he wears a marine robe ( like more high rank marines wear) he has long blonde hair till his shoulders he wears a badana in his hair he has dark green eyes his teeths are whitened granite , they look like normal teeths.

History: he was born in the holy land of Marījoa he didnt had a father and his mom was taking care of him, when he became older, he became currious about ''daddy'' and asked his mom, she refused to give him an answer trying to prevent him of becoming a marine,
when he aged 12 his mom finally gave in and told about his dad, who died in a battle with a imfamous pirate, his mom told stories about his father and his fights, and how many times he saved people from pirates, hearing great stories, he wanted to become a marine himself, he wanted to join the marines, but his mom refused she didnt want him to become a marine
one day he went to the beach, and saw pirates at the beach, he sneaked into their ship the pirates were away plundering something and he found a devilfruit, he was still on the ship when the pirates returned and he fastly ate the fruit, and he came away, he never told anyone he ate it
his mom told him he could join the marines, if he cut up the biggest tree in the garden with his bare hands, it took him a whole year, and when the tree finally fell. it fell on him, he broke all his bones, his mom went with him to a doctor, and he said he couldnt help him, a mechanic said he could help ... and replaced his bones for cyborg parts. also his devlifruit parts.
when he recovered he gone in millitary(marine) training and also in training with the mechanic that helped him. he learned how to make weapons, and adjust his body parts. after a few years of training and a few missions he was promoted to petty officer, and later on chief petty officer
he started capturing bounty heads , and after a while he gain his own marine crew he was promoted to an Ensign, as ensign he had a few man around him, and he led a own marine crew,
he captured many notorious pirates, and he became more known, he had a few more promotions, and when he aged 27 they called him back to the Holy land, he got a promotion as vice admiral after all the good work he did
Personality: he is a warm person, he doesnt like killing but he has to if people are pirates , he believes in a justice and he wants to end the great age of pirates. hes quite serious and he has a sarcastic type of humor, he likes sake, food, coconut milk,relaxing, reading books and stuff. hes also a gambler, he has alot of money (gained by delivering bounty heads) but doesnt really use it, he dislikes people who complain about everything, people that dont want to work when they need to, and people who only think about money

1. rocket fingers, all of the fingers can shoot little rockets, when the finger tips are open, theses rockets are small, fit inside a finger and are heathseeking. the damage they deal is low but, when hit many times the damage grows, after a finger shot 3 times, they need to reload wich takes 3 turns.
rocket fingers can also be used, as mellee weapon, with the fingertips stil at position, and the rockets fired, a sort of shigan is launched, this can be done with al 10 fingers or just with one,
2 granite yaws. his teeth are made of granite ,and can be used biting orthers.
3 shield cannon, this cannon can only be used in turtle form, the turtle shield develops into a big cannon, wich shoots heavy beams but very slow reloading (4-5 )posts takes 1 post loading this beam takes 1 of the 3 cans o fuel
4 eye beam, shoots out beams of the eyes, the beam durations is 10 seconds, and per 10 seconds used the user cant see for 1 turn.
5 shield o copter this can only be used in hybrid form, the shield develops into a copter, where the user can fly slow
6. left arm shield, this is a retractable shield on the left arm, there is nothing special about it except a few spikes on it
7 right arm rifle.this is a retractable rifle placed on the right hand wich shoots strong projectiles.
8 feet spikes, retractable spikes on the foot, used for kicking or climbing.
9. tankwheels only useable in turtle form, the turtle can get wheels but cant use arms or legs when the wheels are used.
10 right hand broad sword this retractable sword is nothing special. just a sword used for mellee combat
11 smoke. this is like a smoke grenade but the smoke comes out of his body instead of a grenade
