Maybe not for every exam, if we only use 5 events per exam then the maximum number of events needed is 15 to have rotating.

exams have 3 components, geting there and the badge thing are part of the registry although registry changes every year

Your right, so we need 17 including getting the badge and getting there.

in the first exam badges were handed out but a sevram mile run to the statring line was the second half of the registry

Actually that was the start of the exam. it was a challenge which started with a physical test and ended with a find the base.

But we wouldn't always use that event because it is chosen by the proctors, oh and in the exams should we have the proctors names and profession?

Even the combat thing I wanted is working out! Oh and by the way the combat would be 2 battles for every wanna-be hunter and the worst would not become a hunter and the choice would be by the supervising Admin right?

The main part of the post is about part f but the supervising admin would be for all of it

seeing as most of the fighting would be against NPCs initaly we would be the supervisors but they would allso be NPC's

But if the Admin was involved in the fight with a regular character they would not supervise but another would right?

they woukld be sheetless NPC's with names and specahltys only, untill some one wishes to join the comity

Of course but i think we could have a sheet at the beginning of each exam, the proctors would be like this

No but it would be nice, and they might have unrelated challenges to mess with members' brains.

the challanges will only be explaind before they begin, not relaesed before hand
