(Serious) The Iron Raiders ~ Just another day at work (Open to the Iron Raiders)

It was the early morning in the hexagon-shaped Northern Igloo, the biggest marine base of the North Blue. The base was divided into six triangle areas that form it's hexagon shape, each of them containing a dock on it's base and a part of the main building in it's tip. The six docks were relatively empty in this early hours of the morning. The North Blue had the lowest average bounty out of all the other blues, and as a result, not many marine divisions and personal were patrolling it. The waves and wind were calm and the seagulls called for each other in screeches. It was, by definition, just another day at work.

[Inside the Big Igloo - The main office building of the base - Room #12]

A stocky man was sitting in the black office chair, facing a desk filled with different files and forms. He was wearing a grey shirt and had a marine coat hanged on the back of his chair. The coat was decorated with ranks and badges, hinting of the man's rank: A marine captain. His bright brown hair was starting to show grey areas on the sideburns and the eyebrows, he wasn't one of the young prodigy who raced through the ranks, he made his way slowly and surely. His eyes were half closed, as if he was about to fall asleep any second now. His long face was resting on his left palm while his right hand was busy signing forms and files one after one. 'Why does a new division require so much paperwork?!' The man thought to himself. If he would have kept count, this form was supposed to be the 532nd form he signed since yesterday morning. But, after agonizing hours of practicing his signature, the pile of forms was about to come to an end. "Captain Roswell?" A voice was heard from the other side of the wooden office door. "I got more files for you" The female voice of the section's secretary said. After a quick second of thought in which Leonardo considered jumping out of the 2nd floor window, he answered "Fine, bring them in..." With a tired voice of a man who didn't close his eyes last night. The woman entered. She was by all means a beautiful woman, with a flowing brown hair and a great figure, but she was barely 18, much too young for Leo to lay his arm around. She placed three brown files on his table and smiled. "Hard day huh?" She asked with a sweet voice. "You don't know the half of it, make sure you never get promoted, thank you" Leo answered and the woman exited the room. Leo moved to place the files in the bottom of his paperwork pile but he then noticed something strange about them. They weren't forms, they were personnel files, of his new crew mates. He was finally about to know who he was going to share his ship with. The clock then ringed. It was time to leave the office and go for the docks, to meet his new crew. He signed the last file from his pile, picked up his coat and his sheathed sword, and left the room that he was trapped in for the last 24 hours, he was now 5 minutes late.

[Dock 5 - The Northern Igloo - 11:05 AM]

The fifth dock of the Northern Igloo was as empty as the rest, having only one ship docking in it. It was a standard marine battleship, with the flag of the marines gently waving as the wind blew against it. The ship, although normal in almost every way, had something special about it: It was colored blue. The flag of the ship had a writing written below the marine logo: "Marine 102nd Division - The Iron Raiders".
All three of the marines that were assigned to the new 102nd division received recruitment notices, ordering them to arrive at Dock #5 of the Northern Igloo in 11AM this morning.

[Inside the Marine Basement - In a small office - Room 5 - 10 AM]

As the preparations for the meeting with the Iron Raiders, the new crew he was assigned in, were being made, Ferdinard Maimou, a Marine Commander,was sitting in a small office that he was given by his superiors some time ago. There, he would be able to perform his marine duties, such as paperwork and stuff like that. However, at that moment he was not doing any work. He was done with it some time ago. The marine was very fast with his job and he finished doing it an hour ago. Since then, he had been reading the newspapers... Something big had happened that mattered to him a lot. An article in the newspaper was talking about a man he knew very well...

