Serious: The Hedge Drop Bank Job

Still lazily lounging in the sun aboard the Crimson Heart's ship Echo could feel the warm sun blazing down over him and he enjoyed the feel of it, the day was coming to an end and the last rays of the bright & sunny day were quickly fading soon it would be dark and they would have to dock. Echo wasn't sure what they would encounter on this island but was excited to discover. He hand't heard much about the island but now that it was in sight he could see the one thing he'd heard about it was true. Around the entire island was a large thick and perfectly trimmed hedge. It was said to be strong enough to stop a speeding bullet. Echo didn't know how true this was but as his ship drew closer and closer to the docks his ship he grinned. Looking back at Rick he called out to him.

"Rick we're nearing Hedge Drop now. Get ready to dock, we can pick up some supplies whilst we're here and maybe even find some new crew mates. I'm also hoping we can stir up something too. After all I love getting involved in a little scuffle."

Echo noticed how the ship was still not to his liking and how he still wanted this ship to be more specialised to his crew. It would need a paint job and some minor modifications but he could find someone to do it later on or maybe even steal another ship if need be. As the ship reached the docks Echo wanted Rick to lower the anchor and raise the sails. He yawned lazily and turned into human form then stretched as he got to his feet. Now in his human form he was feeling much more energetic and ready for a little mischief. Leaping from the ship down to the docks Echo shook his head allowing his hair to fly freely around him then waited for Rick to join him down at the docks after raising the sails and lowering the anchor. Echo was ready to head deep into the town and stir some trouble up for fun.

Radical was in disquise as an old homeless man as he walked around the island looking around for easy picks. This place as full of saps. A little trip here, a fall there, a lil begging, and Radical was stealing right out of their wallets. He stole over 150,000. Radical walked toward the docks looking to passage to get off the island. Then he saw a ship only manned by two men. With a ship of his own, Radical make a fortune in scraps alone and even have some left over for a raft. Radical walked toward the man he presumed to be the captain. He walked over and "tripped falling on top of him. Raidcal then slipped his fingers into the man's pocket as he fell in a swift motion almost in a single move making it nearly impossible for anyone to see him do it.

"I'm sorry young man. My old knees aren't what they use to."

Rick gave the old man a sour look, he may not have seen it but he knew how to trick he himself was a cunning con man, who tricked people out of there rafts on his quest to get to New World, Rick said "Oh it's ok we pirates aren't gonna do anything to you!" Rick said as he pulled them both up roughly lifting the old man and whispered into his ear "I know what you did, I don't trust you I will keep my eyes in you.". Rick wasn't in his usual cowardly state because he knew he could take an old man.

As this old man stumbled into him Echo pushed him off of him and as Rick told the old man how he was on to him Echo rolled his eyes. This old geezer may have been a stranger and even a crook but so was Echo so he didn't care.

"Yea your thievery skills ain't what they may have been either."

Echo revealed a bag of beli he'd snatched from the old man during the clash between himself & the old man unfortunately for the old man Echo had no money on him so rifling through his pockets for beli would be useless.

Bouncing the bag up and down in his hand Echo grinned back at the old man.

"I ain't got no money guy so robbing me is pretty pointless. Anyway I'm gonna head into town Rick you should probably go collect some supplies for our little voyage, I'm going to pay a visit to the banks."

Blending into the crowds on the island passing through them quietly without raising any suspicion were a group of men. 2 of which were wearing white painter's overalls, gasmasks, sunglasses white gloves and blue hats. The 3rd was wearing a cowboy hat long brown duster coat which hung open exposing his chest, beige pants and brown boots. In his hand a rifle and from his mouth a cigarette. As they approached the town centre the groups split up the man with the cigarette headed off in a different direction towards the clocktower. The men in the overalls headed elsewhere.

The island was currently under a heavy Marine lock down recently due to arrival of Marine Captain "Smiley". He was an accomplished officer who was described as a Marine with a brain the size of a peanut. But whether or not that was true Echo didn't know.

