Ansatsu Grew Up in A Port Town, He lived with His Parents and Two siblings. Him and His Siblings. Ansatsu (Age 6) Nagami ( Sister Age 10) Seji (Brother Age 8 ) Would sit on the dock together and watch the ships pass by. They would talk about pirates and marines. They once even witnessed a Battle. After they saw the One battle they Decided to Be either a Pirate of a Marine. To "Train" they would play Pirates and Marines. Usually Nagami would Be a Pirate and Fight with Ansatsu against Seji. The battle was Basically Nagami Versus Seji. Since Ansatsu was only six and Would be taken out easily by his Older Brother. When they Got a Older. Ansatsu at Age 14, Nagami at 18 and Seji at 23. They Decided to Pick their Allegiance. Nagami and Ansatsu Picked to be Pirates and Seji decide to become a Marine. Immediately the Siblings Began To fight. Nagami and Ansatsu Would Pick On Seji Because he Decided to be a Marine and had to Follow Rules. Eventually Seji got tired of the Two picking on Him and He asked to play pirates And Marines once more. In that Final Battle Between the Three Seji beat Nagami and Ansatsu. He decided that he would start his marine Career early and Sailed to the Nearest marine base
Nagami and Ansatsu were the only ones left besides their Parents who were out during the day Running their shop. Nagami Started Talking about sailing out and Travelling through the Grand line she Had Heard about. With the Strange Creatures and Wonders. She Wished that they had been born on an Island in Grand Line. Nagami Vanished one day Leaving a Note behind to her Family " I've Stolen Trading Ship, Please Report me To the Marines I want to Start a Bounty. See you soon!" This letter Brought her Parents to tears but they Did what she asked and She got a Small Bounty.
The only one left at Home Now was Ansatsu. He Saved His Money and Bought a Regular Katana. He started Training his Skills To become A Pirate. But one day he received a Package . Inside was a Katana With a Letter Attached. It was From Nagami saying. " I have encountered Seji in Grand line. He gave me this, but i Already have one so I am Sending it to you. Grandline is amazing. Hope to see you soon. This Seastone Katana Will help You In Your Battle against Devil Fruit Users" After Recieving The Katana Ansatsu Marched his way over to the Store With the Katanas On his Hip. he told His parents he would be leaving to go to Grandline Just Like Nagami. His Parents Told Him to Come back Eventually. He took a Small Boat from the Dock Not Caring Whos It was and sailed Off. to Grandline. ( At Age 15)
Ansatsu Made it to a Bigger Port town And snuck onto a Pirate Ship Heading to Grandline. Travelling over the reverse Mountain Proved to be difficult for this Crew But they Made it To Grandline and Went to the nearest Town for repairs. Ansatsu got off the Ship and Turned to thievery. he would Steal Minor Objects and Big objects. This Thievery Proved to Hone His Skills. He Developed Great Speed and Acrobatic Skill. Running from the People he Stole from. While Stealing and Running around He created a Bounty for Himself and Developed new Sword Techniques.
One day in this Port Town a New Pirate ship arrived. A ship with a Frozen Skull on its Flag. Ansatsu was Interested and Decided to get Closer, He studied the Pirates and it seemed they noticed him. After a Brief discussion Ansatsu was offered a Position with the Pirates and decided to Accept. When he Joined His Captain. Roko Cloud seemed to have a Devil Fruit Lying around and decided To Give it To Ansatsu. Ansatsu Ate the Devil Fruit and Obtained the Bubble Logia. He has been Travelling and Fighting with the Blizzard Pirates Ever Since.

Personality:
Ansatsu has developed a manipulative personality he enjoys playing with his opponents.. He can be very nasty and mean, even with a smile on his face.. It would be different than his usual nice smile which he uses when not in battle.. it would be more of a devilish smile that could sometimes scare people.. Showing mercy is something Ansatsu likes to do.. He is also very fine with killing.. neither bothers him. If he isn't in battle Ansatsu could be using a 'nice' smile and a nicer voice.. But usually Ansatsu will only think of himself . Only some people get his respect.

Red Bubble: When it pops it is a explosion that is 3 times the size of the original bubble
Blue Bubble: The Bubble cant be popped by physical means only energy will pop it
Green Bubble: This bubble is acidic. the acid cant burn through human flesh only greatly irritate it (very distracting pain) Cant burn through any thing sronger then copper.
Yellow Bubble: These bubbles are just normal bubbles
Special Abilities: Great accuracy and swordsmanship.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Sword techniques, Devil fruit moves, rokushiki, anything special move wise
Devil Fruit techniques:
Golems: With Blue bubbles unbreakable by physical force Ansatsu can change their forms into almost anything.. They can take the shape of animals, and people and fight for Ansatsu.
Moyasu & Otorisōsa : One normal Human sized Golem, and one round human sized Golem..
Phan : Ansatsu's elephant shaped Golem.. Used for riding on and smashing/ crushing things... other abilities would be swatting things with its trunk.
Minefield: Ansatsu sends a swarm of red bubbles towards his enemies.. Surrounding them completely and waiting for them to either walk into a mine. Or just stay there.
Dome: One of Ansatsu's defensive Moves.. Ansatsu creates a dome made out of a blue bubble to protect himself and others.
Rampage: An elephant shaped red bubble which charges towards its enemies and explodes when attacked or when detonated by Ansatsu.
Unnamed Attack: A small red bubble surrounded by a blue bubble to protect it while it is forced down the opponents throat. Both bubbles are detonated at a later time causing internal damage. (NPC ONLY)
