Fruits are classified into three different groups: Paramecia, Zoan, and Logia, but which is the most powerful devil fruit ever consumes if being use properly... here the most probably:--

1)Yami Yami no Mi(Blackbeard)- has the unique ability to nullify the powers of other Devil Fruit, control darkness and gravity. Weakness-he user takes hits like a normal human beat by combat type

2)Hie Hie no Mi (aokiji)-control ice. Weakness is heat and beat by fire and magma

3)Goro Goro no Mi (enel)-transform into electricity as well as control it. Weakness is effect less to rubber

4)Suna Suna no Mi (Sir Crocodile)-sand and can dry anything the user grasps. Weakness turns solid when in contact with liquids.

5)Mera Mera no Mi(ace)-fire.Weakness is water and beat by magma.

6)Gura Gura no Mi( Edward Newgate / Marshall D. Teach-)generate massive vibrations, or shock waves, which can travel though virtually any medium.

7)Magu Magu no Mi(akainu)-magma that beat fire and ice

8)Doku Doku no Mi (magellan)-generate and manipulate poison

9)Pika Pika no Mi(kizaru)-capable of moving and attacking at the speed of light. Weakness probably mirror.

10) gomu-gomu no mi(luffy)- improve by gear 2 and 3..and the most flexible body. Weakness sharp weapon.

Thus from this list: GURA-GURA, MAGU-MAGU, DOKU-DOKU and PIKA-PIKA seem unbeatable but Goro Goro fruit also quite strong and have wide range attack. Doku fruit not suitable for long range attack thus it will beat by pika-pika / goro-goro fruit. Gura-gura fruit also can beat the magu-magu but pika-pika and goro-goro seem unbeatable as it can be attack from far places.

Final clash :-
-Pika-pika -Speed of light that can effect most of objects
-Goro-goro- thunder but effect less to rubber

I have to remark that Hie Hie does not have a weakness to magma and fire. The ice turns to water and the elements nullify each other. Ace fought Aokiji and nothing happened.

Well, if you are lookin for just power as in, range of devastation the powers can cause, then the Gura Gura is probably the number one. There are many parameters that can make a DF ability really formidable tho.
I mean, Gura Gura may cause the largest amounts of damage, being capable of potentially destroying entire islands, but, looking from a different angle, Magu Magu could be seen more dangerous, as it's basically lethal against every opponent. Marco's DF, goes another route, and allows him to endure such devastating hits, a user of the aforementioned DFs would die from. So it's really hard to even make a top 10, because there's a range of things the fruits can do to make them dangerous, from "merely" having a God-like amount of survivability, to possessing a vast amount of versatility, all the way to destroying islands/countries etc.

I wonder what the paw paw fruit would be like if Kuma had armor haki...

"You don't have to be right in front of the paws, I can still affect you from meters away .. now, where would you like to go, if you was goin on a holiday?" I guess that's pretty much the upgrade, and it's more formidable than one might think.

Does that mean luffy's devil fruit is the weakest of all the 10th powerful devil fruits?