Apparently, the article was talking about the events of a very big battle that took place in the Grand Line. The battle that was called "The Unholy War" was definitely the greatest event of the month and it would probably be the event of the year if it wasn't for the great Atlantis War, in which Ferdinard was sent, too. According to the article, the pirate with a bounty of many beli and the king of the Unholy Kingdom, Unholy, attacked Water 7, the home of the former Shichibukai and now a Yonkou, Wally. There, he battled with the commander of the Steel Village and Yonkou, Namikaze Iken. In an all-out battle, the Steel Village managed to destroy the Unholy Kingdom and bring an end to them. However, there were also other people who managed to shine from the event. A crew allied to the Steel Village called "Dusk Pirates" assisted Iken in taking down the Unholy Kingdom and on top of that, the Vice Admiral of the Marine's First Divison, Major Payne, as well as the Hooded Knights, a marine crew led by a marine called Darnel Warshack. In the battle, the captain of the Dusk Pirates, a man with a bounty of 150,000,000 Beli, Maximillion Maimou was arrested by the marines and he was sent to Impel Down. Also, Gael of the Shichibukai appeared in the war and a few commanders of the Anubis Pirates appeared to assist Unholy. In the end, though, the battle ended with the appearance of Admiral Nishki who brought an end to the war and stopped everyone from completely destroying Water 7...

"So many things happened and I was not there... Fahahahahaha! My bastard cousin is making a name for himself while I am here in North Blue..." Ferdinard said with a smile on his face, as he moved his sunglasses that were falling off his eyes back. Then, he looked at a cloak that was attached to the wall. The meeting between the Iron Raiders was about to start... He should not be late. Immediately, the man stood up from his chair and grabbed his marine coat. He placed it on his back without moving his arms through his sleeves and started walking. Before he opened the door to leave from his small office he took a look at a mirror he had inside. He raised his hand while looking at the mirror and fixed his red hair that were a little bit messy. Afterwards, he closed the lights and started walking towards the meeting point... He would meet his new captain...

[Dock 5 - The Northern Igloo - 11 AM]

At the meeting point, the marine was waiting for his captain. Apparently, the man was five minutes late. Ferdinard expected the captain to appear in time in order to make a good impression, but it did not matter to him even if he was late. The only thing that mattered to the man was to be a good marine that would help him show his powers and rise up through the ranks of the Navy Force. "Where is he?" Ferdinard thought with a smile on his face, while waiting for the new captain to arrive...

Sean was sleepying in one of the cots in one of the sleeping stations of the base. These cots were for marine soldiers who had to work late and needed sleep. Sean was transfered from division to division never spending no more than a few days with a single marine crew. This sucked an entire three months in the marines without any action on the front. Sean thought once he got out of working in Marineford's grand libarary he could finally life up to his parent's expectations by becoming a great marine, but due to his clusminess, timidness, and even thoughtlessness nobody wanted him in their crew. This crew would probably be no different but he had to try. One more tranfer and its back to the books. Then Sean noticed that he was sleeping a little to long. He woke up looking at his clock to find out that he had overslept. He only had 20 minutes before meeting his captain. Sean quickly up only for his hand to slip causing him to fall face down unto the floor.

After about 10 minutes, Sean walked toward toward the dock neatly dressed in marine uniform. Then he remembered that he forgot is sword. Sean ran back to get which caused to waste 5 more minutes. Finally Sean arrived at the dock "Ensign Sign reporting in Dock 5 for Division 102nd division." The shipwrights and mechanics laughed at Sean. Confused at what was going on, Sean asked wasn't this dock 5. Then one of mechanics told him that he was in dock 1. Dock 5 was across the base. "Dammit, I'm going to be late." Sean yelled running across the building. Ah shit, I'm going to be so late. The captain is going to have me deported for sure. Why does this kind of stuff always happen to me?, Sean thought as ran across the building. Needless if he was in track Sean would have surely made the team. Right before he entered the dock 15 minutes later, Sean forgot to slow down causing him to trip falling face first next to commander Ferdinard. Out of breath and humilated, Sean spat out "Am I late?" The sad part was Sean's watch was 30 minutes too fast. He had made it on time.

