the future shichibukai

As we all know that several of warlord have being revoked or resigned their title as a shichibukai , they were Crocodile,Gekko Moriah,Marshall D. Teach and jimbe. Pirate Empress Boa Hancock also seem may resigned or being revoked if the marine learned the relationship with luffy. Thus in my point of view, the future shichibukai would be:-

1)Buggy the Clown( almost possible receive the invitation)
2) Basil Hawkins
3)Law (already joined)
4)Eneru
5)new character or maybe Wet-Haired Caribou