Marines were scattered through out the island far and wide, any member of the general public continued to find themselves being hassled by Smiley's Marines for little things they didn't even do. This was Marine justice at its best, corrupt.

Rick smirked at the old man and said "We didn't even need to lay a hand on you!" He turned around feel victorious and went to get some supplies, Rick went into the island and saw the group of men and saw Echo there but knew Echo could handle himself and turned around into one of the stores thinking about what the crew might need for supplies. "We need food and we need some stuff for our ship" Rick said tossing a small bag of beri that Echo had given him onto the counter of the store after going through the list of stuff they needed. Rick and slung the supplies over his shoulder. Rick went back to the ship to put the supplies down and keep watch of the ship.

Radical had planned to be caught by these those posers, but the bag was just a ruse. There was no money in it for he kept the money in his shoes. His real goal was their ship. Once the two were gone Radical took his disguise reavealing himself to be the legendary theif. "Even though I would love to get mah hands on those guys I have work to do." Radical took out his thieving kit from his old man robes and tossed an grabbing hook onto the ship and slowly climbed up the ship. Then suddenly one of the two pirates came back from some reason. In order to prevent himself from getting found out, radical hid in barrel in the mean time before he was caught. He would have to wait til he found a good oppurtunity to sneak the guy.

At the Crimson Heart ship that the old man had climbed aboard he would be lucky to get anywhere with it as due to the harsh weather of the seas during their journey to this island the ship was currently in a bad state and on the verge of falling to pieces. The hull was badly damaged and the mast was on the verge of snapping. One strong breeze would be all it would need for it to fall. And that would be enough to damage the deck of the ship badly. As the man placed his foot on the deck part of it crumbled below his foot allowing his foot to sink down into it.

Reaching the top of the clock tower the young man with the rifle, cowboy hat & cigarette positioned himself and took aim on the bank. From his rifle he looked down and could see into the bank and see his two team mates preparing to take hostages. Looking at both of them he saw them open the doors and then turn back to back. One pulled out a chain and pad lock from his overalls and began locking the door whilst the other unleashed two cans of gas. Quickly the bank begun to fill up with smoke.

Walking through the town Echo looked around to see the citizens looking a little beaten and bruised he titled his head curiously and wondered what it was that had been responsible for it. He didn't much care but was more than happy to leave them to it. As he walked along to see what more this town had to offer he realised he should probably visit a local tavern or something so he could find a shipwright.

Entering the tavern known as "Sandgrove's Grey Beard" he noticed quickly what type of tavern it was and a large grin grew across his face.

Slugging what was his 10th drink that day sat Captain "Smiley" his large tanned and grossly muscular body sat beneath his cape and his short spiky blonde hair sat upon his head trimmed neatly. His eyes were small black & beady whilst his mouth was something different entirely. His name had come from somewhere.

Rick sat down on a lawn chair he had bought and sighed "To bad this old ship is gonna break down I wanted to rub it in Mary's face when we get to the grandline and meet her again, Rick remembered the events, Rick felt his body have a spasm as he fell off the lawn chair and coughed up blood, Rick had dark circles form around his eyes and he was breathing heavily. "My body is still hurting I guess." Rick slowly got back onto his lawn chair.

As the men in white threw smoke canisters into the bank, Miles turned around and thought to himself as the other man was chaining up the door;
Well, I was going to have to rip someone apart...I guess these idiots will have to do.
As Miles stopped thinking, with a calm look on his face, he began to walk towards the men in white, taking his mallet off of his back. As Miles reached the men, he opened his mouth to speak, speaking extremely calmly for one in such a situation;
"Now, I would recommend opening the door and running before I bash your skulls in."

Radical pushed the lid of the barrel over carefully stepping out of the barrel. He carefully swung his rope around and around so that Rick couldn't hear it. This was the perfect opportunity for him to take the ship. Radical tossed the rope over the man hoping to wrap him up. If he didn't move the rope would bind him giving Radical the chance to make away with a ship.