A man woke up on one of the beds in the clinic at the marine station, where he had been working till 5 am the previous night. He was tired, sure, but excited about himself joining a marine crew, called the Iron Raiders. Maybe his brother would be there, he didn't know. All he knew was that he would be traveling the seas like he used to, and not doing countless pages of paperwork for medical files like he was now. The man pulled himself from his cot and, put on some pants, a blue collared shirt and a justice coat. he then grabbed the Rear Admiral ceremonial katana he had named Kaze, the he received from his swordsmaster and after polishing the blade, put it on his side. It was now 7 in the morning and this man was already to go. Its been awhile since I practiced my skills the man thought I have time. The man then walked out of his room in the hospital and headed to the training grounds.

As the man walked to the training ground; a large field with many training dummies and dirt ground, he hoped he hadn't lost his touch. When he reached it, he estimated the training dummy closest to him was maybe 20 yards away. As he slipped his bag off of his back, he immediately sprint towards the dummy with extraordinary speed, close to 80 miles per hour, with his hand on his sword, and swiftly do a drawslash on the dummy and sheath his sword. the dummy was cut halfway, with stuffing and hay falling out of it. All this happened before his bag hit the ground. The man, looking somewhat satisfied walked over to his bag and picked it up. Good enough he thought to himself as he walked to the docks.

When he reached them, he went to dock number five, and ignoring the others around him, sat down on a crate and waited for his captain. After awhile, Andrew got tired of not talking to the two men who were there. He sighed and got up, walking up to the man who had just fallen into the ground, and held his hand out to help him up.

"Commander Andrew Luminoso" He said

As Leonardo made his way to Dock 5 to meet his crew, he decided that because he was already late, he should at least read about his new crew mates to get a good glimpse of what was about to come. As he walked, he took the first brown file out of his case and opened it.

"I see..." Leo said to himself as he finished reading Sean's basic information card, without going into his records. It seemed that Ensign Seans had a rough past behind him. As much as Leo hated his parents' life style, he never wished them to die, and he would never wish a pair of dead parents even to his greatest foes. The last bit of information also disturbed Leo, but he decided to let it go for now. He reached inside his case and took out the second file.

"A commander..." Leo said to himself again. Having an ensign and a commander in the same division was a weird choice, especially since Ferdinand will be withdrawn from the division when he gets his next promotion. Commander Ferdinand had one of the most infamous pirates that were around as a brother, a fact that supplied his file with a red sign that signaled Danger. When a marine with a red sign on his file was getting out of order, his superiors are allowed to turn to the most extreme measures, measures Leo saved only for pirates. The accelerated promotions made Leo suspect that this guy had more talent than hard work in him, something he will have to fix. Now that he almost reached the dock, he took the third file out and opened it.

"Another Commander..." Leo said. This guy was also going to leave his division with his next promotion, but even worst, having two commanders and an ensign in the same crew meant that there will be a huge gap in ranks. Leo will have to fix that before Ensign Summons will get bossed around by three different people, including Leo himself. Unlike Commander Ferdinand, this guy had a reliable heritage of marines, he had no landmines around him.

As he finished reading the last file, he finally arrived at Dock 5. He was welcomed by the sight of his ship, which he named The Blue Raider. He was now 10 minutes late, and he could spot the three new recruits for his crew waiting on the dock, recognizing them thanks to the added pictures in their files. "Sorry I'm late, got stalled by paperwork" Leo said to his new crew. He stood before the triplets and performed a salute. This was out of order since they were all of a lower rank then him, but he figured that respect should be mutual. "Captain Leonardo Roswell, new captain of the 102nd division which will be called The Iron Raiders from now on" he said. "You can call me Leo". He then waited for the three crew members to introduce themselves and their ranks to him and to one another, before he'll start laying down the rules.

As Sean arrived at the Dock, he noticed at Ensign Sean who got to the place at the same time as he did. Upon Sean's arrival, Ferdinard raised his hand and started scratching his head while taking a stupid smile on his face, that was looking even more stupid because of the sunglasses he wore. "Nah, you are not late..." he said at the lower ranked marine, in order to calm him down. "You can sit down and relax... Fahahahahahahahahahaha!" he continued as he noticed at another man appearing...

