helping the other slaves escape.

John died on Kudo's 19th birthday after completeing his training and without john's leadership the crew began to fall as the marine and bounty hunter attacks increased, Kudo realized that as long as he was there the people he had come to befriend would be in constant danger and made the decsion to leave. He bought a boat using the founds he had saved up and left hoping that the attacks would follow him and once again he found himself alone wondering from place to place avoiding bounty hunters while continueing his training using his ability to spy on the marines whenver he could learning much about the worlds criminals and the procedures of the military forces. Kudo would later find out that the celestial dragon's had ordered the complete destruction of the frost isles and the crewmates he'd made had all been killed, once again the dragon's had taken all he had in this world. Kudo would continue to wonder seeking revenge on the government and the military for all there crimes which they hide behind there justice, kudo decided he would not erase the mark on his body until he had brought down the government and avenged his allies.

Personality:Kudo is calculating, cunning and analytical he is able to carefully look past his feelings and see the real situation at hand, which has been demonstrated on more than one occasion. He is extremely perceptive, able to quickly recognize the patterns and mistakes that his opponents make, which gives him an edge. In battle, while his preference is to concoct strategies based on deduction of his opponents' fighting abilities and style, his natural battle instincts are also highly tuned. He is capable of slashing another person's head off in just an instant, relying only on impulse.Kudo has a very kind heart, but years of solitude and hardship have hardened him to the point he trusts no one and spends most of his time watching the world not really allowing anyone to see him.
In the face of adversity, Kudo has the uncommon ability to shun all emotions and shine a blank slate, thinking three to four steps ahead to seize control of the situation. Coupled with his vast intelligence, his detached emotional state is perhaps his greatest asset. Kudo likes to stare up at the moon and tends to play sad songs with his violin and drinks alot of sake in the hopes of forgetting the hell he lived thru as a child, he smokes special handrolled ciggerettes and tends to pickpocket people just to get what he needs to just to keep himself sharp.He dosent talk very much prefering to listen before speaking until he gains a full grasp of a situation or conversation before acting or speaking, he tends to take his time with things not wanting to rush thru life as he fought hard to be able to enjoy even the simplest things. He maintains an emotionless expression for the most part but he will show them when he is around people he feels he can trust which is rather hard for him to do but once he does he is the most loyal person there is, Kudo loves older women and is a huge fan of any fine weapon especially swords.

Ittoryu:

Yakkodori-The user swings his blade toward the target sending a cresent shaped projectile of compressed air at amazing speeds.
Shi Shishi Sonson- The user holds the handle of his blade and using the sound of the targets breathing to pick the perfect moment to strike the user will unsheath,slice,and resheath his blade instantly slicing thru any object infront of the user.

Nittoryu:

Rashomon- This is a stronger version of the Shi shishi Sonson utilizing a double sword drawing that is strong enough to slice thru large obstacles and even thick steel.
Hirameki- This is a stronger version of the Yakkodori but this time the user will draw both swords at amazing speed fire two projectiles made of compressed air toward the target(s) after which the user will resheath the swords allowing for an instant repeat of the attack.

Character Flaws: Uncontrolable anger towards world Govt,marines,slave traders,anyone who abuses the weak, He is incredibly blunt when speaking to other because he lacks a great deal of people skills along with a distrust of everyone seeing as he has a bounty on his head.

Goals: To Eradicate any who would steal the freedom of another in any shape or form by any means nessessary.Destroy the celestial dragons and to one day find people he can call family.

Ok, there are a few things that require fixing:

1) If one would even pinch a Celestial Dragon he would end up having an Admiral chasing him around the ocean, so killing one would give a character a bounty that is exponentially higher than the one you picked. However, seeing as it is such a serious crime, I will have to ask you to not kill a Celestial Dragon in your character's history, and preferably not even touch one.

2) Rokushiki is a fighting style almost exclusive to marines, meaning that if you want to use it you need justification. A character can't use Rokushiki without being taught by someone who knows Rokushiki, so either edit Rokushiki out or add a teacher to your history.

3) You did a great job at specifying how strong your character is, but you didn't specify how fast or durable he is. Please do so.

4) Personally I can't recognize the character in your picture, so that's ok. However, using pictures of existing characters form any series to describe your character's appearance is forbidden, so if it is a well known character that I just can't recognize, please edit the picture out.

Ok I would like to keep the killing of the dragon as it is key to his character and I only gave him the low bounty cause it said we couldn't start higher then 30, so I edited that. The reason he has lived so long is he is invisible just about all the time to avoid a lot of the trouble.

Took out the rokushiki figure ill learn it rp wise. The character to my knowledge is just a guy I found on google but if its not allowed ill remove it but he fits the op world. And ive added a rating to the strength and such hope its ok now.

Well, the reason there's a bounty limit on starting characters is to prevent them from starting off with freakishly large bounties. A reasonable solution wouldn't be matching the bounty to your crime (Which will still require a bounty larger than 30 mil), but matching the crime to your bounty. However, seeing as you still want to keep the Dragon killing, let me suggest that you'll fix your history so nobody knows he killed said dragon. No witnesses = No Admiral = No bounty problems.

In addition, while specifying that your character is "As strong as X men" is reasonable, and even "X times faster/more durable than an average man" would be ok, but you can't claim that he knows his sword style or martial arts as well as X men, that makes no sense. Also, don't write simple numbers next to the abilities, it's pointless.

ok edited the abilities, but wasn't sure what u ment by it not making sense, he was forced to learn thru fighting in the arena and then being trained by a skilled swordsman.

As for the bounty looking at the rules It seems I can get permission to have it be above 30 so was wondering if I can do that, as hiding the fact that he is dead wouldn't make a difference seeing as many of the slaves escaped so many would be hunted anyway. The admiral im not worried about as this would add to Pc interactions.
