A Large Bubble Coral strapped to her back with Fishing Gauntlets on both her hands and a Bubble belt on her waist.Her lower body is that of a long eel which stretches around 6 feet. Her eel lowerhalf has Black scales and a yellow fin.Also has a tattoo of a metal paw under her belly button and a Metalic claw necklace

History:
(Childhood)
Erica was born on fishman island. Her mother name was Jennifer she was a Oyster fishwoman and Her father Hector was A Crab Fishman. Inresult she got alote of hard hugs during her childhood. Which she grew to dislike.
They where good parents but they just did things to constantly embarrass Erica in front of Others. For instance Her mother would ask her about which of these bra's Erica would like better. Or When her Father accidentally Cut the straped to her new shirt when he went to hug her infront of her school. And how she hated it when they professed how much they loved her in public. They seemed to be oblivious to how they where making her feel. Her mother would often say how beutiful she was and how she should have any boy trouble. The Fact was Erica didnt like the attractive boys they would always cheat on their girlfriends. But on the otherhand less attractive people were always kinder and Nicer to Erica. So she would naturally favor them more.

When she turned 13 she started to enjoy fishing for her food. Instead of catching them she would cast out her pole and reel them back for a shock. She also enjoyed playing strategy games like chess. She would read book and magazines about the world and advanced theories and such. She enjoyed looking at Magazines with humans in it she thought they were like cute cuddle teddy bears. Once she was 16 she went out to explore the world on her own against the will of her parents. She packed along Her bubble belt & Bubble corals and was on her way. She spent most her time on the surface taking a part time job as a waitress. Useing her for an attraction for business she made little to no belli. Seeing a flier shed sighed up for the marines. At first the recruiter was a little wary to bring a mermaid into the fold. After passing a trial run they determinded she would be a great candidate. After proving herself on countless mission She designed Her Fishing gauntlets. The Marine Scientist's & engineers seemed to think it was a great idea to pull in Devil fruit users into the water. And accepted her belli and constructed it for her.

When she turned 20 She had grew accustomed to marine life. Seeing the need to expand Marine wealth to fund there projects. She started to Catch her own kind with her Hooks. The marines where greatful to recieve the money from the mermaid slaves. And Seeing how much Erica had done for them they promoted her to Captain.They expected to see great things from Erica

Personality:Erica likes to consort with unattractive people she funds them to be more loyal & caring then attractive people. She enjoy's to Fish for Pirates as a fisherman would enjoy to fish for fish. However She will fish for her own kind at times. She doesnt care to much for fishmen or merfolk. She will sell thm in slave auctions to make some extra belli. Erica is a very determined woman she gives everything her all even when the chips are down she wont give up Unless forced to or orded by a higher up. Her dream is to climb the ranks and become a marine admiral. Comanding her own marine fleet and kicking pirate ass would be truly ideal for her.She belives everyone has a logical reasoning behind there actions. She trys to relate with them and get inside there head trying to analize what they might do next. Anticipate and entrap them.

2)Reel:Uses the hook gauntlets to rapidly reel the hook's back pulling in the hooked target
3)Tangled: Uses Her Gauntlets ti to fire her 8 hooks that bounces of the ground randomly wraping around objects or target of choice with steel hard wires
5)Hook:Shoots a hook past and enimey and reel's back attempting to hook a target.
6)Water Zone: Uses the bubble coral & Water Dials to create a Big Bubble or a very big bubble of water.
7)Eel Wrap: Uses Her Long Eel tail to wrap around a target.
8)Shock:Uses her electricity to shock a target she is touching or is in the water with her, As Well as Charge her Steel wires with electricity.
9)Water Whip Slash: Uses Her ppiwerful tail to whip while in the water sending a water blade towards a target
10) Whirl Pool: Swims rapidly under water creating Whirl pool that drags enemies who touch it to the bottom of the water.
