Leonard "Iron-Cast" Collar

Leonard is 5ft 11 and weighs a total of 11 stone and has a pale completion, his eyes are black and he has stubble on his chin and a goatee hanging from his chin. His hair is brown and a little messy but mostly limp. He wears a grey t-shirt with a black target on it and a cast on his right arm. there are a few blood splatters over it but those are from people who got in his way and not his own blood. He wears black stitched together pants and black boots with white tips. Over his hair he wears a stitched together blue hat with a clockwork cog on one side of it and a brown band around it.

Born into a family where selfishness ruled Leonard quickly made use if his small stature in his youth to always grab what he could first then get away from the rest of his family. He always managed to get the best gifts and food due to his small size but shortly after he hit puberty he grew tall and no longer had his brothers at a disadvanatge. When him and his brothers moved out into their own place they continued the selfish attitude and even fought over things they wanted out of greed or to use. During this fighting Leonard broke his right fore arm badly.

Sent to the hospital Leonard came back with a cast and feeling sorry for Leonard his brothers left him out of their fights and treated him nicely knowing once he was well again he'd be back up for a fight. As his arm healed Leonard took the opportunity whilst his brothers were fighting to read some books. He read books about pirates and about marines, he read books about discovering treasure and liked these books as he wanted treasure. As he read further and further along their book shelf he came across books on navigation and became bewildered by it. He couldn't quite believe what he was reading. It all sounded so amazing. During his time reading about compasses and other things whilst his arm was still broken he started trying to magnetise a needle and stuck it through a cork then placed it in water and wanted to see it spin around. As he watched it he started to notice how it spun and pointed North. During his time reading all of these books he discovered how to read maps and started to draw his own just to see if he could. He even crafted his own home made compass out of the needle and cork then scraped it to buy his own with the money his brothers were generating. Seeing something he had done with his own hands he was excited and he realised how his arm had begun to feel so much better. He was happy he would soon be able to fight with his brothers again but realising his age he knew he had to go out and work like his older brothers did.

He thought about joining the Marines but remembered all the times Marines broke him and his brothers up. He doubted they would want him there being as destructive as he was. Shaking his head clear of Marine thoughts he thought about a life of piracy since they would welcome destructive crew mates but he wasn't a pirate and had never ever imagined himself being one. He decided instead he would be injured a little while longer till he figured out what he would do. As the cast was removed from his arm he decided to make his own cast for himself to hide the fact that the real one had been taken off. Visiting the black smiths with a small amount of money Leonard handed him some money to construct a light but strong cast for him. As the black smith nodded he created the cast and placed it on over Leonard's right arm then wrapped it up in bandages. The cast was heavy but he would eventually get used to it. Returning home his brothers were shocked to see him still with the cast and knew they couldn't fight with him until he smacked one of them in the face with it for stealing him food.

The brother was knocked unconscious and realising his strength with the cast Leonard smiled. He'd never felt so strong against his brothers before. The eldest discovered how his arm was covered in a heavy steel cast and threw some cans at him telling him to get lost. He was disappointed in Leonard for using weaponry to attack a family member and cursed him out. Leaving them behind Leonard realised he was a cheat and a bad brother. He was upset about it but shortly afterwards realised how little he cared. So they had thrown him out for injuring a family member. So what? He headed off to the docks where he met a man who claimed to be a Captain & an explorer looking at him and realising a life exploring would be interesting Leonard asked to join him exploring.Hhe joined the two-sided adventurers and he started sailing with them which he has been doing for quite a while now exploring islands of the West Blue.

Leonard is a cheat and he knows it and doesn't care if anyone else does either. He loves to screw people over and learn about new things. He has a brief knowledge of navigation and uses the compass he bought to help navigate, he dislikes being told he is wrong and doesn't care what other people think of him. Leonard knows what he is and what he wants. He is greedy and has no need for loved ones. He will happily take whatever he wants without hesitation and if anyone has anything to say about it he will happily introduce them to his heavy cast. He thinks violence is the only way forward and can always help in some way. He is a curious violent thug who loves to learn and tinker with items as he enjoys making new things if he can but he isn't the smartest person around.