This time, the man was a guy with a black suit who carried a sword. He had short black hair and a face that showed that he was not an easy match for anybody that would get to fight him. Apparently, this guy would not be talking at all. Instead, he was sitting and waiting... Ferdinard was thinking of asking him why he was not talking. However, he realised that it was not his business, after all. Instead, he decided to wait and wait to see if he talked. He had the strange feeling that he would say a few words soon... And he was right. A few minutes later, the man opened his mouth in order to speak a few words. "Commander Andrew Luminoso." he said.

Upon listening to this, Ferdinard looked at him with a weird look, even if that was not seen, thanks to his sunglasses. He had heard about that man before from other marines. This guy had managed to take out a pirate with a bounty of 50,000,000 Beli. That was pretty high... He knew that the man was strong. He said "I see... I am Commander Ferdinard Maimou... Fahahahahahahaha!" while carrying a wide smile on his face, probably because of knowing that he got in a powerful, new division.

Finally, as he introduced himself, he turned his head backwards and took a look at another marine who had just arrived. The man was apologising for being late. Was there a need to apologise since nothing important, like a battle, was not happening at all? He did not know... However, he would not say anything either. Instead, he raised his hand in order to greet the man. He knew from his appearance that he was the person he was waiting. He had read about him before being transferred to the Division. The marine was Captain Leonardo Roswell, the captain of the 102nd Division. "Welcome Captain. I am Ferdinard Maimou... Fahahahahahaha!" he said, while laughing as usual... The crew had finally gathered at the meeting spot.

Sean was glad that he made it one time. He thought he was going to get sent back to the hall of records. "Thanks you, commander." Sean got up to his feet. He saluted the commander who helped him up, but wound up hitting himself. Sean fell down unto the floor knocking himself down only to see his captain coming toward them. Way to make a good first impressuon, Sean. He quickly got up from the ground wiping himself off. "I'm ensign Sean reporting for duty, Captain Leonardo Roswell." Strange enough Sean has never heard of the other two marines. Maybe his constant moving from crew to crew has caused him to miss alot of the information within the marines.

Andrew nodded at Sean and then looked over at Fernando, who was for some reason laughing maniacally. A little sweat bead went down the back of Andrew's head as he heard his laugh He's quite a...character Andrew thought, then seeing a man come to the docks. The man looked powerful, so Andrew assumed he was their captain. Also assuming the captain already knew him he saluted to the man, but decided to say his name anyway.

"Commander Andrew Luminoso Reporting for Duty Sir!" he said, but then saw the captain wasn't as uptight as his last one and dropped his salute. "Sorry, force of habit" Andrew laughed, then held his hand out for Leo to shake

Seeing his new crew consisted mostly out of laid back marines, except for Ensign Sean who clearly feared being kicked back to the Hall of Records after so many transfers, Leo decided to drop the formality and explain his rules in a more casual way. "At ease men" He said and reached to shake Andrew's hand.

"Before we start our first day as a crew I want to go through some basic rules" He explained. "Needless to say that all the basic marine rules and codes apply on the ship as well, you'll respect and protect the Innocent, and combat the guilty" He said. "But, we will also have some additional rules regarding our crew specifically" he said. "You might have noticed that we have some big rank differences in this crew, but I assure you that you are all equal when you are on my ship, and you will treat one another as equals" He said, trying to calm Sean down a bit. "Secondly, even though I am of a higher rank, I still want you all to feel free to talk and ask for help whenever you need it, and I promise to do the same". "Thirdly and most importantly, you will work hard and reach the top of your potential, as long as you have a way to improve you will work to improve, you will never settle for mediocrity" He said.

"Now" He opened again with a smile. "I have planned a little surprise for you guys for your first day in the Iron Raiders, but first I need to know that you accept my rules" he explained. Without adding anything else, he assumed a laid back position and waited for his crew to either accept or deny his rules.