As a pale man wielding a hammer charged at the men in white the gas made it hard to see and as the hammer was spotted crashing through the gas Jesse the man in the clock tower outside could see the hammer coming towards them and fired a bullet aiming to clip the wielder's neck. It was a warning shot. The man who'd thrown the gas canisters stepped to the side and was hit in the right shoulder by the hammer hard.

As he was hit by it he didn't react in the way which was expected, instead of falling to the floor or moaning about the pain he looked up at the pale man grinning and raised himself from his crouching position.

The other man turned around after locking the doors and removed a sawn off shotgun which he fired into the air.

"Everyone get your asses on the ground now!"

He shouted.

The man in white who'd been hit by Miles clenched his fist tightly and smirking at him. As his fist was tightly clenched he threw a punch forwards towards Mile's stomach with the full force of which the mallet was slammed into him with. The gas was still lingering making it hard to see any oncoming attacks.

As the other man in white shouted for everyone to hit the ground and fired two warning shots into the sky Jesse dispatched two quick shots into the craniums of the Marines who were guarding the door amidst the gas.

The robber in white with the shotgun walked through the gas to the hostages who quickly hit the ground. As they hit the ground he knew Marines would already be on their way to prevent the robbery and looked at the cashiers. Approaching them he shouted.

"Get your asses from behind those desks and out here now!"

None of them moved they were terrified.

Cocking his shotgun he pointed the barrel at a hostage's head by his foot and they all raised to their feet quickly. Each moved out and was thrown to the floor by the robber. As they hit the ground he looked around at each of them then back at the man with the hammer.

"Come on Alpha deal with that lunatic already!" He shouted to the other robber. Alpha nodded looking at Beta.

Jesse watched as the gas cleared in the bank. He could see how the man with the hammer was about to be punched hard and waited with his trigger finger. Around the outside of the bank Marines were arriving and setting up for a long wait like they usually encountered with bank robberies.

As Echo entered the Marine filled pub he grinned. He felt no fear but as if the place was one to have a good time in. Walking up to the bar he was followed by the many eyes of Marines and ordered a pint which he was quickly served. the entire place went quiet till he sat down and one burly Marine leant over to him.

"You know your kind ain't welcome here Pirate."

"How'd you know I'm a pirate?"

"Well I don't, but you don't look like a Marine and this is a Marine only bar if you didn't notice kid."

"I know it is. More of a reason to be here for me then isn't it. being the Pirate that I am"

The Marine leant back and finished his drink. He was already getting angry with Echo. He was unreasonable and had refused his help when he had only been looking out for him. He tightly clenched his fist and Echo could see it coming from the corner of his eye. As the fist shot down towards him other Marines noticed it and smiles grew across their faces. They loved a good brawl and it was even better when it was legal as opposed to the illegal brawls against one another they had a few months back.

As the bony knuckle met Echo's cheek he was knocked from his seat and down to the ground. It was a powerful punch but not something which could take Echo down so easily. As he hit the ground Echo lay there a few seconds and the marines burst out it a large cheer when Echo hit the ground.

Smiley hadn't paid much attention himself but seeing the others rise in cheer and leap to their feet spilling their beers and looking down at Echo he sipped from his then turned and looked at them all. His disfigured face was a haunting sight.

"I told you Pirate! You should've taken my warning!"

The Marine who'd hit Echo was saying standing over him kicking him in the ribs.

Seeing all of this violent commotion because a Pirate had entered a Marine bar Smiley raised himself up to his full 8 feet. his cape dragging behind him he walked towards Echo and placed a hand on the Marnine's shoulder.

"LET THIS PIRATE COME TO NO MORE HARM!" Smiley said in his quietest tone which was actually a shout.

"But hes a rotten...hes one of them...a pirate!" The Marine exclaimed before he was found stumbling backwards as Smiley pushed him lightly. Smiley was way too strong for his own good and he looked down at Echo and offered him a hand. He may have been a Marine but he wasn't as horrible as all the rest of the Marines who'd been previously cheering in this bar.

