Appearance: Singiuko has long black hair that he tucks back into a pony tail, the color of the band in his hair is always white or black.. never both. His skin is white, but leaning more on the tanish side. His eyes are blue, he considers his own eyes priceless jewels.. and for good reason, his eyes are what he looks at in the morning (he is conceited). His usual attire consists of a black long sleeved shirt, no significant designs are on it other then the strings holding the part that shows his sternum area together. His pants are usually the silky kind, many gentlemen wear these types of pants. His shoes are the Italian kind, and black, and is known for having rubber on the bottom of his shoes. The last detail from him is the necklace around his neck, commonly known for its Ying sign alone, it doesn't have the yang attaching it like most of the necklaces do. His body is also well cut, since this is needed for the use of rokushiki. Has the DIA mark on his pubic region.
History: Singiuko was born and raised in the West Blue. His past was nothing special and nothing out of the ordinary. Singiuko started school early at the age of 4 and graduated all of the schools in his island by the time he had reached the age of 15. His life from there was dedicated to his families tradition of medicine, they were all doctors for generations to come. It was about this age that he developed his body, and it naturally became that of a male models. His body developed muscles on its own, and females naturally decided to gather around the man with the most 'grace' in the island. That phrase, 'grace', was then scarred into him. He started to believe he was the very essence of grace, and decided to characterize himself as beautiful. At age 18, he was called the 'Grace' Doctor, this was not common, since he hadn't even graduated from a medical college. Singiuko moved out of his house, and out of the island, at age 25. At the age he left he had already learned everything he possibly could have learned from the island in medical professions.
One day, when moving out at sea, Karasus father Yaminoque found Singiuko and asked him a very important question.. What was perfection to him? Singiuko merely answered "Perfection is the most beautiful thing in the world". Yaminoque instantly took a liking to him, and asked if he would help Karasu make the world a 'perfect' place for everyone. Evil would be whipped out. Singiuko agreed of course, but did not know how he would be of assistance except with his medical knowledge. Yaminoque simply put his hand over his head, instantly teaching him Soru and Shigan, the rest he would have to do himself.
By the age of 29, two years after getting the information, Singiuko had gone through immense training to get used to fighting high speed opponents, but had no affect on the normal sped ones. He learned to draw his pole and use it like an extension of his finger, using it like an extended and much more powerful form of Shigan. His training was horrible, but it only left bruises on his body.. never cuts. You might not know by looking at him, but his body had been beaten to the point of bruises and even broken bones, however they made sure not to scar his body. When he came out of his training his Soru and Shigan had sharpened, to the point where he considers himself a master of both.
Personality: Singiuko is the type of man that tries to look in the elegance in everything. He is mostly confused as an individual with a strong opinion of himself.. and with good reason, since he is very conceited. When he is sent out to do a job/mission he usually handles it with the most amount of elegance he could possibly put on it, leaving rare to any civilians die if he had anything to do about it. He is very cautious and overly protective of himself, and usually others.. as long as he doesn't have to think of others above himself. He has a high respect for Dark Isle since it is the place that helped him 'Reborn' into his new self. Perhaps the most known thing about Singiuko, is that his loyalty to Karasu is more then most if not everyone in Dark Isle, despite the way he handles the orders at times. Is disgusted by fatty foods and any unhealthy snack that he knows would ruin his nearly perfect physique.

effect:Special Abilities: Advanced Soru Combat Training: Singiuko has been trained profusely to handle opponents that move in Soru speeds. This ONLY works on soru equivalent techniques or higher. Of course, this has no affect on those that don't use the technique.. since his training was very specified.
Speed training: Singiuko has the ability to move fast, but is not able to use this to dodge, instead he uses it as a way to attack. His speed, much like soru, is only great when he is moving forward.. the boost in speed he has is above average. 80 mph at his greatest.
Endurance Training: This training focused on getting beat continuously, strengthening the bones in his body every time the area was broken. This also got his body accustomed to pain, the training made sure to not leave any scars.. he was very protective of his bodies figure.
Medical Knowledge: His experience on medical knowledge from before he was 'Reborn'. He is an expert in anti-bacterial drugs and has the knowledge to create necessary antibiotics and even medicine that can cure a poisoned/venomed/Ill body. Of course, his knowledge on treating the body WITHOUT the use of medicine is rather low, he'd have to use some organic material to make medicine himself.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):Shigan: A technique that involves the user using his fingers to penetrate through bodies, it leaves a bullet like wound.
Soru: A technique used so the user gains superhuman speed, can only go forward in this basic form.
Quick Shigan: A combination of soru and shigan, the user throws his shigan in soru speeds making the technique much harder to dodge.
Shigan barrage: A technique focusing on soru and shigan at its peak. This technique sends the quick shigan in multiple amounts towards the enemy.
Soru Illusion: Soru but on the sides, this technique focuses on Soru's great speed but slows down to the point of leaving after-images behind. This soru is meant to confuse the enemy and at the same time surround the enemy.
Shigan Bullet: Shigan, but for long distance. The user flicks his finger and sends pressure directly at the enemy, this technique leaves bullet wounds.. but does not go as deep as Shigan.
Shigan Block: Shigan was also made as a blocking technique. The user jabs his finger on an object or the base of a sword being thrown at him and stops it, however if the sword or object is thrown at a rate Singiuko can't handle, or with enough force to severely hurt him, then the shigan will result in a broken finger. If the pressure is reasonably above what he can handle, the attack will continue even after the broken finger.
Hand Shigan: This is his greatest form of Shigan, the user uses his entire hand like a shigan and penetrates the body. These wounds are the size of his jabbing hand.
Pole Shigan: Singiuko's personal form of shigan, Singiuko will stab the enemy with his pole ultimately penetrating him. This technique currently has the capability to pass through metals as well (Since the pole is made of sea stone).
Weapons/Items: A pole made of sea stone.
Goals: To serve Karasu in the most graceful of ways, and make the world 'Perfect'.
