Serious: Chapter 1: A friendship in the land of snow (Closed)

The man's eyes widened as he saw that Kip had blocked his attack. He began to laugh as Kip tried to smash him into the ground.

"Illusions...?, Don't make me laugh! Im true speed!"

As Kip threw him to the ground his pushed his arms out and softened his fall. Using all of his strength, he pulled his leg up and aimed to smash Kip, who was still holding his leg, into the ground. He stood on both of his hands when he preformed this attack.

"DIE!"

Kip saw the man catch himself and attempted to smash Kip into the ground. Kip jumped out of the way as he let go of the leg. "Whew, that was close." Kip formed lightning around his fist and ran at the man but then when he got close he tried blasting the man with lightning out of his hands.

Dante saw Kip as he ran into him. Lighting surrounded his fist.

"A devil fruit, eh?"

Dabte suddenly disappeared at high speed appearing behind Kip, he held both of his hands together and raised both fists, he brought it down quickly with high speed.

"Heheheh!"

However once the attack was a few inches away from his head, he felt something. It felt like something pierced his left shoulder. He looked behind him and saw Martin.

"Heheh... looks like you lose."

Rock clutched the man's right leg.

"You won't be going anywhere."

"KIP!!" Martin yelled out.

"FINISH IT!"

"No,No,No, I can't go down like this!"

"KIIIIIP!"

Kip froze as he was abou to be killed but his team mates saved him! Kip turned around to see the leader trapped by his team mates. Now it was time for him to finish it. "Hold still....... This will hurt alot!" Kip shot a beam of lightning at the man's stomach from his mouth. This move was very strong because of the power of friendship!

"No.No.No!"

Dante began to struggle to get out however Martin and Rock just weren't gonna let it happen.

"NOW!!" they both yelled out.

However to their surprise a beam of lightning shot from Kip's mouth, the beam pierced through Dante's belly, he yelled in pain.

Rock and Martin loosed their grip and began to pant.

"T-That was awesome!" Martin yelled out with his eyes sparkling.

"How the hell did you do that!?"

Martin looked at the door where the old woman was being kept. They couldn't afford to waste time. He quickly ran over to the door however as he ran, the tower began to shake, it seemed they had caused a lot of destruction. The roof began to break down. He looked back at Kip and Rock.

"YOU GUYS! RUN! I'LL SAVE THE OLD WOMAN! TRUST ME!" Martin yelled back at his friends.

Looking over at the door he took a deep breath and sprinted over kicking down the door he saw the old woman tied to a chair. Quickly cutting the ropes, he threw the old woman over his left shoulder. She was unconscious. He quickly tried to get out of the room however his room broke off from the tower and was now falling.

"O-Oi! This is bad!"

Kip was laughing when they were complimenting him but turned serious when the tower started shaking. Martin told Kip and Rock to run as he saved the woman, but Rock tried helping him. Kip grabbed Rock and ran out the building, "You got to trust him."

"B-But!? He'll die!" Rock yelled out as he tried to break free.

However Kip was too strong.

"Fine."

He ran towards the exit and quickly made his way down the stairs. However one of the steps were broken and he stumbled thus falling down the steps. He began to clutch his head.

"Ow!Ow!Ow!Ow! That's gonna leave a mark..." he said to himself. He then looked back at the three doors.

He gulped as he remembered his fight. Taking a deep breath he kicked down the door and ran, opening the exit he fell onto the snow. Boy, was he happy to see this stuff again.

"Finally... it's over..." he muttered to himself.

Meanwhile...

Martin's room continued to fall. Quickly looking around, Martin searched the falling room for something to break his fall.

There was nothing he could do. Darn it. It looked like it was all over.

However Martin couldn't lose now. His friends trusted him. He quickly looked at the broken down door.

He ran towards it and leaped of the door way (since he broke down the door) He hoped that the snow will break his fall, however to his surprise instead of snow. There were the village's people holding one big cloth. Martin's eyes widened, it looks like luck was really on his side. He fell right into the cloth.

As he fell, he saw that the room was now falling right towards them!

"Everybody Run!"

The village's people began to run. And luckily dodged the falling room, it fell with a "THOMP" and broke into pieces. Martin began to pant before smiling.

"Hahah....YOU'RE FREE!" He yelled out.

Everybody began to cheer. Tears in their eyes, it had been so long since they had tasted freedom.

It tasted really sweet.

The old woman suddenly awoke.

"O-Oh my... did I miss something?" she asked as she got loose from Martin's grip.

However before she could say another word, the old man came running, he hugged here and began to laugh.

"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I owe you one! Come over to my place. I have a surprise for you." the old man said.

Martin nodded and ran over to greet his friends. Kip and Rock.

"C'mon guys, the old man says he has a surprise for us. Probably a feast!~"

Kip was happy to see the old folks unite and to see that Martin was ok. Martin told Kip to follow the old man because he had a suprise for them. "Cool, I love suprises." Kip followed Martin into the back room and waited quietly for the su[prise. "So Martin, whadya think it is?"

"No idea." Martin said as sat on a cushion.

It felt good to be away from that tower and back at this place.

"Anyways while we're waiting. Allow me to tell you my fierce battle with the sea kings!" Martin said as he stood up and rested his right foot ontop of the table. He puffed out his chest and began to make up a story about how he had a sea king for his dinner.

Rock's eyes widened.

"THAT IS SOOO COOL!" he yelled out.

Martin laughed and fell back into his cushion.

"You can come in now." said the old man.

As soon as they entered they were greeted by loud music and a looong table with lots of food. Lot's of the village's people were eating and laughing.

"THANK YOU!"

the village yelled out.

However Martin had already targeted his prey. It was a roasted turkey. He leaped towards it and grabbed it however another man grabbed it at the same time. They looked at each other and began to fight over the turkey. People began to laugh.

There were two seats left on the table.

"WOW, KIP, LET'S EAT!" Rock yelled out as he jumped into the free seat and grabbed a plate of rice and sushi.

Kip suspence was building up waiting for his suprise and laughed when Martin made up an over exagerated story about sea kings or something. The man called them in and Kip saw food! He saw Martin and Rock dive in so that's what he did. He sat down and ate a big chocalate chip cookie. "WOW, THIS IS GOOD!" he said taking another huge bite.

After some fighting Martin finally manged to grab the turkey. Although it was in half, it was better then nothing. He began to eat at it. It was soooooo tasty.
He took another big bite before realizing it was time to set sail. Quickly grabbing another leg of turkey. He ran out.

"Kip, c'mon it's go time!" He yelled out as he ran out the bar.

Rock decided to follow, alongside the old man to say goodbye.

Martin quickly made his way over to the ship and climbed aboard. He waited for his crewmate to arrive before they could set sail.

"OK." Kip was sad he had to leace his big cookie. He followed Martin onto the ship and jumped on. "Hey this a nice ship! Bye guys enjoy your island!"

Once Kip was on. The ship slowly began to sail away from the island. Martin began to wave goodbye alongside Shiku.

"BYE!" he yelled out.


"Oi, Martin, make sure to show me that Sea King Strength of yours next time we meet!" Rock yelled out as he began to wave.

"Hahah! Sure!"

"Kip, Martin take care now!" the old man yelled out as he began to wave.

Soon the whole village began to wave.

"HAVE A SAFE JOURNEY!"

the whole village yelled out.

Martin continued to wave.

And so Martin sets sail with a new crew mate!