Sean saluted Leo "Yes sir, I will happily accept your terms. I will serve and protect the innocent and strike down those filty pirates!" Sean unsheathed his sword from the hilt only to cut his belt. His pants fell down leaving Sean in a rather embrassing moment. He quickly pulled his pants up tieing them back in order to hold up his pants. Sean turned red in embrassment "Ummm...lets just head to that surprise you have for us shall we?" he laughed nervously.

Upon listening the the Captain's question, Ferdinard raised his hand in order to hide his mouth. That way, he would not show what he was thinking, if he hid the mouth. With his eyes and his mouth closed, he could not show his expressions at all. He smiled with his mouth and thought "I see... The new captain is just like I heard... Interesting... Fahahahahahahaha!". Then, he moved his hand down and looked towards the captain. He bowed to him while taking his sunglasses out revealing his red eyes to him. He took a very wide smile on his face and said with a loud voice "Yes, Leo. Fahahahahahahaha. I accept the rules of the 102th Division... Or should I say the rules of the Iron Raiders?". Afterwards, he put his sunglasses back at his eyes and turned his head towards Andrew in order to see what his answer would be...

The cousin of the two dangerous pirates had just agreed with the rules of the marine captain. He agreed with the rules of Captain Roswell. He only hoped that Roswell would get along well with his weird mannerisms...

Andrew listened to the rules of his new crew, and waited for the other men to respond. He nodded to both, still a sweat bead dripping down his neck when Ferdinard laughed. Seeing as how everyone had agreed he spoke up.

"I agree to the rules of the Raiders." he said, now waiting to see the suprise

Leo smiled at his crew. They seemed like good men. But just as he thought so, Sean dropped his pants. "You might want to tie a second belt around" Leo suggested, holding his laughter in his stomach. The guy was of the lowest rank in the crew, his current embarrassment was enough. He opened his mouth to try and reveal his surprise before it arrived when the sound of military boots being slammed against the wooden dock's surface interrupted him.

"They're already here" Leo said as he turned around to observe a group of ten marine march towards the Iron Raiders. Nine of the marine wore the same outfit, that suggested that they were simple Warrant Officers, they consisted of seven men and two women, while the man who lead them wore a fancier uniform, that of a marine captain. He had a brown skin and a bald head, with a pointy mustache on his upper lip.

The group stopped before Leo and the crew and stood still. "Here they are Captain Roswell, just like we agreed" The captain said. Leo and him exchanged quick salutes before the other nine Officers saluted to Leo and the Raiders, as they outranked them. After that mandatory show of respect, Leo turned to his crew in order to explain. "This is captain Tark, he is in charge of the North Blue Rokushiki training facility stationed in the Northern Igloo, and these are his current students" Leo explained. As a result of the constant and increasing threat from the pirates, the marines began to teach Rokushiki to lower ranking marines as well, with Warrant Officer being the lowest rank that was trained. "They're my surprise to you on your first day, whether you like it..." He paused to look and Ferdinand and Andrew, "And whether you don't" He said and looked at Sean. "To get to know each other's skills better, and put your own skills into a test, I have asked Captain Tark to let his Rokushiki class engage my crew is a friendly spar".

"You can either choose to fight as a team or fight them in groups of 3 against 1" Leo explained. "These guys have been training for almost a year and most of them got the hang of at least one Rokushiki move" He said.
When it seemed he finished his explanation, Captain Tark turned to his students and said "Remember, this is a bet, I want you to put up a good fight, or we will have to scrub their ship!" He yelled. "Oh that reminds me, if we lose, we are going to have to clean the Rokushiki dojo before we depart... so fight hard and win ok?" Leo said and rubbed the back of his head. Captain Tark then stepped aside and his students began to stretch their muscles. They seemed quite muscular and well trained, and they feared the punishment laps Tark might give them if the lost. Leo also stepped aside, leaving the crew to plan a strategy or whatever they see fit before the match begins, he wanted to let them act on their own for now.

