Appearance: Alexander is a rare species of fishman, and as such he has a very unique color and shape. He is at least twice as tall as a normal fishman, and he is very humanly proportioned. His skin is the color of silver and sand, mixed near the bottom of the ocean. His eyes, claws, and tongue are all the color of obsidian. His tongue is 150 centimeters in length, and comes to a point. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder of the crescent moon, and has a tattoo on the left side of his chest he has a tattoo of an eye, both blood-red in color. He is very muscular, and all of his body's muscles are distinctly defined. He has shark-shaped teeth and has three rows of them, all white as the moon. He has extra bones such as a shoulder pad, forearm plates, thigh plates, and chest plates all of which are distinctly defined, even with the muscle on them. He wears a large pine-green kimono and samurai-style sandals. His kimono has shapes of different star constellations and ocean currents along the edges. He has long snow-white hair that falls to his waist in the back, and to his chest in the front. When he is in a desert or near a source of massive heat, his hair turns pitch black and forms an afro wider than his body, in a perfect sphere, as incomprehensible as it is. Some of his ancestors were skypean, and as a result he has long, thin, bone-based wings that would allow him to swim with more speed and agility if he could still swim, but instead he uses them as sort of tails or tentacles. They are 5 meters long each, and are slightly spiky but the spikes aren't sharp enough to do anything but help him grip stuff. None of his cyborg parts are visible on the outside, except for the lasers on his palms, and the small devices pushing out his skin along his ribs.

History: Alexander was born into slavery as a fishman servant, soon sold to an unnamed rich scientist in the North Blue. This scientist did not treat him as an equal, but not as a slave either; more or less, the good Dr. treated him like an apprentice or assistant. When Alexander was 5 years old, he was taught how to design, repair, and block circuits of all kinds in an effort to have someone to stop electrical surges from escaping the laboratory. When he was 8, he was badly electrocuted mid-experiment, and the charge forced his recessive eel genes from his mother to activate. Having been born a coelacanth fishman in the first place, the now dominant eel gene had no effect on his shape or growth, aside from the production of electricity in the bones and organs, and the immunity thereof. This effect did not last long, however, as the Dr. began experimenting on Alexander thereafter, resulting in the genes becoming recessive once more. Over the years of being his servant, he learned many scientific skills well beyond the reach of most universities, but saw a calling in the shipwright arts, and navigation arts. When he came of the age 15, the Dr. performed one final experiment on Al, as he was now called, including the cyborg attachments on his body. The experiment was to analyze how a cyborg fishman could manipulate water, and if it could swim. The experiment was a failure, resulting in the laboratory's destruction, the Dr's death, and Alexanders freedom. He hid amongst navy ships, and found himself not only 10,000 meters directly above fishman island, but also learning a thing or two about fighting by watching the trainers, and killing most of the marines on the ship before diving towards the undersea island. As he entered fishman island, he saw the many different forms of fishman he had never imagined, and the society they made. He worked on visitor's ships and helped deliver messages to and fro the island in exchange for training, food, and shelter. He lived on the island this way for a total of 8 years, leaving him at 25 years of age. He aged slower than most due to his genes, and was physically about 17. He left fishman island to form his own abilities at the bottom of the sea, alone, in the dark. After 6 months of this "hell of paradise", he left the fishmen for good, going to the surface. He traveled along the grandline, where he found the Neji Neji no mi, and ate it as his own experiment. When he found he couldn't swim, almost dying in the experiment when a sea monster got hungry, he tried to find a way around this weakness, and succeeded by jumping over a waterfall during a hurricane, resulting in many near-flight glides, and a lightning strike mid-drown. This chain reaction resulted in the discovery of Typhon's gear, which would only have been possible during this time if the event of the lightning strike repelled and evaporated a most of the water around him. At 31 years of age, he perfected his gear's power, but not his ability to use it as it caused minor damage each use. Finding that he could not travel island to island like he used to via swimming, he experimented further to how far he could swim before he had to stop the gear. He found that he could travel a total of 1500 meters to a point and back (total of 3500 meters due to the effort required to change directions). He made make-shift boats of decent quality, and travelled aimlessly. In his travels, he found himself discriminated against by several navy crew members, resulting in his attack of navy personnel, theft of large supplies of food and gold, and hundreds vandalized flags. Eventually, he was marked with his bounty for his "childish pranks gone pirate", and the potential danger he was (apparently a captain, rear-admiral, or some higher up put together that since he didn't swim any he could have a devil fruit power he was hiding). He is now 35, and part of a pirate crew as an assistant to anything science or engineering related, an on-sea sharpshooter (cannons and stuff), and a swordsman.

