Icicle stands at 6 foot tall and weighs 14 stone, he has blonde hair with a blue hat with a large rim which casts a shadow down over his face. His skin is tanned and he has a decent physique from all of the hard work he puts into capturing Pirates. Icicle wears aviators and a blue Marine shirt & coat of the same make. Over his legs he has blue Marine issued pants and shoes along with a pistol which hangs from his belt a his Marine issued sword too.


History:

Growing up in the East Blue he had heard the rumours that the East Blue Pirates were the weakest, this made him happy as he felt he would have a great chance at catching these pirates when he joined the Marines. It had always been his lifelong dream to join them and at the age of 18 he was offered the chance to join them. He couldn't wait to join the Marines as he had grown up in a family which idolised the Marines. In his family they were always looked up to like heroes and Marlon wanted to become one. He had seen all of the dirty deeds pirates were responsible for. He hated seeing such things and wanted to remove them from the world.

As he was accepted into the Marines at the age of 18 he quickly proved efficiency and an arrest rate of 87%. He was doing a fantastic job as a Marine right from the start. He managed to take down a large amount of weak Pirates using his own brains and strategies whilst fighting them. The only flaw people noticed with him was his anger. Every Pirate he captured he delivered and unprovoked beating to and it was duly noted. The Marines didn't want to deal with the embarrassment of Icicle's anger and so sent him to anger management. He spent 3 years undergoing anger management techniques on how to keep his anger under control. After he finished all of the years he was ready to get back into the field and back to working more efficiently. He hated having to control his anger and managed to keep it under wraps for a long time but the anger built up over 6 months.

He began to realise how his anger built up too quickly with all of these small time pirates and knew he needed to get his hands on the big time pirates to prove his strength use his anger as his advantage and also to climb the ranks through the Marines. He always had a great way of thinking strategically and when it came to his first big assignment which he begged to be part of he found his anger to actually be his biggest hindrance. As he got into a fight with the 1st mate of large and powerful Pirate crew Icicle found himself being beaten up by his own anger. He was quickly defeated and heavily disliked being beaten. As the pirates boarded their ship having beaten this Marine attempt at taking them down Icicle noted it down that this was one Pirate he would catch no matter what at some time in the future.

Personality:

Icicle is a determined angry character who dislikes failure and if he can avoid it will do everything he can to do so. Every time a failure of his own comes into play he will train himself up intensely to the point of near death. He hates being seen as weak and wants to take down every pirate known in the world. He believes anyone who truly goes about committing crimes deserves to be punished and plans on going about destroying them all and increasing his own strength.