"Let's hope we get to see a good fight..." Leo said to Tark as they stood beside the groups. "Let's hope I'll kick your ass" Tark whispered to Leo. "I couldn't say it better" Leo whispered back before they shook hands and watched with silence.

Seeing the Rokushiki users appearing, Ferdinard started thinking... He did not know how his fellow marine officers used to battle but he knew about his own battling style. He was a martial artist who had a little bit of knowledge about Rokushiki and he knew that it was a devastating battling style that could cause him much trouble. However, he had more faith in his Shockwave Style and he believed that he could defeat the Rokushiki users. He stepped forward and greeted them, before giving his answer.

"Hello, everyone. I am Ferdinard Maimou, member of the Iron Raiders! Fahahahahahahaha!" he said, before turning to his captain and saying "Leo... I would like it to be a 3 versus 1 bat-". Before he completed his sentence, though, something came in his mind. Maybe his captain called these Rokushiki trainees so that the crew would take them all at once and would learn how to battle together. After thinking that as the reason that they were called, Ferdinard changed his sentence and said "Nevermind... I want to take them on as a team with the others...". Afterwards, he waited for the answer of the other members of the crew...

Leo smiled as Ferdinand changed his mind. Even though Ferdinand seemed arrogant, it appeared that he could pay attention to others' wishes and look at the bigger picture. "I respect that Ferdinand, and I think Sean will respect that as well" Leo said as he looked at Sean.

As Ferdinand spoke, the group of Rokushiki student started performing a weird kata as a warm up. It was the infamous Rokushiki kata, not known to anyone but those who have trained in Rokushiki before. Tark flashed a cheesy smile as he watched his students perform the kata. The man seemed like he had plans up his sleeve, and the pretty filthy dojo that needed cleaning. He didn't even flinch when Ferdinand explained his choice, he didn't fear a 3v1 fight, nor a team deathmatch, he was prepared for it all.
The Rokushiki kata was closing to an end, and the students were already sweating and red, they were all warmed up.

"Sean, Andrew, what do you say? Fight as a team or as individuals?" Leo asked, paying no attention to Tark's arrogant expression nor the Rokushiki kata, which he already knew from his previous training.

Andrew thought for awhile, then saw Ferdinand decide to be a team. If the man the seemed so arrogant he laughed at everything that was said wanted to team fight, Andrew decided they should too. He then looked at Leo and sighed.

"A team fight would be more pracical against rokushiki users, I'd say" he said, also having other reasons.

He had seen people in the hospitals who had been training in rokushiki against other users, and they looked pretty fucked up. They had cuts, blood everywhere, one guy even had a hole in his chest. He had no clue what rokushiki were exactly, all he knew was that he didn't want to be on the receiving side of one alone.

Sean just nodded in agreement "Yeah um....I think we have a better chance as a team than one on one." He shook his katana nervously as he waited for the battle to begin. This was his chance to prove he deserved to be on this crew. Sean didn't want them to think he was a goof all the time. He needed to prove himself in battle. Sean unsheathed his sword and pointed toward the other team.

"OK!" Tark shouted, surprising Leo and all nine of his students with his sudden burst of sound. "This is enough chitchat, let's get on with it, I have a smelly dojo that requires cleaning before today's training session!" Tark barked.

"Yes sir captain Tark" The students answered simultaneously and assumed battle positions. "FIGHT!" Tark ordered. At the same moments the command was shouted, two of the Rokushiki students sprang into action. These two were skinny compared to the other seven, and they both announced the name of the same Rokushiki move: "SORU!". At the blink of an eye, one student arrived in front of the three Iron Raiders, and the other arrived behind them. But, there was more to that technique than what met the eye. A thin metal wire was stretched between the two students, going right in the middle of the group of three, and attached to special mechanisms on the right forearm of each of the students. "Soru Tornado!" They shouted. The two students then began circling the group with Soru speed, attempting to tie the group together with the thin wire so that one of their mates could strike a sure hit.

At the meantime, one of the other Rokushiki students stood a few meters away, facing the group and took deep breaths to focus himself in his task.

