PostSubject: Bill Z. Bob    Bill Z. Bob Icon_minitimeTue Jan 24, 2012 2:50 pm

Name: Bill Z. Bob "BZB"

Age: 21

Bounty: 0 B

Species: Human

Occupation: Bounty Photographer, Information Broker

Allegiance: People with wallets

Home Village/Ocean: East Blue

Appearance: Bill has a thin build that helps him blend in crowds while he takes his sneaky pictures. He is 1.75 meters tall and weights 65 kilograms. Perhaps the weirdest thing about Bill's appearance is his hair. His brown hair is fashioned in a way that'll make it seem like he has two devil-like horns pointing from below a broad black hat he wears. His eyes are brown as well, and are always scanning the area for possible pictures. He has a slightly long and slightly sharp nose with a little flat zone in the tip, a memento from a punch he got after taking one of his bounty pictures.
Bill wears a long-sleeved yellow shirt under a sleeve-less black jacket, equipped with an incredible amount of pockets in which Bill holds his unorganized collection of pictures. He also wears a pair of black jean, also filled with pockets and pictures. On his feet, Bill wears a pair of brown traveling boots. On his back, Bill carries his special Den den Mushi, Spielberg, who usually sleeps upside down on Bill's backpack when not taking pictures.
Bill also wears a black and yellow striped scarf around his neck.

History: Bill was born to a family of workers. His father Danny was a construction worker, who worked for a rich contractor named Steven Hatbringer. His father was known around the construction company as "The Busy Bee" For the way he worked a ridiculous amount of hours, yet never complained about his salary or work conditions. He was truly a man to respect, with a spotless work ethic and a beautiful wife named Elinor. His wife was the reason for his hard work, for he had to work hard in order to win her heart and worked hard for his entire life to support her. Unfortunately, she wasn't very grateful.

On his thirteenth birthday, Bill got a toy camera from his parents. It was given to him so he could have a hobby to do outside of the house, an educational hobby. Bill adored the camera, and spent hours of every day taking pictures of anything he found fitting. He devoted his childhood to camera work, and always wished that he could spend the rest of his life around cameras. Unfortunately, there was no money in photography.

Unfortunately, with Bill being outside of the house most of the time, Elinor had more time to herself, but what better way to spend your time other than sharing it with others, and that's exactly what Elinor did, with Steven. His mother and his father's boss had a secret affair, even though Steven was a married man and Elinor had a family. This affair was going on for a few months, without anyone finding out, until Bill got home earlier than expected one afternoon.

It was a happy moment, Bill caught a picture of a beautiful bird he wanted to develop, but as he passed by his house's window, he spotted Steven and his mom in the climax of their relations. Shocked and filled with bitterness and anger, Bill came up with a brilliant scheme to end the affair. He pressed his camera against the window and took the most framing picture he could take. The next day, Bill showed the picture to Steven, threatening him to leave his mother alone and give his father a fat raise before Bill spilled the beans in front of Steven's wife. But like any good soap opera, Bill's father stepped into Steven office while the threat was placed.

Much to Bill's surprise, his father wasn't mad at his wife, he chose to blame himself for focusing on his work instead of on his wife. Bill couldn't understand his father's mercy towards the woman who cheated on him, but his father was certain: Elinor was the love of his life, and he couldn't end things with her no matter what. Danny quit his job and decided to move with his wife to a different island, so they would be far from Steven, but Bill didn't plan on following them. There was a whole world of crime and lies out there that waited for Bill to expose it, and people might even pay good money for such a service. The next day, Bill stepped into Steven's office and changed his demands. He demanded a ship, and so he got, after all Steve would do anything to get Bill as far away from him as possible. And so the Bob family separated, with Bill feeling nothing but mercy on his pathetic father and his cheating mother.

After a few years, where Bill hired himself as a bounty photographer, taking sneak pictures of pirates and selling them to the marines, he managed to some high heads swirling with his pictures. He upgraded his equipment, switching his old camera with a state of the art Den den Mushi. It wasn't the best life, but Bill managed himself. He could pull of a modest life at best, which made him doubt his choices. Maybe choosing photography as his profession wasn't the good choice? But all doubts cleared when he was 21. On one his pirate stakeouts, a man in black approached him. Bill was startled, it wasn't the first time one of the pirates he photographed tried to get back at him, but to his surprise, all the man did was hand him a small, ringing, mustached Den Den Mushi. Frightened that the man in black would hurt him, Bill decided to answer the ringing snail, and the voice on the other end only had two words to say: "You're hired".