As the Crimson Heart ship the mast was on the verge of falling the flag was torn as were the sails and the anchor was rusting away slowly. The Echo Pirates needed to get their hands on a new ship and as soon as possible. The sea hadn't been kind to them as they had been leaving the last island.

From the sky a simple bird swooped down towards the ship to reveal he was a newsku with the latest news about the world of marines, pirates & revolutionaries. It landed beside Rick and hoped he'd buy a paper but if he didn't he'd fly away and on to the next customer who'd pay to learn the news of the world. The newsku squawked at Rick then tilted his head to look at the ship and squawked again. The sky was cloudy and dark it looked as if rain were to come and make this a nasty time for them all.

Miles grabbed the side of his neck after it being clipped by the bullet. Once he pulled his hand back, he looked at his palm. Blood. And his as well. Miles smirked and began to chuckle to himself. He put his mallet back onto his back and shook his head, still laughing;
"Big mistake"
Miles changed his form into that of a lion. This lion though had extremely large fangs, a scorpion tail and dragon wings. The punch to his gut would now be going towards his face. As the fist got closer and closer, Miles opened his mouth, ready to bit down onto the hand. Miles' eyes wandered around the room, and he could see that the other man in white had a hostage. Miles raised his tail and a spike full of poison at the hostage. After this was done, a beastly laugh was heard.

Rick predicted the old man's sneaking onto the ship so he bought a tool belt that could help him escape and help him in other escape plans, he let the rope wrap around him but quickly pulled out a switch knife and cutting the rope and soon it was loose enough that Rick could break through by flexing his muscles. Rick put the knife away so the old man wouldn't see him and pretended to be done for. "You again why can't you just give up when my captain comes back you won't be that lucky.

Radical was surprised how did he know he was there. This theif must have acute hearing or how else would he have known since he obvisouly covered his tracks. Oh well they were alone and if he could steal the ship anyways before the captain gets back. Radical arms himself with his iron cat claws ready to fight "Sorry mate but this ship is worth too much for me just to walk away from."

Rick & Radical

As the two men at the docks fought for the Crimson Heart Pirate ship the waves picked up a little and strong gusts of wind blew against the ship. Unfortunately due to bad luck which Echo & Rick had encountered sailing the ship's condition was dreadful. One strong gust of wind blew across and caused the mast to fall like a tree. The mast came crashing down towards Radical and the flags tore apart due to the speed. The main deck of the ship was quickly falling apart bit by bit and the hull at this moment in time was struggling to keep the ship together.

This ship was done for Captain of the Crimson Hearts would be pretty pissed to find out about the damage her ship had undergone since leaving her possession but now there was nothing she could do about it. As the figure head began to dip the middle of the ship met a horrifying crack. The ship was splitting into two. The front leaning towards the docks and the back sinking slowly into the water below. All supplies including barrels slid down the front of the ship and a few smashed upon impact whilst others bounced off overboard towards Rick at the docks.

Miles & Jesse

As Alpha launched a strong and powerful fist towards Miles he was shocked when he noticed the man become a large creature and he gulped. As the fist came into his mouth and the teeth of the beast bit down he screamed in agony and his body began to vibrate again. This time more so. Surly this would hurt the beast's teeth though, at least that is what he hoped. As he vibrated due to absorbing the powerful bite. He was struggling to hold back his screams and reached for his gun which he dropped to the floor. He couldn't quite reach it so easily and remained in the situation of dealing with this creature biting down on his hand.

Hearing the scream Beta turned in time to see the poison shooting towards him stepping to the right he allowed it to skim past his white overalls and land upon the man he had the gun to. He was lucky and sweating the man hostage began to scream out in pain and collapsed to the ground other hostages cowered in fear and all moved slowly towards the counters for safety.

As Beta looked at Alpha being bitten he signalled to Jesse.