Seeing his students operate, Tark flashed a bright smile. "You see these two?" He asked Leo and pointed at the two Soru users. "They are the Bamboo twins, Lee and Long, two of my finest students" Tark announced with pride. "You focused them on Soru, interesting choice" Leo admitted. Soru was by far the most generic technique of all of the Rokushiki techniques. The fact that Tark taught two of his students Soru, he must be planning on using it a lot. "Let me see what I have planned for you..." Leo wondered and took the files out once again, this time looking at a different page in each of them. As he did so, a tiny smile appeared on the corner of his lip. "You should sit back and watch Tark boy, because this fight is going to be a long one" Leo said.

"Interesting... Very interesting... Very, very interesting..." Ferdinard said as he looked at the two twins using their Soru against himself, Sean and Andrew. It was going to be the very first time that he would battle along with the other two marines. He wanted to know what these people were capable of doing. If he did not have that battle, when the crew would be in an extremely important battle they should not lose, they could be in trouble just because they never happened to work together. The battle with the Rokushiki users was a bless.

Without losing any time when he noticed that they used a strange variation of Soru by running around himself and his comrades, he stretched himself and prepared to dodge. He took a deep breath as he launched a few shockwaves from his feet, giving force to himself to jump very high and stay on the air by constantly using these shockwaves. Apparently, he was using his Shockwave Fly technique, a technique that allowed him to stay on the air for a while because he launched Shockwaves from his feet that propelled him and helped him stay.

"These two seem to be very fast..." he said to Andrew and Sean while pointed towards the Bamboo Twins with his left hand "However, they shall be no match for my Shockwaves..." he continued saying while launching a shockwave from his left hand that aimed towards them. He wanted his powerful air blast to hit them and cause them damage... Ferdinard was a battler who was clear with his movements. He only hoped that while he attacked his crewmates would take chance of that and would go with their own attacks to bring down the fast Rokushiki users and end the battle as fast as possible.

Sean watched as Ferdinard easily leaped from out from their circle "Shockwaves?! You must possess the power of the devil in order to unleash that kind of power. Oh well I'm not so useless myself." Sean used his sword special abilites from eating the hana hana fruit. It sprouted a series of blades in circle around the group protecting himself and andrew. The group would have to stop the attack unless they wanted to get cut up by the barrage of sharp swords.

Andrew looked around a little confused. It seemed all these people had some kind of special powers! Shockwaves, swords that sprouted other swords from the ground, what the hell!? He sighed, and decided to do the best he could. He swung his arms back and forth and jumped into the air, 9 feet. He then took his sword and swung it swiftly, relesasing an air slice onto the ground near where he thought one of the twins would run. He landed and looked at Sean.

"Thats about all I can do" he said, chuckling a little

Both Tark and his student were taken by surprise. They didn't expect their opponents to be this powerful. The attack of the Bamboo twins was meant to finish the fight on the first second, but it seemed that all members of the Iron raiders were capable of avoiding it.

First, Ferdinand launched himself into the air with a shockwave that originated form his feet, leaving the Bamboo twins with shocked expressions. Then, just when they thought they will still manage to capture the other two Raiders, their wire was blocked by a dozen blades that sprouted form the ground. Without any hope of their attack to work, the twins planned to retreat and regroup, but then, Andrew jumped into the air and launched an air blade at Lee. The blade created a gap in the floor that was enough to trip Lee from his Soru dash into the ocean water under the wooden dock. "LEE!" Long shouted, but a second later, he too was blasted into the water through a hole that was formed when Ferdinand fired a shockwave at him.

The group of Rokushiki students were all baffled, but they were trained to face powerful enemies and soon devised a new set of tactics. The lonely student who was taking deep breaths was now ready. "RANKYAKU!" He shouted and kicked the air with his left leg. The powerful kick created a blue air blade that headed for Sean and Andrew, threatening to break the wooden dock under their feet and throw them into the water as well. This blade was meant to take down all three Raiders after the twins would have captured them, a failed plan.