Personality: He is a very intelligent individual, but has a hard time showing it unless he corrects everything people say. He is very loyal, but relies on logical analysis for any split-decisions, and a coin flip if that doesn't work. He is very erratic in his emotional expression, half the time being emotionless and the other half being all over the place and possibly half insane. He could be compared to a british nobleman who had worked all of his life to gain his wealth, status, and skill. He is very quick and to the point at times, but also very evasive and impassive at others. He is always willing to compromise because despite his resemblence in character to a skilled british noble, he also has a distinct resemblence to the ninja's of Japan, and the Cherokee of South-East United States of America in that he never wants to waste anything, he prefers stealth and wisdom over direct attack, and he protects others more than he should, especially when money is involved.

effect: it allows Alexander to twist anything he touches.

Special Abilities: Fishman Karate, Fishman Jiujutsu, Merman sword-combat, Electric pulses from the devices along his ribs (they release electricity over his skin, and absorb electricity that would normally harm him), Typhon's Gear (Alexander uses the Neji Neji no mi to twist his cardi-vascular system and then untwist it, causing minor damage and accelerated blood flow. The blood flow causes a rise and temperature and a lot of oil/sweat to be produced. The oils and sweat are twisted by the neji neji no mi and fishman jiujutsu to create a high-speed-current of paper-thin water and oil, protecting at the effeciency of black-steel armor. This can be maintained for five posts, and can be used twice in five threads (or once every three days, depending on the length of the thread) without causing any serious damage. Using it five times before recovery results in a heart attack. All liquids that come in contact with this armor evaporates from the energy, and is transformed into oxygen from chemical reactions), and Eidetic Memory.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1- Repel: Electricity is released over the skin at 5 amp, 50,000 volts electrocuting most things to touch Alexander

2- Whirl Throw: A form of fishman Jiujutsu that allows alexander to twist water, and throw it as if it were a javelin. Preceded by Storm Caller, unless he is within arms reach of water.

3- Storm Caller: a form of fishman karate that allows alexander to pull distant water and gather it between his hands quickly in preparation for fishman jiujutsu

4- Raigeki: alexander gathers water from storm caller and places it on a sword or other bladed weapon, and releases 15,000 volts of electricity. Alexander then proceeds to thrust or swing the blade, releasing a lightning-shaped water blade filled with electricity. It moves at 1/3 soru speed, and has immense cutting power but can only cut one thing before it dissipates, and cannot be used consecutively because of the need for storm caller's preparation.

5- Neji Neji no Vacuum: Alexander uses the Neji Neji no mi to twist all air out of a certain space that cannot exceed a volume of 50m^3.

6- Neji Neji no Whip: Alexander uses the Neji Neji no mi to twist the ground into a whip that can attack multiple targets and move in multiple directions simultaneously by the twisting of the materials.

7- Neji Neji no Disc: Alexander uses the Neji Neji no mi to twist the air into a compact disc, and throw it at half soru speed. It can be set to change directions once mid-flight prior to launch. During Alexander's next post, the disc transforms into an F-3 category tornado, continuing to move in the last direction the disc was moving.