Seeing Beta signalling and knowing his position hadn't yet been compromised. He took aim on the creature's left forearm and grinned. It was time for him to use his Hari no dangan (needle bullet) technique as he fired out the bullets in a rapid succession he knew the creature would be hindered and this would cause some serious problems for the creature if he wanted to continue fighting. Hearing the clock tower door open up Jesse turned his head and was met by a baton to the face followed by one to the stomach and the back of the head.

Echo

"WHAT IS A YOUNG PIRATE LIKE YOU DOING IN A BAR LIKE THIS?" asked Smiley in his horrendously loud voice. Looking up at Smiley Echo slowly got to his feet with blood running from his nose.

"To get my hands on a ship."

"Ah, so your here to buy a ship are you?"

"Who said anything about buying a ship. I'm a pirate dip shit."

The Marines all around gasped at his wording to Captain Smiley who instead of punching him grinned his hideous grin.

"So your here to steal a ship then?"

"Its what pirates do. Anyway I need a new ship too after my old one started falling apart on the way here."

"Not a good navigator?"

"Nah it was just a shit ship anyway. Damn Crimson Hearts don't know what makes a good ship. Mind you neither do I, but you'd expect more from some high ranking Pirate wouldn't you?"

At the mere mention of the Crimson Hearts the Marines in the pub silenced and looked at Echo in shock unable to believe he had managed to rob from the Crimson Hearts they couldn't believe he was stupid enough to steal from one of the strongest pirates in the North Blue.

"So thats your ship out there?" Smiley asked his face now turned something much fiercer.

"Not anymore it ain't I'm disowning it. You can buy it off me if you like."

His anger was raising due to this little shit's cockiness and with those words out of Echo's mouth and already noticing his strength Smiley launched one of his punches directly at Echo.

As clear as it was to every marine around Smiley's anger had risen it was clear to Echo a fist was coming his way. As it shot towards him with incredible force behind it Echo leapt up into the air turning into his Cheshire Cat form and landed on Smiley's outstretched arm. As he landed he allowed his claws to sprout from his paws and sink deep into Smiley's fore arm.

Sinking deep into his forearm the pain riddled up Smiley's arm and he began screaming trying to shake Echo free as he knocked Marines over and trampled over them fighting his way outside. As he reached the street outside the bar he grabbed the tightly gripping Echo and tore him from his arm taking some skin with him letting blood trickle down his arm to his large hands.

Smiely was furious and ready to kick all kinds of shit into Echo when two Marines arrived dragging a man with a bag over his head towards him. As Smiley noticed this he kept an eye on Echo but turned his attention to the Marines.

"Captain we got him. He's unconscious and now that we've got him we have Lieutenant Placcido surrounding the bank to take down his affiliates."

"Good work men!" Grabbing the bag over the man's head Smiley grinned and dropped the bag to the floor.

"Well, well, well who do we have here?"

Echo looked at the man who was slowly opening his eyes and tilted his head. He began to wonder exactly who he was. He'd never seen him before so he was most likely a native.

Rick took a few steps back as the mast began to crash down and as it hit the center of the ship and crushed the deck, Rick began running out the ship and heading towards town, "You can come if you want to, you may even be able to steal your own ship in town if you want, or you can rot away here anyway it isn't my problem or concern what you do!" After spitting those cold words Rick continued to go to town first to make sure his captain is alright.

Radical became disappointed that the ship was a piece of shit. All that work for nothing. Oh well no skin off his bones. Radical immediately began to dismantle the ship in order to build a raft. No point in wasting wood, but before he left Radical needed money for supplies. There was a reason why he met this sort of pirate crew. Fate was telling him something. Radical grabbed his rope swinging it toward the nearest building to scale it and follow the pirate toward his so called captain. Maybe the were going to do a little pillaging and he could get in on it.

Rick ran into town confident of where to go but within minutes he was confused on where to go, "Hey you whatever yur name is we got 2 options ask for directions or get onto a high place and scan around. Rick signaled for the man and said "I am gonna need you to boost me onto the lege and then I will shimmy to the top and scan around for the bank. Rick waited for the man to bend down and prepare his hands for the lifting.

