A Letter From Payne [Just read. Really only is directed at Marines]

My Fellow Marines.

In these times of turmoil. It has been said that the balance of the world is close to being thrown out of control with the uprising of so many new Pirates. In saying such, a new breed of Justice must be born.

A type of Justice that stands in the balance between Pirates and Marines in order to keep peace of mind among our civilians and law abiding citizens.

A Justice that will show true strength, but not tyranny. That the law is there to keep even the most outrageous characters in line.

This Justice is the wall that stands behind the Marines and works as our back bone. This Justice, is Strong Justice.

Strong Justice stands before each and every marine to keep our seas clean of blood and hate. Keeping our loved ones safe.

Watching over the young ones who want to grow up to become what ever their hearts desire.

Strong Justice is here and will forever be here to keep what ever peace we have made a struggle to obtain alive and thriving.

In saying such, Keep on showing Strong Justice. God Bless the People, and God Bless the Marines.
