| For anyone in West blue in the RP, i want to hold a 1 vs 1 tournament, so i have 2 questions to ask.
1. is this allowed?
2. is anyone in west blue thatd be willing to participate, if its allowed, itll be under the new ship, new beginning rp | |

| we dont force anyone to stay in, post between, or start in any one ocean, so the location is irrrelivent
as for the turnanet Idea the admins organise that, but we havent had one in a while so... | |