As Echo looked at the man with the bag being removed from his head he could see brown cowboy hat hanging from his neck by a thread and a long brown duster coat. Another marine was holding a rifle and he said to Smiley.

"Would you like us to accompany Placcido Captain?"

Smiley looked at the Marines then at Echo & finally at Jesse.

"No, I would like you to arrest these two men and take them to the Academy. I'm sure they'll be very happy in the cells."

"And what about you Captain?"

"I still have my drinks to attend to. Get busy now men."

Slapping a pair of cuffs on Jesse he was quickly arrested and placed over a Marine's shoulder with ease. it was clear he wasn't getting away any time soon. As they turned to look at Echo they looked at Smiley who shouted,

"THE MAN MANAGED TO STEAL A BOAT FROM THE CRIMSON HEARTS!"

"He did?!"

"YES NOW ARREST HIM ALREADY!!!" Smiley ordered angrily waiting for his men to do as they'd been ordered.

Echo turned into his Cheshire Cat form and turned to leave invisible but as he started to turn invisible his tail suddenly met a powerfully painful clamp between Smiley's overpowered muscular legs and the hard dusty ground. He felt as if his tail was about to burst like a spot when he finally snapped and turned leaping towards Smiley attempting to claw him wildly with his razor sharp cat claws. Leaning back from Echo he received cuts on his leg ripping his clothing but didn't much care and simply laughed about it.

The other Marines looked on in shock and gulped at their Captain's bravery.

"Thats why he's Captain Franko one of the Marines said pointing to Smiley."

"Yea hes one hell of a brave bastard taking on someone who had the balls to steal from that psycho Captain Heart."

"WILL YOU TWO STOP HAVING A GODDAMN GRANNY CHAT AND ARREST THIS CAT ALREADY!" Smiley shouted at his men with veins bulging from his neck. The Marines nodded and carefully approached Echo. As they approached him they found it hard to get cuffs on him since they had to deal with avoiding scratches. Looking at an invisible cat they couldn't figure out where the paws were and couldn't put the cuffs on.

Smiley rolled his eyes and used his, "HAMMER FIST" Technique. His fist became as hard as a hammer and he swung it down into Echo painfully causing him such pain he began struggling to breath and became visible again. He was a little more than winded but not enough to be unconscious yet. The Marines easily placed cuffs on over both of his paws and Smiley removed his foot from Echo's tail.

"GOOD NOW GET THESE MEN T THE ACADEMY QUICKLY!"

The Marines nodded. These cuffs may not have been sea stone so Echo could easily stay in cat form but even with his devil fruit power he couldn't get away so easily. He sat on the Marine's shoulder still moaning about his stomach and how badly it hurt whilst him & Jesse were carried off towards the Academy. Unfortunately for Echo he wouldn't be passing the route Rick would be heading.

Smiley returned to the bar and sat down again with his drink which he happily sipped from. Surrounding the bank Lieutenant Placcido stood outside the doors looking in with 20 Marines armed to the teeth with swords, various other blades & rifles. Placcido approached the doors and knocked on them attempting to gain the attention of Alpha & Beta inside but as he did so he noticed how there was a large creature inside and stepped back out of shock. He noticed how the two bank robbers had managed to get themselves into a much worse pickle than they thought and he giggled a little.

As Placcido looked he noticed how there were a few holes in the door made from bullets. Looking up to see if he could pin point where the shooter had been he noticed there was only one good vantage point and that was the clock tower. He had already been informed that the shooter had been captured and taken down. He even knew who it was.

As he inspected the holes he'd fired in the door Placcido muttered to himself.

