[SERIOUS] CHAPTER 1: Blue-Band Pirates set sail!: The Rumored Several Armed Demon

Callen, ignoring Ko's presences for only just a moment to pay attention to the bomb in front of him, look between the two wires.
It was a very tricky decision and he could only hope that he would pick the right one on time..... Speaking of decisions.....
Callen thought back on the offer that the other had given him...... Should he still....?
But of course, he went back to realitu.. Bomb here trying to destroy them Callen!! Get a grip on reality!!!

He looks at the clock, which did nothing but worsen his nerves. 15 seconds left.

He took a deep breath and let his instincts pick for him.
Closing his eyes, he switches his knife between the blue and the purple wire, seeing whatever lead him to the right wire.
10 seconds.
Could it be the purple? It has a rather appealing color but it also look supscious.... But the same thing goes to the blue wire too..... What can he pick?
5 seconds.
His knife seemed to waver over the blue wire the longest. And knowing that his instincts have made it's pick, he cut blue wire.
All was silence.... And the clock on the bomb stop.

"Heheh,Bingo!" Ko yelled out as he began to stretch his arms. He then slowly got up and offered a hand to Callen. "You're awesome and you're Blue-Band Pirate Material!" Ko said with a big grin on his face. "This guy could really be something!" Ko thought to himself.

[Meanwhile at Marine HQ]

"Did you hear that Arasu got whopped by 2 kids" a Marine said while playing poker with 3 other marines. "Yeah, I always knew that he was a weakling!" one said as he started to chuckle. "I bet even a 5 year old could beat him!" another one said as he yawned. Suddenly the news about Arasu's defeat was known through-out the whole Marine HQ.

Callen couldn't help but snort and grin at the compliment, blushing slightly since he doesn't get enough compliments in his life time. He's either too young or naive looking; so it's easy for others to look down on him.
Well, not this guy. He's definitely different.

Callen took the other's hand gratefully as he stood up and off the marine with a look of enjoyment in his eyes....
But then, he heard footsteps coming towards them as he saw the villagers with pitchforks and torches- looking like a mob from those Frankensteins stories he would read when he was a child.

"W-We won't let you destroy our village!!" One of them said, making Callen sweatdrop.
Destroy their village? They were saving it!!!
"U-Um, Ko-san...?" Callen slowly questioned as he back away slightly as he notice that the townspeople are coming closer. "Now that I think about it.... What did you do or say to the villagers to get them out of here?"
Though Callen could make a good educated guess- actually, he kinda doesn't want to know in the first place.....

"Oh-no... this is bad..." Ko thought as remembered what he had said to them earlier. Ko slowly backed away "We can work this out.... can't we?" Ko said as sweat came down his fore-head. He then remembered the small raft he had used to come here. He looked behind and noticed that the raft was just around the corner. He then turned around and began to run towards the raft's location. "Callen we're getting outta here!" Ko yelled as he ran. "We won't let you get away you dirty pirates!" the villagers yelled as they chased after the two young men.

"You dont have to tell me twice!" Callen exclaimed as he followed the guy, running from the mob that is sure to kill them.... Well, he wasn't sure if the mob would kill them since they were villagers who wanted to protect their homes and would probably just beat them up but Callen wasn't looking forward to find out. Not at all.
Sheesh, is this what they get for saving them?

But at the same time, Callen couldn't help but laugh. Why do he have a feeling that this is going to happen often when he's traveling with this guy? Oh brother.
"I hope you have a plan to get us out of here!!"

"A plan?" Ko thought as he started to slow down. "I've never really thought of that" Ko whispered as he started to itch his head. He then turned around and looked at the angry herd of villagers. Suddenly Ko began to run and yelled "I just remembered I have a raft around the corner maybe we can use that to get away!" Ko then turned and ran around the corner. The little raft was in sight, "I don't think that can hold us both" Ko said as he ran towards it however the two men needed to get away from these people if not they could lose quiet a lot of blood.

"You never thought of it!?!?" Callen exclaimed in astonishment. Great, what a great choice of a captain Callen- one who doesn't even know the basis of making a plan...
He has a feeling that his captain's brainlessness would get them into a lot of trouble than necessary. A captain without planning abilities... He could practically imagine their days...

Heading towards the raft, he heard what the other had said about it and how he thought it wouldn't be able to hold the both of them. While it does look strudy, he doubts it's enough to hold two people, despite Callen's age and size. The small raft looks to be originally made for one person and by the time they set sail, they'll be sinking before they even get far. And there is also the factor that the Marines could be nearby....

Groaning at the situation they are in, entertained by his captain or not, he grabs his seemingly senseless captain and pulls him towards a small sailing boat at the end of the docks.
"We're going to my boat instead!!!" He said as he forcefully drag the other to the better looking sea vehicle that would be able to hold them at the very least. Yeah his boat is old but it would be able to get them out farther and away from the island.

"Good Idea!" Ko said as he ran towards the bigger boat, Ko then turned around and looked at the anrgy herd of people once more. "Wow can't they take a joke?" he thought as he approached the boat. Ko then quickly jumped on and waited for Callen to sail the boat. However he needed to do it quick for the angry herd of people were getting closer then he thought.

"Considering that the joke is about you taking their lives- I highly doubt it." Callen snorted as he didn't waste time to get the ship out on sea, cutting the rope instead of untying it as he uses his Devil Fruit powers to get the extra set of arms to let down the sail without even looking as he pull the rope up and push them off of the dock, letting the wind take them farther out into the sea.

The people who were almost out to kill them cheered as they saw the 'nasty and evil' pirates leaving their island with causing anyone harm (with a few exceptions from the marines but oh well.

Callen sigh in relief.

Ko smiled and waved good-bye to them he then turned around,pointed forward and yelled "The Blue-Band Pirates Set Sail!" After that he got out a map and pointed to a small island which was not far from here. "This is our next destination" he said as started to tap the map. Ko then folded the map and put in his pocket. "Next Stop, we get ourselves a cook!"
