Appearance: he has dark hair and head band, he is skinny and has a black shirt and white pants. he has a strap over his shoulder that holds an iron ball
it also holds he chain, his packs of needles are on his legs.
History: when chuck was a child he had a normal bring up except he always wanted to be a pirate, when he was 18 he stole a devil fruit from a weak rich man who wanted to defend him self, sadly that devil fruit had cost the rich man all his money,chuck ran off to join the steel fist pirates.
Personality: outgoing and energetic
Ship: Cannonsmoke
Ship Flag: A skull with an X on it's forehead over the outline of a hand
Devil Fruit: jishaku jishaku no mi

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): cannon (shoots the iron ball at opponent) needle swarm (shoots a large group of needles at opponent) Chain whip (whips you with a chain) ball and chain (magnetically attaches the chain to the iron ball making a ball and chain) Claws(magnetically attaches needles to his gloves)

where did he steal the devil fruit from? need I remind you they are one of the rarest items in one piece
the jishaku jishaku no mi dosn't contrull metal it contrulls magnitisum