"Jesse Moore, 'm familiar with your work"

Miles continued to bite down on the vibrating man's hand for as long as he could, his teeth began to hurt from the vibrations but all that did was force Miles to close his mouth down further, his teeth digging into the vibrating more and more. As Miles began to think that he was close in perhaps delimbing the man, Miles felt a sharp pain in his left forearm. He spun away from the vibrating man, his eyes red with hatred at who, from what he could see shot him. More bullets began to rain down to where he originally stood and noticed that a few bullets had infact dug into his upper arm, most likely as he was spinning away.

Miles looked around the room for a person in which he could vent his anger and perhaps kill. His eyes came to the man that was heading towards the counter. Miles raced towards the man, hoping to kill him, no longer caring about the vibrating man and his partner or who shot him.

Radical is still pissed off that this guy can still see him despite his best efforts to stay hidden. It was like he was blantly underestimating his steath skills. "I don't have to help you with anything. Its not like we are partners or anything." Then again this man might come in handy. Radical threw his rope down in order to help the man to the top. If this was indeed a bank heist then there would surely be enough cash for everyone.

Miles, Radical & Rick

As Miles looked away the man whose fist he still had his teeth clamped into was dragged along the floor painfully. Beta watched as Miles was hit in the arm and grinned. Looking at him with blood seeping from his upper arm he gulped seeing his eyes meet his own. Alpha & Beta weren't the greatest bank robbers and with a manticore dealing with them they were not going to successfully rob this bank. The hostages cowered in fear looking at the manticore & dipped their heads. As Alpha tried pulling his fist free he simply found himself just in more agony and stopped allowing himself to be dragged whilst gritting his teeth. Beta froze with fear unsure of what he was able to do and was left looking at the beast stood before him. He had encountered enemies before but nothing such as a manticore maybe Marines but he wasn't trained for this.

Quickly surrounding the bank Placcido saw a rock star dressed man throwing a rope to the roof of the bank. He smirked seeing how this man and another where attempting to climb the bank. Perhaps they were attempting to rob it not realising there was already one in progress. Placcido removed his revolver and took aim at the rope. He pulled the trigger and squeezed out a bullet towards the rope. Laughing he order some men towards them.

Three men ran over towards both Radical & Rick. The three men were armed with a sword in one hand & in the other a pistol. One lunged towards Rick with sword in hand whilst the two others took aim at Radical who was on top of the bank.

Echo & Jesse

Arriving at the Marine Academy Echo was found being thrown into a cell with Jesse. Hitting the ground he turned back into human form and grunted. Looking at Jesse he was still unconscious and he shook his head.

"Damnit. I need to get out of here. These cuffs ain't sea stone so that means I can still use my devil fruit, so i guess thats good as I'm not made weaker. But damn I can't get out of this damn place if I can't do anything other than turn into a cat."

"So your devil fruit allows you to turn into a cat?"

A gruff voice said coming from somewhere else in the cell. Echo rose his head looking for the owner of the voice.

Rick ran through the city and stopped prepared to deal with the marines he clashed with the marine and fell to the ground in a ball like position keeping his feet up in the air and pressed them on the marines chest and kicked him off sending the marine flying and had him land on the ground, Rick did a kick up and clashed with the marine "Radical lets get the hell out of here." He ran away from the marine and jumped off a garbage can lid and shimmed to the nearby rope and began to struggle to get to the top of the bank "They do not train us for this in Alabasta!"

Radical saw the two marines quickly taking aim at him while Rick was climbing up the rope. "Damn I wish i hadn't become such a softy." Radical could off cut the rope and left his new friend to get capture but it wouldn't feel right. He took out a stick of dynamite and threw it between the two marines. "I suggest u get ur ass up here before it blows. The dynamite should provide us with a great distraction for escape." Radical said as he pulled the rope helping Rick up before the explosive blows up.

"Thank you, although you could have gotten us both killed though." Rick shook his head at the recklessness of the man, "Now we need a quick covert cool and short way to make it in the bank." Rick said scooting slowly to the opening to the middle of the bank and slowly opened it wincing at the sound of the annoying creak and gestured for Radical to come and whispered "Do you got a sniper gun, if you do now would be the time to bust it out and sniper the guards."
