Standing roughly at 13 feet and 11 inches and covered in a series of scars and wounds from his countless battles alongside the other giants whom he was raised beside. His Mother resides in Elbaf while his father was a pirate from the West Blue. This had lead to many other giants resenting him to a great extent and thus he has been deeply wounded from his countless battles. His hair is sharpening and piercing red.
History: Born in the Western Blue and taken to the nation of Elbaf at a young age, only to be taken away at the age of 11 by his father upon realizing that the other giants constantly attacked him and attempted to fight him to the death. His father took him back to the Western Blue and there he was raised to fight and defend himself as a pirate. His father however, met his defeat at the hands of the former Chiper No. 9 Organization and managed to barely escape just in time for him to give his final parting gift to his son.
With his last once of strength his father gave him a devil fruit by the name of the Hai Hai fruit. It was indeed a rare fruit that was the source and the overall bringer of his demise at the hands of the Chiper organization. This rare Logia fruit was eaten by the young warrior and from that day forth the birth of the “Burnt Bill” has been going strong. A nickname very true to both the name and persona of such a giant.
Oiwa has gone throughout the grand line attacking and robbing nobles of their wealth’s and life’s fortune and then he takes a point to burn each and every thing that resides within in a flurry of cinders. Forcing them to watch as their life’s work is reduced to cinders before their very eyes. He also has a very deep seated hatred towards the people of the grandline who make sport of capturing those of separate races and setting them up as trophies and slaves. This is due very much to the fact that he has had a high bounty placed on his head simply because his race determines a very large factor, that and the fact that he has the powers of a Logia type devil fruit.
He makes it a point to hunt down those with bounties on thier head who go after pirates without a cause, even if they themselves should be pirates. His personal boat simply has a sail that is labeled as "Cinders" on the sail, for the time it is unknown if he even travels with a pirate ship or crew.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Hai Hai High- A technique which is meant to be used in combination with his Twin Locking Fans. When combined together Oiwa releases thick and powerful gust of ash that is very light and hot enough to keep him at a high elevation. In other words its capable of allowing him to fly for a decent amount of time, however his height is limited to about one hundred yards.
Hai Hai Leveler- Using a very thick amount of ash over a set area Oiwa is capable of attack from any direction as long as the foe is within the ash.
Hai Hai Low- Capable of altering the denisty of the ash until it is thick enough to act as tiny blades of glass. The cuts that are received
Hai Hai Lowin-Grin- A thick black ash is released, the ash itself is very hot to the touch and enables Oiwa to move over the area that it covers.
Hai Hai Low- Spitting a shot of red hot ash at an enemy this saliva is considered to be hot enough to pierce through seastone.
Hai Hai Wind Low- Using a light and less dense ball of ash Oiwa is capable of setting the largest of sails into overdrive. When used on his sails he is capable of causing the tiny little boat to fly over waves and even into islands to a small extent. When used on an enemy ship thier ship launches into reverse and goes backwards.
Hai Hai Highwinds- Firing burning ash over the area Oiwa is able to limit a targets escape plans and actions, inhaling it causes first degree burns to the foes internal organs. While allowing the cinders to get around them will cause light burns. The only real defense is covering one's mouth and defending one's self.