Personality: Bill likes to put on a mask of kindness and consideration, as it allows him to unearth the scoops that make his career profitable. He is a scheming mastermind with a thousand faces, each for every region and population of the globe. As a greedy justice-loving photographer, a huge portion of Bill's brain is constantly busy with his job. He never misses a chance to take a picture, and will never let his trusty camera off of his sight. Over the years, Bill managed to form a special bond with Spielberg, and the two can pretty much read each other's minds. They work as a refined clock mechanism, in perfect unison, both in photography and in combat. Bill is usually scared of direct conflicts, and will always make sure to have 3 escape plans before flashing a pirate for a picture. Even though he spent a while working for the Moustahce Brokers, Bill can't fully understand how they operate, and that makes him fear what would happen to him if he ever made a mistake. As a result, he is incredibly loyal to the organisation, as long as they pay the bills at least.
Bill spent many years detaching himself from his embarrassing family. The events of his childhood made him doubtful when it comes to trusting others, especially of the female kind.

Ship: The Tape Roller: A small wooden boat that can house to two people with minimal luggage, but is usually packed with Bill's equipment. The boat is fully motorized, and the connection between it's small motor and the pedaling wheel on the back looks like a roll of film, with the pedaling will itself looking like a film roller. The boat can travel at impressive speeds, built for a quick escape, and runs on simple fuel.

Ship Flag: Bill's job is packed with danger, and waving a flag isn't something he'll do.

Devil Fruit: None
Type:

Special Abilities:
Mighty Dodger: Being a bounty photographer means getting close to the lion cages, and you need to be fast if you intend on outrunning those once you blind them with a flash. And so, after years of heroically escaping pirates, Bill became quite a sprinter, capable of running as fast as a cheetah, and jump as high as a cat. In addition, as a result of the several rare occasions he had to use a fist to get out of trouble, Bill also packs a ncie punch, capable of breaking wooden boards.

Photo-Montage!: Bill is usually smart and sneaky enough to run away from trouble before it hits him, but on the occasions he doesn't he has a trusty personal fighting style he can rely on. His style revolves around the constant flashing of Spielberg, his camera Den Den Mushi, to blind his opponent and then take advantage of their blindness with well timed punches, kicks or pinches. A side bonus is that after the fight is over, a roll of pictures is left to tell the tale!

Basic Navigation Skills: Bill worked alone most of his life, and had to navigate on his own. He can navigate his small boat around the Grand
Line.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

Cheese!: Bill and Spielberg share the bond of an animal and it's trainer. By saying the word, Bill can command Spielberg to take a photo of whatever he is pointing at, blinding the area with a great flash that Bill grew used to by now.

Cut!: Bill will deliver a fully-swung uppdercut to his opponents jaw, attempting to lift him up and away, preferably after he was blinded by Spielberg.

Blooper!: Bill will cleverly plant an obstacle (From a rock to his own foot) on his opponents way to make them fall while they are blinded, resulting in a lovely picture to show your grandkids.

Titanic!: Bill will dive at his opponent, grabbing them and forcing them to the ground.

Kill Bill!: Bill's signature move. After blinding his opponent, Bill will send a mighty neck chop with either of his hands to his opponent's neck from both sides. This will cause serious breathing trauma, along with an awesome picture.

Weapons/Items:

Spielberg: A White Den Den Mushi with a black shell, as big as an average backpack. Spielberg has a powerful flash dial mounted on top of his shell, and his eyes are capable of capturing photos, just like a Surveillance Den den Mushi. The photos are then printed out of the snail's mouth, and their quality depends on the amount of food and sleep Spielberg had. After years of working with Bill, Spielberg became completely loyal to him and him alone. He can communicate with Bill with various motions and voices, and the later can communicate back with words and hand signals. Spielberg is constantly hungry, and will sometimes produce low-quality picture on purpose so Bill would be forced to feed him. The Flash Dial on Spielberg's shell is fully controlled by the snail, and produces a violent flash that can blind anyone who stares at it for up to a minute. The relationship between Spielberg and the Brokers' Den Den Mushi is competitive, with Spielberg stealing the later's food when Bill isn't looking.

Special Effects: Every photographer has them! smoke bombs, ketchup bags, firecrackers.

The Best of BZB: A large notebook that contains Bill's favorite pictures, his best ideas for future films, and all the bits of information he is assigned with by his bosses. The notebook has a hard red cover and is always resting in Bill's backpack.

Character Flaws: Bill isn't much of a fighter, so he'll usually run unless he's cornered.

Goals: Get a picture of a gigantic amount of money at his disposal.

Spielberg would require its own sheet.