8- Humid Feet: A form of fishman karate that allows Alexander to walk on water as if it was land, and jump multiple times in the air, if the air has a normal humidity. If the air has a high humidity from being out at sea, being along a shore, or being a humid environment, Alexander can glide across the air at soru speed, and be able to change directions once (and only once) mid-glide. This technique causes massive strain and using it for more than a total of 5 posts per thread will result in temporary muscle damage. Using it for 10 posts will result in ability to walk for the remainder of the thread, and inability to use this technique in the next thread (or one day, depending on the length of the thread). These side-effects can be eliminated through extensive training.

9- Water Spout: Alexander uses his gear to create two large spheres of water (roughly 50meter diameter). He then uses the Neji Neji no Disc tp throw a disc through one of the bodies of water, creating a large spinning disc of water. Alexander then uses the second body of water to create a cold-water geyser underneath the target. Should they be hit (not moving away more than 5 meters in any non-vertical direction), the two bodies of water shall collide and form a large water spout, trapping the target inside and dealing considerable damage. Tis technique stops devilfruit users from using their powers, but lets enough air in as to not drown them.

10- Dragon Mouth Trap: Utilizing all of his abilities, Alexander shoots a laser to create a crater in the ground. He simultaneously has his aura create water to go into the crater and he personally uses the Neji Neji no mi's powers to create a whirlwind of the ground around the crater, trapping what it inside. During his next post, if the target has not escaped, he will fill it with water and use his Raigeki simultaneously to being filled, electrocuted everything inside and creating a small explosion. While preparing this attack, all defenses are shut down and, without extra protection, can be harmed by anybody not trapped in the twister.

11- Water Splice: Using fishman karate and spiraled air from the neji neji no mi, Al creates a powerful air blade that can cut through iron and stone, but not refined steel. When under water, the speed, strength, and range of the attack is amplified to where it can crack sea stone, cut normal steel, and split the sea at 500m depth, 50m width, and as much as 2000m length for as long as two posts. This technique causes wrist damage if used repetively on or under water (current limit 3, or 5 if Al is willing to to not use the technique for the remainder of both his current thread and the next one).

12- Sea Phoenix: Using electricity, fishman karate, and an edged medium (such as a knife, sword, or even his own claws [if he is willing to be unable to use his hand for his next three posts]), Al creates a spear-like extension of the blade that lasts for two posts, and then either dissipates, or is released in the shape of a large bird covering the wing span of 14m and the heigth of 0.5m capable of cutting stone, and exploding when touching organic material, once it has hit its target, the electrocuted water spreads all over the places and electrocutes anything within 5m of the point of impact.

13- Sea King Roar: Using nothing but the physical attributes of himself and his blade, Al draws his blade into a jump-style drawing slice coming from above, which then turns into a bato-jutsu dash-style drawing slice coming from below at a slight angle towards his right. He then thrusts his body into the target, ignoring any non-paralyzing (includes restrains or muscle damage) or fatal damage in the process, and creates a spin slice that creates a 5m radius air blade. The spin continues for two more loops, the second attacking 0.5m above the last and reaching an extra 1.5m, and the final spin creates one 5m above the original and an extra 15m than the orignal, creating an upward blade vortex. This vortex only harms air-borne targets, but breaks the sound barrier just slightly, creating a shockwave a giant roar. This can be followed by a stab from Al, if a target is within 2m of his landing point, but at that point exausting his body and leaving him without defense for the stab.

/Note: this technique is a combo technique, each movement taking another post and is subject to slight changes and descriptions for the situation, but remains the same attack with the same amount of power as it normally would. Later in the future, this may be upgraded to include fishman karate, neji neji power, or etc.

Weapons/Items: Alexander's Cyborg Parts, pistol, cutlass.

Character Flaws: paranoia, passive aggressive, size, cannot stand the smell of grease or rust.

Goals: to be the best friend of, and make/repair great things for someone who will change the course of history.
