Appearance: Roku has deep, viridian colored eyes that usually sparkle with joyness, unless he is in a bad mood when they get filled with anger or when he's sad, when they look gray and the eyes alone glow with sadness. His nose is not that big, but it has an eaglish style, kind of hooked; not extremely tho. His face's shape is kind of an oval, but a bit more... rectangular, if it can be said that way. He has semi-big ears, like medium sized but over average.
His hair is brown and and curly. The roots of each of his hairs, especially the ones near to the forehead are blond but turn darker as they grow. Roku tries to keep his hair short because he doesnt like it that long. It doesnt fall down and grow like other hairs, his hair would just keep growing and seem denser. At his current age he usually has some pimples in the face, although most of the time it's only little ones.
Roku is not fat, but he's a bit overweight. This doesn't stop him from being strong and developing his muscles because of the swimming he does. Although it's pretty obvious that if he didn't do this and other sports at least once a week he would be completely overweight and obese. Roku is pretty tall standing at 1.80 meters. He doesnt use glasses for anything.
Roku usually uses casual clothes. A pair of jeans, a short sleeved t-shirt, snickers and either an open jacket or an anorak on top of that. He enjoys them cause they're comfortable clothes that can serve for anything. When he's working in things for studies he uses a white lab coat to protect himself from anything like spills.
He carries a bagpack and doesnt have any weapons yet. Inside the bag there are test tubes, samples, beakers and other glassware, between other things. He also carries some books.
History: Roku was born in Aoi Island from a middle class family. Since he was little he enjoyed reading a lot. So through all his infancy he read books about animals, about plants and about the life of humans which made him really interested in this topics and marked his life forever. His mom took good care of him and his dad worked but was a great dad.
When Roky was 8 his mother started to work and he was usually left alone with his grandmother. He went to school and got very good marks, especially in the science classes. And he read books with his grandmother at home, usually science related ones cause she was a retired biologist. For him, she was the woman that marked his life.
In the time that Roku was not with his friends Bliss or Lucia or others that he knew he spent time with her, and she taught him all she knew about animals and their behaviours, plants and their properties and most importantly: The human body. By the time he was 12 he was at university level for biology. It was his passion something he loved.
At the same time his mother forced him to take swimming lessons and continue with training through all his life, so he developed the muscles of his arms and legs but being not fit. He holded good overall body strenght and he discovered that he could manipulate his body by bits, like the inside, but he couldn't do much, it was something like a lesser life return.
Roku has big medicinal knowledges and understands the behaviours of animals and properties of plants perfectly. He can cure people and knows how to prepare medicines, although he isn't a doctor. Being a biologist is what he wants to do of his life and wants to get into further advancements with microbes studies. He would like to visit places from all around the world.
From his older brother, Roku learnt how to fight, although he only practiced sometimes in the weekends his strenght allowed him to win over his brother sometimes, who teached him how to punch and kick.
Personality: Roku is pretty intelligent and a fast learner. He is very skilled with his hands but can't draw very well or paint very well either, although he's good at making little sculptures. He has a good pulse and always feel like investigating.
He will follow someone that he finds interesting or somehow catches his attention. He will want to protect his friends but is scared of some things as well. He won't follow douchebags or idiots because he feel that he's superior than them and if they bother him he will just ignore them.
Roku has a great interest in collecting fish and plants.
