-Appearance information-
Physical appearance:

Body:  Leonardo is a 5'10ft tall man.  Who has a very lean body type that is muscular.  Being tall and lean one can't tell how he fit he is unless he isn't wearing much... His chest is devoid of hair however his legs have a decent amount.  His is skin is like of people of the Mediterranean, olive skin tone.  He’s a 17 on Von Luschan's chromatic scale. 174lbs

Face: Leo's head although the top can't be seen cause of his hair is round like an oval at the top however as past his hair line, a widows peak, it tapers of to a more straight angular face reaching to his slightly point chin. His chin protrudes outwards ever so slightly. Generally he has a stern facial expression that shows veins around his eyebrows. He can also normally seen frowning.  His eyebrows are thick but there are less hairs towards his nose as it reaches the outskirts of his eyes there are more hairs. Each eyebrow has three tufts of hair that are longer than the rest but are still flush against his skin. His lips are thin but the bottom one is slightly thicker than the top.  His eye color is a dull red. Because he frowns they can be hard to see at times.  His nose fits his face and is also angular.


Hair: His long shiny black straight hair that is very well kept and would make woman jealousand is a 6in length. His hair clings natural clings in tufts and has an unkept look about it.  His side burn hair is a 1/2 cm in length and reaches down just past his ears.   He keeps is face well shaven except a soul patch the width of two fingers and about a inch long. His ears are slightly large for his face and point at the top

Non visual information:  Smells like fresh air on the open sea. His voice is not very deep but has a melodious tone. His skin is smooth yet firm. The atmosphere around him is intimidating.

Extra features: Paw print tattoo on right shoulder blade drawn from that of an actual lion

Clothing: A dark red sleeveless evening cloak with a high collar that reaches the top of his head.  This cloak is made of thick high quality durable silk.  It has golden color ornate pattern that runs along the cloaks border and collar outline.  It has enough surface area to cover not only Leo but two other people a heads length smaller than him. The front of the cloak covers his chest. It is fastened in two ways at the neck with a gold colored silk ropes that joins a the collar.  The other method is another rope that is in the inside lining of the cloak that ties around the waist.  The quality of the material is apparent to any who looks at it. It is water repellent to keep out the rain however the fabrics breathable letting out sweat but keep in heat when weather is cold. It has enough surface area to cover his body and two other people. It goes down to the bottom of his calf.

He also wears a black ninja that covers his nose, cheek and goes down to his neck.

Outfit one Grey three quarter sleeve v-neck shirt,
that is form fitting. Loose fitting royal blue pants with for pockets two of the pockets are large pockets on the side around the knee that snap close with button. With this he wears black boots. Around his waist is a gold colored sash.

Number two: Teal long sleeve v-neck shirt that is form fitting with the wrist of the sleeves having an elastic stretch property.  He wears a sleeveless thick white trench coat with ornate gold decorative buttons. The coat has a hood with pink fur.  He wears dark grey skinny jeans that have a dressy look.  On his back he wears a rugged pink and tan bet up looking satchel. Sometimes he wears blue aviator sunglasses

Number three: Black button up dress shirt with ivory colored buttons. Grey pleated dress pants and black dress shoes.

Leo has a unique laugh befitting his lion theme RoarHohor.  Leonardo is a opportunist that is very confident his abilities but not in a cocky way.  His confidence comes from his skill.  He doesn’t mind killing people who get his way but he would prefer them to realize just how out matched they are, so he has a habit of suggesting they preserve their lives by running.  He detest the weak and believes that anyone who associates themselves with him should be able to take care of themselves. Leo understands that not everyone is on the same level.  Therefore is willing to take on surbordinates not of his caliber but they must constantly to perform well until Leo has come to acknowledge them.  He won’t tolerate people who are burden to him.  Even though he requires people to be strong he isn’t above helping them become strong.  He works endlessly on his own improvement and will take up the hardest challenges in order to improve his self.

Leo is the live in the moment and does not worry about the future.  All be he doesn't go about things half hazard, he plans just doesn't worry or obsess.  He has habit of changing of his mind and often will change course while sailing even if the island is right in front of him.  He is carefree even why turmoil is occurring all around him he believes things will pan in his favor because of his strength.  Leo is completely oblivious to the charms of woman and men do his lack of interest in romance.  He doesn't take well to insults Leo will laugh with them while he literally stabs them in the back.  He will go out of his way to help those who have been loyal to him.  Having seen all that he has and being former celestial dragon he doesn't fear them or what they might do the way others do.