At the meantime, A skinny student with a shaven hair and a mustache raised his arms into the air and closed his hands together, assuming a shape of an arrow head. A larger student then picked him up and shouted "Geppo!" Before jumping high into the air. The student then performed a second jump, getting closer to Ferdinand who was still flying. When he was only several meters away, he threw the skinny student towards Ferdinand like a harpoon. "Shigan Harpoon!" The skinny student claimed as he flew towards Ferdinand, attempting to impale him with his index fingers as he flew towards him with great speed. There were now four student left who's moves were yet to be revealed.

Tark's knees buckled as he watched the Raiders perform a set of complicated moves against his students. "You didn't say they were this powerful..." He whispered to Leo. "Told you you should have taken a seat" Leo joked as he saw Tark's knees. "I only realized how powerful they are now" He said as he showed Tark the closed files of his team mates that he was holding.

As the skinny student with the shaven hair and the mustache was moving towards the marine and attempted to impale him with the Shigan Harpoon attack on the air, Ferdinard laughed madly. At the time the Shigan Harpoon attack was about to hit him, the man moved his hands upwards and used his signature shockwave technique, propelling himself downwards and avoiding the attack at the last second. His feet hit on the ground and a loud sound was heard...

Ferdinard looked with a cheerful face his enemy who still was on the air. He moved both his hands upwards and with a smily face he said "Shockwave!" as he launched two more of his signature shockwave attacls, this time aiming towards the enemy who tried to impale him on the air. "I am not an easy match, you know! Fahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!" were Ferdinard's words while he waited to see whether his attack would hit his enemy or not. He hoped that it would in order to make his captain understand that he was a powerful marine and that he was a worthy soldier...

As he looked at his attack moving, he started thinking of a few things. He started remembering the times he battled with his cousin. In their battles, they would either end with no winner at all. Even if they would promise that they would fight to death, both of them would fall unconscious before they could finish off their enemies because of their fatigue. At least, that was going on until Maximillion left from the island and got much stronger than the marine in a short period of time. "Wait for me in the Grand Line Maximillion... Just wait..." Ferdinard thought when the attack was close to the enemy.

Sean rushed toward the air blade withdrawing the spawn swords from the ground. He blocked the airblade with his sword. His sword nearly broke with the power of the airblade. Sean was being pushed across the floor. He started sweating in fear of dying "come ma give me your strength." Sean finally managed to push the airblade upward into the air saving himself and andrew. He fell back in relief that he deflected the air blade maybe he wasn't as useless as he thought.

As Ferdinand dodged the human harpoon, no surprised sounds were heard. This could only mean one thing: The harpoon was a distraction. As Ferdinand's shockwaves traveled towards the Shigan user, the big Geppo student jumped behind him, grabbed him, and jumped away, effectively saving him form the blow. The Rankyaku blade was deflected with no surprised sounds either. The student who fired the blade stepped out of the way and returned to his breaths, preparing for another attack. This was a signal for another student to rush forward. This one was ridiculously tall, maybe even a Longleg tribesman. He rushed at the Iron Raiders with no apparent way to defend himself from any attack.

Back in their starting point, the three remaining students, two women and a gigantic man, performed their own kind of magic. One of the women stretched her body to resemble a pole, while the other fatter one curled into a ball. "TEKKAI ARMAMENTS!" They shouted in unison. Their bodies then stiffened, becoming as hard as iron. The huge man then grabbed the stretched woman in one hand, grasping her frozen feet and holding her like a club, and grabbed the other with his other arm, holding her in front of himself to use her as a shield. "TEKKAI GIANT!" He shouted. The threesome definitely prepared something.

As these events happened, a smile appeared on Tark's face. "This fight was fun, and surprising, but I fear it might be over, MY STUDENTS HAVE THE PERFECT TEAM WORK!" he shouted at Leo. "We'll see, I still think my Raiders have some tricks up their sleeves. Actually, let me check" He answered, and immediately opened the files again.