He shrewd, cunning, and conniving.  Willing to accomplish goals by any means necessary.  He is not your typical revolutionary.  He believes that casualties are a requirement for change. Sometimes places have to start over scratch.  Great tragedies bring the people together.  It is through these events you learn what is important to yourself & people.  Ones true nature will reveal itself during turmoil causing one to break down or get stronger.  With these views in mind he does revolutionary work through terrorism. Primarily through his DF but is will take more labor intensive measures.

Fame and bounty aren’t important to him but he goes overboard sometimes attention is drawn him.  When the circumstances are casual he walks with his knees pointed outward and takes high long steps. He loves to move upside down and sit in odd places.  He has thing for prime numbers from food, beverages, even crew/subordinates.  Even though he is fairly intelligent he can be convinced those certain factors don’t count.  For example if there are three people on the crew.

Born in to the highest class possible Leonardo was born a Celistial dragon kin to one of the families that had created the current structure of the world.  Even though nothing was with held from him, he didn't value his families money and possessions. At young age he spent a lot of his time a lone, as lone as one good be when there were servants and people everywhere.  Leonardo took value in the company of animals finding there company more pleasing.  As he grew older he would request the various servants his family owned to be under his services for the day in which he figured would function as more of break from regular duty.  Instead of having them do most traditional work he would learn about their lives.

It wasn't until the age of 13 that he would start to associate with of the rest of the world nobles and government people he figured if oneday change would come to the system he would have understand it and the people who influenced it.  Leo started accumulating knowledge that would help. It was also at this age that he came to learn of devil fruits, he had seen various people mostly slaves display some abilities but he never new how.  After acquiring Devil fruit encyclopedia he began to study it and memorize the different abilities.  It was the Fuwa Fuwa no mi that attracted him the most. Flight with out wings The ability to float all non living things.  It would be this ability that would help him drive change. For the first time he wanted something. Going to his parents he requested that they have someone find it for him. Given they had the wealth the influence they obliged and had people begin the search.

The search would not happen over night in fact it took two years to locate it.  During this time Leonarado had become obsessed with the fruit.  He had gotten a pair of goggles and giant bird and would fly around its habitat for long periods of time. But when it was located it was already eaten by someone else.  A team of underworld mercenaries captured him and brought him to Marajoles in order to try and receive a payment.  At the time Leonardo was on a trip but when he had received word that the fruit was eaten and that the man who had it was at his house.  For the first time Leonardo had experienced a rage like state he had dreamed about this fruit for two years and this person had already eaten it.  Stopping his vacation he returned to the Holy Lands.  While Leo was returning the man had spent time with the McAllister's other slaves they of which had told him what kind of person which Leo was.

When he got Leo still angry went to find the man who had stole his dream. And when he did in front of him he saw a bald elderly monk bound in a seastone net and chained to floor.  His heart soften a little but he was still conflicted on what do.  A scientist had been called in advance who told them they had a way to receive the devil fruit from him. Monk seeing his confliction started mocking him intentionally trying to provoke him.  Never being one to take mocking Leo flew of the handle and for the first time beat a slave.  "Its all right, The man who passes the sentence should swing the sword." The man smiled continued to smile while he was beat. And once Leo was done the old man whispered "it is all right my child I return gift the cycle so that you may use it to change the world."  Shedding a slight tear he wiped his face before the others could see.  Having he regained his composure he ask the scientist to proceed with his procedure. When all was done Leonardo had obtain the Fuwa fuwa abilities. Paying the men who had brought the monk Leo also wanted to purchase his weapon but they had already sold it off.  Leo instead began learning how to use pole arms.

The path to becoming a revolutionary
Just before turning eighteen he left the Holy Lands telling his family that he would be taking a trip for awhile to see what the other side was like.  Taking nothing with him except for the cape and goggles that he was fond of he set off to blue seas with no money.  He had met and read about many nefarious people before.  Now he works amongst them and does work for higher.  Now he is in the blue sees amongst the locals learning about how they live their lives.  He is currently is currently acting as an extremist revolutionary.  He works to cause change drastic measures encouraging those he meets to be serious about gaining control of their lives.   Although his actions have not reached the Holy Lands to Leo's knowledge he is living a life completely cut off from his former connections.

I am waiting for the fuwa fuwa re-pricing. The ability points put on it are very different now, devil fruits cost a lot more on some occasions.
 
Also, knowledge of marine bases and whatnot goes on passive traits, since things on talent can only be upgraded by practical intelligence. Navigator is placed there correctly. And you forgot to include ability points, which are located in the abilities section of the sheet.

Add more onto body section, a couple more sentences will do.

You completely skipped non visual information. There is a three sentence minimum.

Lastly the history needs to be broken into five sections with a paragraph minimum, you only have four.
